I previously used this program,,and have never felt so unwelcome by a J.C. Representative before in the Culver City Ca location. I walked in around 5:40pm on Sept 29, 2021, to ask about rejoining the program, and if I could use the ladies room, and the lady on duty, was acting very paranoid, nervous and scared. She refused to wait on me, and ask for my phone number to call at a later date, once I gave her my number she immediately went behind the counter and called my phone, which was in the car. She then commented thats wasnt my number because shed just tried to call, but no answer. I went to the car to get my phone, when I returned She had locked the door.When she finally opened the door, I called her phone to assure her that it was my phone. Then she stated that she could not help me because she was waiting for her client, I just wanted to purchase some food to hold me over for the night, and showed her that I had cash to pay for food, but she replied, I would need to first pay $150.00 to sign up, mind you Id sighed up 3 time prior to this visit.I HAVE NEVER FELT SO UNWELCOME BY ANY BUSINESS OR ESTABLISHMENT IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.!!!P.S. I waited out front to see if another client was going to show up.......And No One Ever SHOWED!JENNY CRAIG You Must Do Better!Please RETRAIN this lady with customer service skills.I will now take my business elsewhere.SMH..........
