I walked in to buy a gift for my friend and the employee barley said Hi. I showed myself around since no one offered. I found the cutest gift and asked for it. These workers were acting as if they didnt want to help and was lagging on serving me. Another customer walks in and these employees light up with amazing customer service, asking her how can they help. So I just left.Obviously my money is wanted here

Ordered a glass engraving online.. usually theyre on time (ive ordered before) but i dont know what happend this time.. telling me its ready, i come in that day, and they tell me I was misinformed.. to come in 3 days.. which i did and then it was. but really - how many clients have the same engraving that i was misinformed???

They always do my stuff RIGHT. They engraved my dads watch last year and I brought an itty bitty baby bracelet in there and I didnt think it was big enough to put 7 letters on it, but the master engraver DID IT. It looks awesome.
I placed a custom order online which said it would be ready in 4 hours. I called to confirm because I needed it for a present tonight. Cynthia said it would be done in about an hour, and it was! When I went to pick it up, a guy was there who helped polish my present and made sure the engraving was spelled correctly. These employees were very efficient and friendly!
Sales associate was pleasant at the point of sale. Then i was told it would be 1.5 hours for the engraving and that theyd notify me via text when its done. I got there after 1.5 hour even without receiving a text. She couldnt find my item, then she found it buried under a big wooden box and a pile of papers. Then i realized they only did one side when i paid for 2 sides. She told me I didnt put in the 1st side! But i know i paid for the two. Then she found the other page of my order that had my 1st line on it. She assured me theyd put it on immediately. So i walked around the store for at least 45 mins coming across all the sales associate numerous time since the store was only so big! Finally another sales associate asked if i need help i told him i was waiting for my engraving to be done and he said, oh i should have said something sooner! Turned out it was done and just sitting at the machine! Here I was wasted 3 hours of my time waiting for the stuff! When I said to the 2nd sales associate, 1st they forget one line then it was done and no one notified me when the 1st associate knew i had been waiting around the store the whole time! A 3rd association decide to jump in to defend themselves half way through my sentence that the district manager was the one that didnt do the 2nd line! I dont see how that would be an excusable excuse! ! Not one word of apologies from any of them! So the district manager F-ed an order and its ok then making me walking around the store aimlessly while the thing is done just sitting there is OK too? I had better things to do! Had I known it was going to take over 3 hours when the sign states engraving takes as little as 1 hour i could have left and came back!
Love Things Remembered been going there since the early 90s maybe even the late 80s you should go to the one at the Westside Pavilion but yall know they have closed that down and Google has captured that facility nevertheless theres one at the Fox Hill mall and most malls have a Things Remembered this is where you can go and get a specialized gift something with someones name on it take a picture and have it put on a Afghan or a frame or something like that
Nice service. I was a little skeptical at first reading the other reviews but I was pleasantly surprised by the staff and store itself. Would recommend if you are looking to gift someone a souvenir.
Please do not waste your time coming here. The first day I came, no one greeted me or helped me. My bestfriends graduation was soon so I picked out an item and paid EXTRA to have it EXPRESS SHIPPED. I get no call on where my gift is... I check in just for a girl to tell me the back will not be on time of the graduation. So now the gift is a day late. I go to pick up the item the following day and they didn’t put a symbol I asked on the bag. The whole point was to put the symbol on it. Now the gift to my bestfriend will be super late. Don’t waste your time here. The people here have no customer service, service sucks and my gift is LATE. How are you going to charge me EXTRA for EXPRESS shipping and it’s still late? Might want to call corporate and hire new people.
Slowww customer service!! Told me to pick up my order at 7pm, put my order around 1pm waited at the mall while it was ready...went back at 7 and they didn’t have anything for me! Said there was a missing piece on the item I paid for and couldn’t do any engraving!! So I waited so many hours for this!!! They couldn’t even give me a damn call, wasted my time and they acted like they didn’t care. Ridiculous

I ordered an item from their online store and it had a flaw on it, also the lettering wasnt as big as I thought it should be or how I requested to be. They referred me to the store in Culver City for the correction. The manager there apologized for them sending me the item with the flaw and for the weird lettering size. They fixed it in roughly 45min. It was perfect.
Definitely never going back again. They have the most horrible customer service and I wasnt treated with any respect whatsoever. Definitely not worth the price at all.
