Great Ralph’s with a deli and a bakery. The rotisserie chickens are always so yummy. And they have 30% off wine if you buy 6 bottles or more. THAT IS SUCH A DEAL. Best kept secret in booze buying. The manager order a case of our favorite champagne for us and arranged a day for us to pick it up. Good customer service. Plus they always have sales on bottles of alcohol—and a great selection too. Parking is a little tough sometimes but to be expected in LA.And it’s a little run down. But I go here twice a month and have never had a problem.
Unfortunately this Ralphs is bad news. Really bad news. Employees dont care. Really bad attitudes and just no professionalism. Empty store shelves, tiny little carts, and the shopping aisles are super small as well. Parking is a nightmare. Definitely go somewhere else if you can!
This place is big but it is good. Parking is a bit tough but the selection inside is nice. The rotisserie chickens are good to. Also the deli meals. The fresh fruits and vegetables are always fresh and there is a large selection. Check out is pretty smooth.
Really upset right now. Ordered a cake online for my daughter’s birthday party. Received a confirmation email that the order had been received. When we went to pick it up at the designated time—no cake.
This is the worst Ralphs ever. Shelves are always empty and there are always people working with big carts sitting in the isles often blocking the passage and unattended. Shopping there ends with having to go to another market to finish the shopping list. On top of missing stuff and empty shelves, there is a lot of mismarking (see pic with the cucumbers). They also have issues with checkout (see pics of lines), doesnt matter how many people are waiting, there are times only 2 cashiers are open; no 3 is a crowd here. Spoke to the manager as well as wrote Kroger about this store, no one seems to care.
Excellent Ralph’s location. It’s got all the amenities you’re looking for at a grocery store, without being too packed and busy. Their deli section is a great place to get a fresh sandwich and other lunch time items that are prepared on the spot.Great selection of organic produce available, and their friendly staff are always helpful and busy restocking items to make them look perfectly displayed.I like how this Ralph’s carries lots of dairy alternatives, vegan options and gluten-free choices. They also have a great clearance section for food and other items. Great clean store with lots of wide aisles so you don’t feel claustrophobic. The parking lot is vast and located close to the store entrance.
The store is currently under a major remodel. Some aisles may be closed or in accessible if your visit is in the evening hours. I highly recommend visiting this Ralphs location during the morning or midday if you can, due to the major construction!overall its a great location the manager Manny is extremely helpful and will make sure everything goes right!
Their staves were incredibly polite and accommodating. You guys are the best! I will undoubtedly inform all of my acquaintances about you! Congratulations on your accomplishment!
Not a bad place really, they have good produce for where you’re at, shelves are stocked and organized. But the thing that gets me, that I think is pretty important is that I can never find any of the workers on the floor, so if I’m looking for something specific or have a question i have to search all over the store and it usually still goes unanswered. And this is probably an issue because of the times, again, it’s still a good place.
I got there at 1:30 and they were closed even though the sign out front says they close at 2. Doors were locked and they said they told me they were closed when I asked.
They have the finest food variety, plenty of fruits and vegetables, and fresh meats. Honestly, because everything in this store was great, I love to buy groceries here.
A cut above in quality produce from other mainstream tier supermarkets though it feels like you are in a warehouse. Staff is helpful but tired out these days. Was thrilled to find unusual produce like the dome green cabbage and the sumo citrus (ugly orange). The cabbage on sale along with superb other produce up to half price. The parking lot can be a zoo from 9-5 daily. A ZOO? Now it is a tedious wait even mid-day and there was gum stuck on my tire.Cleaning practices these days are cavalier and do-it-yourself although masking is mandatory to enter.

I have shopped at this Ralphs for 7 years!! I spend over 3000 a year here. I had my car damaged twice at Ralphs. Once from Ralphs leaving a large Boulder in the handicapped parking and crossing over the blue line. My door of my new car was severely scratched. I contracted the manager inside and she left me standing there for minutes. Then gives me the number to maintance. I called maintance and both numbers were out of service. So, I call the manager again, and they give me two more numbers, one for maintance and one for security. The security is out of service and the second number goes into a machine at which no one ever calls back. So, I call again a talk to a woman name Tracy who is the operations manager. She never calls me back. So, finally, I call corporate office and they tell me to call the store. They do not care about you at all. So sad.
They dont take Apple or Google Pay via phone. Parking is generally terrible unless you go really off hours.
Good variety. Overpriced compared to Trader Joes or Aldi.
This is hands down the worst Ralph’s in Los Angeles. The store director Corey seems very incompetent. One of the front end managers were absolutely no help. There’s about 3 lanes open with at least 15 customers and no the the store manager hasn’t tried to do anything. The least he could’ve done was get on a damn register. But he’s walking around doing nothing.
Nice Ralph’s to visit, however long wait to check out only with a few items.
Way too crowded!!! Way too crowded!! No one checking at the door and the place is packed. I heard that several employees came down with covid and now I see why. Im really upset
Its an awesome superstore. You will get almost anything here under one roof. Groceries, cosmetics, organic foods and fruits, snacks, beverages, liquors, toys, grooming products, toiletries are few of them and list goes on.
Nice selection, clean store, I like shopping here
Average to above average Ralphs. Supermarkets arent what they were before CV, but this one is ok.
Love this Ralphs! The employees are awesome and helpful. After going here a few times they remember you and greet you by name as soon as you walk in. This is the first store in a long time that does that. Its the little things that make me love places and thats one of them. Super clean store and there deli is awesome!
This is a nice Ralphs. I usually frequent the one on Jefferson and Overland but decided on this location for time sake. Very clean, well stocked with every item I needed and cashiers available to handle the crowd of customers. I will visit more often
I used to go to this ralphs. It does not provide as many varieties as the Ralphs near ucla. But it was closer to my apartment. But recently they stop providing the return service due to covid19 (such a good excuse). I ended up return my stuff to another ralphs. I guess I will never shop here again. Zero customer service.
Ralphs has the best bakery in town. The double chocolate and mango cakes are fresh and unbeatable. They have a wide assortment of breads. The deli serves fresh food daily and sushis are a must try. The self serve check out makes it quick to be in and out.
Best supermarket in town! Great produce, very clean, personable staff, easy check out. Sometimes difficult parking because it is very popular. Overall experience A+
This is a nice Ralphs thats very popular with the locals. Parking can be difficult depending on the day and time because of businesses that share the lot, but usually its not too bad. The store is on the larger side so navigating the aisles is usually easy. Check out is usually quick with the proper amount of cashiers to handle the customers.
I do all my major grocery shopping here without any issue. Its not the biggest Ralphs, but the selection is good enough. Checkout lines are usually pretty short and there are self-checkout machines if youre in a rush. Produce is usually reasonably fresh and staff is friendly. Ive never had a problem finding a parking spot either.
I like this location but there are a few things that need to be addressed by the manager. First the restrooms are filthy every time I have been there. Second the produce is very water logged and the salads are already going bad even though they are not close to expiration. Otherwise the store is well stocked and the staff is always helpful and friendly.
The listed location for recycle is not within half mile at all. And it is the other ralphs. Not sure if they would take the empty bottles.
Greatest market to shop at.. Staff is Apopo wonderful & knowledgeable. Thank You Ralphs for all your great products to feed my 👪 👍👍👍👍👍
Supermarket is great. Great variety, clean, theyll have all you need. Difficult to park here. The businesses around suffer because of the nearby gym. Parking should be paid with validation for supermarket and restaurants, so the gym customers would not hoard the whole parking. However with some patience you will find a space to park.
Visiting from Arizona, the variety in produce was awesome. There were fruits and vegetables I had never been introduced to. Cashiers are very friendly. They had all that we needed. Very busy store.
Open until 2am which is great for late night shoppers like me. Came here at about 10pm and there were still lots of people around, lines go quickly and service was friendly. Will definitely come here again!
Very good. Fantastic. Amazing. They have a very good collection for Valentines day at a very fair price.
Fried shrimp!!! WoW!! Best fried shrimp I’ve ever had.Anywhere. Go to the deli, buy some shrimp, and have them fry it. You won’t be disappointed.
Friendly staff! I was there for the first time late in the evening, about 9:30, so maybe its that shift, but I choose to shop where the people are nice. This Ralphs is now on my Yes List. Ill add a fifth star when I start finding bread that is actually fresh, more locally sourced products... and hearing that Ralphs has left the ranks of grocers who charge premiums for shelf placement.
Great little market, the people need to work on there performance and attitude. The location is one of the hardest to get in and out of, the parking lot is impossible. The discount are fair and the quality of food here extremely good.
Great deli, always stocked, but parking there is absolutely horrendous! During crowded times, you can spend more time trying to find a parking spot than shopping. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, so I continue to go back.
Great location in a busy shopping center. Once you get lucky finding a parking spot the market is clean and the prices are ok. Staff is friendly and helpful and with the self service check out it seems like there is never a long line here.
Tony is probably the worst Ralph’s manager— one of the worst humans actually—I’ve ever encountered in my life. Super insecure, defensive/easily offended, and fake, and needs some serious charm school lessons. Will never shop there again, and I would suggest others follow suit, until he’s freaking fired. That “man” needs a major wakeup call. Ralph’s, you can do so much better than that.
My family and I have been going to this Ralphs (on Venice and Overland) for years--even though there is a store closer to our home--because of the friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism of most of the staff whom I have come to know on a first name basis now, such as Mohammed and Yvette. Today, I saw a new face, Tony. He was doing such a fantastic job resolving problems, ensuring harmony and managing the store.Earlier this morning, I purchased a big balloon for my moms 60th birthday. By the time I finished birthday shopping, however, the hot weather had deflated the balloon in the trunk of my car. So I figured that I would take it here to see what could be done. I explained the situation to Francis, the employee in the flower/balloon section. She smirked, as though I was lying, and told me in an acrimonious tone that she would charge me the full price to put some helium into the balloon. When I explained the situation to Tony, he took control as any good manager would and kindly asked Francis to inflate the balloon. Francis, however, claimed that they are out of helium, although she told me that shed refill the balloon for a full price not even two minutes prior! This was the first time that I had an interaction with this lady, Francis, and, despite her blatant lie, I must say that I am quite dissatisfied and disappointed by her rude demeanor. Fortunately, Tony was there and handled the situation professionally.Dear Ralphs managers, please ask your employee, Francis, to keep this locations tradition of professionalism and friendliness and not lie to loyal customers over putting some helium into a balloon. Thank you.Warm regards,Ryan
Good location. The donuts and coffee in the morning is actually pretty good.
It was a fine Ralphs but its tucked away in the back if a fairly large shopping center. I found it slightly difficult to find the entrance for my first time visiting. The entrance is also facing opposite of what I was thinking based on shopping center lay out.
One of my most favorite stores for grocery and other stuff. The quality and the variety of products is just great.
Its an awesome superstore. You will get almost anything here under one roof. Groceries, cosmetics, organic foods and fruits, snacks, beverages, liquors, toys, grooming products, toiletries are few of them and list goes on...
My usual place for groceries. The staff are friendly and helpful. They will gladly issue a rain check for items that are on ad but not in stock.
A big Ralphs with a variety of ready made items at the deli and bakery. Parking is a problem weekdays after 6 but otherwise this is a great location to do your grocery shopping or grab a bite to eat.
They have a good assortment of foods but the prices are sometimes wrong. They advertise something and what is on the display is completely different. Staff is also somewhat rude when I asked if they had a bathroom.
Im an advocate of Ralphs over everything. This location, while suiting basic standards, is not a great example.of what I love about Ralphs. It seems cluttered, crowded, and small. The layout is a little confusing, and its tough to find someone to direct you to whatever youre looking for. The price index is still right in comparison to other grocers where you can get the exact same things, but Id rather drive a bit further to visit a better Ralphs.
Easy shopping. good prices. Very helpful staff.
Love this Ralph’s: my favorite store. The personnel is amazingly attentive, helpful and super nice. Prices and quality cannot be beat. Mind you, Pavillion’s is right around corner from me!
Great all around grocery store. Theyll deep fry fish for free. Open 24 hours.
Rude cashiers
I have shopped here for many years. Good staff and good deals most of the time. Parking can get pretty bad with all of the other stores nearby.
Very nice cashier, its good to Have Great Customer service
All the staff are very pleasant and cordial. Good selection of produce, especially organic. The store is very clean and neat.
People who work here are all really nice. Always do my groceries at this Ralphs
This is a great Ralph Supermarket. Very clean and friendly staffs. Unfortunately, their meat/hot food section doesnt have enough staff and wait could be longer than expected.
Needed a quick bite to eat; local, cheap, reliable and reputable.
Great place to shopThe mgt are very courteous and helpful. I am still trying to get Fabreze One air and fabric refill. I went to the other Ralphs at Sepulveda and overland and they did not have the refills either? But besides that I really enjoy your store and your staff.
The staff are accommodating. Nice grocery store.
Its just packing a Starbucks but apart from that always great deals the usual sales and having the Ralphs card saves unreal money on a large purchase
Kelly needs to go. If you look on Yelp she alone has 10 bad reviews
Its a grocery store, come on. Do try the wine though, Apothic Red Blend, so good. Of course you can get it most places, always cheaper at Trader Js.
Good shopping center.
Great selection, everything you need at a reasonable price. Unfortunately not Guerrero chips but what can you do. Everything else 100%.
I found myself sandwiched between two super-sized ladies and no Crisco to lather on and shoot me out to freedom when the inevitable should happen. This was the 5:23.p.m last minute before dinner is crowd and the rest of swells who ended up here adding to the bym6
Great selection of items. Fresh produce. Good customer service.
Poor phone service, they dont answer the phone calls, they keep you on hold too long, most of the time the meat dept. doesnt have the meat that you want! waist of time, poor management!!
That my Market is a few blocks from where I stay Mannys the manager good guy Kelly and Kelly see Theresa AR Clerks Sean Overland and Venice Shopping Center
Good selection, fast check out.
Self checkouts are appreciated for faster checkout. This Ralphs could have the worst deli in West LA. If looking for a hot lunch, this is not your best option.
Associates very busy but still willing to answer a few questions and point me In the right direction
I love Ralphs because of the great selection of organic and natural foods it has, plus the really friendly employees there!
This is what youd expect of a good Ralphs. Lures expensive than most stores, but the quality is still pretty good. In a large shopping center.
Store has a bad layout and is always crowded. Be prepared to spend 5-10 minutes checking out. Parking is terrible.
Yvette the best always happy to help. Please visit her at express check out.
Really nice professional staff great sales
Wonderful store. Employees interact loving a professional
Bathroom are nasty and no one seems to care to clean them when I mentioned it. Step up your cleanliness game Ralphs!
Its your standard Ralphs. I feel like it has a little less selection than some of the others.
Its a huge grocery chain and the prices are pretty decent .. not much else to say.
Friendly staff and easy to navigate only down fall is the ladies bathroom.
Lots checkers with happy faces. Great deals!
Pleasant experience. Easy shopping and courteous staff.
Open until 2:00 AM and they have self check out which I prefer
Always find what I need. Always great and friendly customer service
I love this its very close to my place so I get everything fresh
Poor store layout that doesnt make any sense, and then bottles down to small, half-size aisles that are too crowded. Very poor beer selection - only had one Stout, Guinness, didnt find any porter. Poor selection of a number of products. Only found one parmesan cheese selection. I believe they carry more soft goods and hardware than food. I came here because its close to my sons home. Next time Ill look for a different store even though I may have to travel farther. Cashier was friendly.
Dont go any where else but here, ok. Thank you. =)
