I have to use this FedEx when dropping off packages for work and it’s the absolute WORST!!! They always have issues with my packages (even when using the labels THEY provided). Mary specifically is useless - Pray she isn’t there when you go!! She has an AWFUL attitude and it’s not helpful at all. They are hiring but I wouldn’t ask that of my worst enemy. Try to avoid if you can. Like I said due to location is the ONLY reason I use their services.
Worst FedEx!! The rep Tangier was so rude!!! Even by us having a FedEx account they couldnt print a label for me. They said that they didnt ship to that location. How could that be when I ship to the same location almost every week. Luckily I had my laptop with me, so I went and created the label myself, and when I go back into the store, they tell me Oh you were able to create the label? How can a FedEx employee not even know or try to figure out why the label couldnt process. They honestly do have the customers doing all the work. All the reviews here dont lie, especially now that I experienced it myself.
Not sure who helped the others who had terrible experiences, but mine was great! Konnie was very helpful and patient with my large shipment!
Very unhelpful staff. I asked them to let me know what was the name on the package they were holding for pick up so that we could have the proper ID. Their answer was .. we are very busy call the 800 number.
Know what your doing so you wont need help... Depending on customer service you might get help fast or wait depending on how busy ...theyre not always friendly...been going here for 10 years
My Aunt mailed some of my artwork back to NYC for me from this location. The employee, a Black woman, who packed and shipped it did an OUTSTANDING job securing it and making sure that it arrived in PRISTINE condition. I am extremely appreciative of her care, attention, and professionalism.
I had the same experience as others with the employees. They were more interested in speaking with each other rather than helping a customer.More importantly, I dropped off a sealed phone trade-in. By the time Samsung received the box it was empty. I have no way of knowing where the package was pilfered through but this place did not give me a feeling security and compliance.
I found the staff to be very helpful. I spoke to two different people and they were equally friendly and welcoming. I would come back any day.
Worst service at any FedEx office I’ve ever been to. Multiple times I’ve had terrible customer service when trying to ship a package (not even a complicated ask) and I’ve been met with really rude shipping people every single time. They bark answers at you and rush you along. Don’t do business here.

Brought in a box to ship. Refused to ship due to condition of the box. Wasnt offered a different box or solution while i was in store. Asked for directions to the nearest USPS and was told say hi to them for me. Worst customer experience I have ever had in shipping my small business items. Ill stick with USPS.

Terrible. Employees don’t even acknowledge you when you’re standing in line waiting for help. They all hate their job it seems. You try to be polite and wait for them to call you up next & they’ll just ignore you. Had this experience several times at this location.
Horribly rude classless employees at this location. Avoid this place at all costs! My sister and I had to run into this FedEx to pick up some bubble wrap. We did it ourselves as were both self-sufficient. Sounds simple enough right? Didnt need to engage with anyone, except to check out and pay for the stuff. Then we went to check out, and wow, the rudest employee Ive ever encountered. She had zero manners, etiquette, or class. She was distant and untalkative like a robot. Mind you I dont need to have a conversation with an employee or anyone for that matter. She couldnt have at least mustered up fake politeness and at least say, Hi how are you today? Is this all? Great. Then check everything out, then tell the customer the price, you pay, then they hand you the receipt and say, Thank you. Not this one. You dont get so much as a grunt.Then at the end she hands the receipt over while looking away as if shes repulsed by the customer. I take it and still nothing from her. Most customer service reps that are highly trained can at least say thank you. Its not hard! And again, Im anti-social and keep to myself, for good reason, because of people like her. But even I have been trained to at least be polite and courteous while talking to someone. Not this one. She left a bad stain on this location. And I normally wouldnt post a review and would let it go, but she was so awful that we were talking about it after we left, What was up with that woman? I know she was so rude! The manager was there and didnt seem to care either, so no wonder shes acting like that. No one to crack the whip. Sorry if you all hate your jobs and hate your life, but at least you have a job while most have lost their jobs and their businesses. I will never step into this location again. They can shut down for all I care. This incident happened on October 3, 2020 at 5:30pm.
People who don’t want to assist people should not be working with people. The staff at this location just want to stay behind the counter and not walk the floor to make sure people’s needs are being met or assistance needed. Most of the employees are bright enough to get and maintain the computer based job, but reluctant to assist. Not everyone is computer, coping savvy. FedEx services is a challenge also. I have this location a 2 star grade based on my last visit to the fedex desk. I’m fumbling to close my box for mailing, bought tape, proved the mailing docs, to be told they had tape . I was passed, I spent $6.00 on New Years Eve for nothing. It took a manger to inform me that my money could be refunded two days later. Why didn’t the desk clerk inform me about the tape they provide . I well, long before COVID-19, customer arrive went out of style . Now it’s, good luck, “dont bother me cause I can’t cope” attitude.
Most rude people I have ever meet I kinda felt bad because they looked miserable. But they refused to send us our packages because we came in at 5:30pm They close at 6pm It would take to long to process six small packages. They said it would take to long nothing was going on. Honestly don’t go there the people are the worst and gross. the Manager has her mask half on her face. Just sad they make it harder on small business owners.

I find it very difficult to say anything negative about a business, but holy God, this place has the worst service Ive experienced in a long time. Its like everyone is just collecting a paycheck with doing the least possible. Avoid if possible
Friendly services. Check store hours before going to the store. How to Learn Everything in 48 Hours seems to be a great self-improvement book on the shelf. Will check out other books in the store and buy some stationaries.

Came here the second time and I find this place very helpful ! Tom was extremely helpful and patient in helping me print out some stuff and he even showed me how it will look once it is printed. This is definitely a good place to go if you need print out or you need to ship any package because of the good service you will receive!
I went to this store to buy an envelope prepaid, Im a foreigner so I didnt know how it works. I was welcomed by Robin, she helped to me to create an account with the customer service who was on the phone because it didnt work. Robin was really patient and super professional. She did a super great job, thank you Robin !!!!!
Non friendly, non helpful staffs as expected. I don’t get why place this or DMV are filled with disrespectful/miserable employees. I get it, life is hard, but being a pessimist isn’t gonna make your life better! And if you really hate your job, do something else!

Awful customer service. I came in to make copies and was waiting in line. I was well aware of the self service option but needed assistance. The girl working at the front refused to help me and then when I asked for assistance none of the 5-6 employees were willing to assist me. When I asked for help they all told me they couldn’t help or were too busy doing something else but instead were all talking to one another. God awful customer service
Unfortunately this location really exemplifies what Ive come to expect from Fedex locations - generally understaffed, slow, with lackluster printing quality. I recently made a very simple online order (8.5x11 single sided PDF - doesnt get easier than that) and then had to spend an hour (maybe more) in store correcting print issues upon pickup. Some of the pages from my file were randomly printed on a thicker paper weight, some came out double sided. And for some reason when they reprinted my file, it was no longer scaled to 100% of its original size. The quality control before handing documents over was completely non-existent. This would be a one star review but I guess Ill give it 2 since everyone behind the counter was generally polite (although unapologetic).
The clerk was nice, but new. I had to be called back to the store, TWICE. Once for filling out the wrong form (as directed by him) and another because the system timed out and it didnt pick up my transaction. Thank God I was next door at a store and could actually come back. Ill let those two things slide.However, the store double charged me for a box I had purchased. The charges for shipping and for supplies are run separately in their system. The charge for the box went through the first time, and the second time.I noticed when I got home and checked my online banking. I called the manager, Henry, and he said to send an email with the picture of the receipt so he could reference the information to refund me the difference. I sent it. The staff replied that he wasnt in but would check it the next day. I wrote them 3 more times over the next few weeks with the same BS response. Obviously, its not worth my time to pursue it. Not going here again though. What a disaster.
Don’t come here unless you like being treated poorly by staff. If that’s what you’re into, however, make sure you stop by when Robin is working the front counter. Incredibly rude!

For a FedEx Office Print & Ship Center its really pretty good. We use them all the time for our small business printing. The BEST Kinkos in the area by far. The manager Joe is awesome!! He probably is the reason for its success. We sympathize with anyone trying to service customers and employees.
Horrendous customer service! I havent been in a Kinkos in years and Im not super tech savvy, but it does not give the employees the right to greet me with eye-rolls, impatient behavior and annoyance for needing assistance. All I wanted was to make color copies from a word document in my flash drive. After I was helped by one of the employees, (asking what type of format my word doc was in, I told her I wasnt sure) she just simply gave up and sent me to go wait at a counter because she did not have the patience to assist me at the self-service machines. As I waited at the counter, NO ONE acknowledged me whatsoever, even though I was standing right in front of an employee! No eye contact, nothing. Since I was getting no acknowledgment, I decided to just speak up and ask the employee who could help me. The employee replied that he was still clocking in and that he would help as soon as he finished. Really? not even a Ill be right with you in a moment. He eventually helped me (in an obviously annoyed demeanor) at the self service machines, which were simple to use (why couldnt the first employee just have helped me then?!)I will never go back to this location again. Unless you know how to use the self-service machines, I would not go to this store. You have been warned.
By far the slowest service I have ever received at a FedEx.They are also impossible to reach by the phone.However, I received extremely friendly and helpful service, clean environment, well equipped and tidy.Its simply unusual from a FedEx station like this to have employees unaware of details about their own printing.The speed of service really tempted to grab a couple of books and read them while waiting.Great books btw!
Too much . They not letting people in unless they ready to buy. I just wanted to use the printer. They ask if I had a code but i do a few so it takes me a while...they wack never coming back again. The lady wasnt trying to help she was trying to make me leave before I got in.

Open longer than UPS store and on Sundays! They have saved my life several times over the last few months. I wish the staff was a little more friendly and customer service oriented, but you cant have everything. At least theyre open when I need them.
I had incredibly rude service from the staff. They refused to ship two pre-paid packages. Both of these packages were accepted by another FedEx location. Both of these packages were in the same boxes I received them in with the same packing materials. This is the worst customer service experience Ive ever had in my life. They refused to give me in writing that they were refusing to accept the packages. They need to be fired.
Overpriced and inefficient. Almost completely miserable experience here. The only reason I didnt rate the place one star was because the employee that helped me, bless her heart, was really trying her best to be of service.
Very large, and clean location. Went early and not crowded at all. The self services were quick and clean. No issues here at all.
Worst experience in a store ever. Waited at the counter 15 minutes before even being acknowledged (with a single question about if we had prepaid followed by a headshake), and we left after another 20 minutes. There were 2 guys working, no line, yet neither could help us or the other customers who came in. The one guy who acknowledged spent a good 20 total minutes in multiple phone calls with the same woman who couldnt find the store, completely ignoring the customers already in the store. It was unreal. I hope if the woman ever finds her way there shes bringing a $100000 check to them, because they have permanently lost my business.

The staff at the full service are not very helpful. Instead of providing full service, they send you to do it yourself. The person had to leave as their shift ended in 10 minutes.
Out of sheer laziness they didn’t want to print the documents I had sent to “print and go” and they made me do all the printing myself! Why even have that service then?? This will be the last time you get my business.

The clerk Morgan, was so rude.! I asked her a question and she doesnt want to be bothered. This is the first time I encountered this kind of behavior in FedEx office. If you dont like your work go find something else to do. Dont work in a customer service if you have an attitude!
The actual experience of getting my passport photo taken here was flawless. Almost no line and they print it within a few minutes.The one star review is because the photo they took was too big when I tried to get my passport and the whole thing was a waste of time and money. Unless they start using a template and ensuring its the right size, I would waste your time doing it here. Just do it at the post office.

I sincerely hope that the person who owns this store reads this review. Please send in a mystery shopper so that you can experience what we deal with at this location. All in one day, after two visits to this location in the morning and late evening, I experienced the worst possible customer service. Dayjon does not represent your business well. He was extremely unhelpful and is lazy. His attitude and the body language that he uses with people comes across as if he just doesnt care. You can sense that there is no pride in what he does and that he would rather be somewhere else. My second incident took place with Yadira earlier in the day when I brought in my USB and wanted to print out a document on the self-serve copy machines. When absolutely nothing came up on my flash drive that I knew had plenty of files on it, I asked her for help. Just a minute she said to me, holding up her finger, as she promptly turned and walked to the Fed-Ex counter and began helping other customers who arrived after me. She left me standing with my mouth open after I watched her start helping other people and she NEVER returned. Mind you that it cant be blamed on her simply forgetting. You dont promise someone customer service and then forget that you just had the conversation with them especially since you held up your finger and asked it they could hold on for a minute but that minute turned into 15 minutes before I finally left. I am not about to run after your employees and beg them for the same service that I previously requested. If I could give this store a black star for their horrible customer service then I would do exactly that. Also, trust me, I write more positive reviews than negative ones so these named two employees have rightfully earned your store this negative review.
Such a nice expericence. Was away from home on travel and needed some prints before heading home dezcjon made sure they were done, with some back up help by his colluege prince, he was able to complete the job by closing time so that i could hit the road. Not to mention my prints came out perfect. I will deff. Be back next time im in the area.

I have been to this location multiple occasions, the staff is incompetent & too lazy to help, they keep fooling around . One occasion they made me wait for almost an hr to estimate a price of package & number they quoted was 2x times the price quoted by another fedex for same package, the staff had no logical reasoning for this . I would skip this & goto marina del rey Fedex
So sad how low FedEx has come. I think they are a franchise location but still should meet some standard and not just trying to sell any product. They didnt like how I packaged a box, even so i received it from FedEx just a week ago. They told me that Fedex might send it to me but they have other standards. Needless to say, they wanted 4 bucks for their packaging service. I rather eat dirt!

Guess I should have gone when Kahil was there since he has such high ratings I was the last night needing copies last minute so it was late one customer in the store and the lady that was working was hard to find to assist me when I did find her she was rude no customer service didnt want to be bothered because she wanted to Make sure she was out the door at closing and her appearance at that was messy for being at work she was very short in her answers and when I made the comment on maybe I should have come in when Kahil was the since they have him high ratings and that I would be posting a comment the other customer stopped what he was doing to look at me with judgement had she just helped me from the start it would have taken less time less attitude and she could have returned to her closing duties instead of pulling teeth to get help and I wouldnt of had to ask the and four times the same questions to frustrate her making her have to assist me with attitude as if Im putting her out. I really wish I would have gotten her name but at the time I just wanted to take care of what I neededThen my car would not be accepted and instead of telling me my card wasnt the type they use she kept saying it was declined and I didnt have money I aired her I did and do have money she then looked at my card to say they dont accept it instead of trying to embarrass me so I got a fed ex card and the girl set up the court wrong allowing the machine to charge me wasting money instead of sitting she set it up wrong she said it was doing that because I didnt put enough money on the card which has more then enough so in closing it was the worst experience I could have ever had in a place of business where Im paying to be treated badly while purposely having my money wasted
Extremely rude and unhelpful. I typically dont go to this location but after this round I will be sure to go to the location that I usually visit. After all that waiting and not getting any information it was a total waste of 30 minutes of time. Avoid this location if you can
I thought this location was ok, but the person helping me with my FedEx shipment misspelled my name horribly in their shipping system -- FedEx has done away with the paper airway bills so they need to manually enter info. Not a fan of this location either, but itll do in a pinch.

I wanted to print a photo from my usb, and the machine cant read it, and the girl with a tattoo in her neck told me that she could sell me a cd with the photo for 10 dollar, i went there few days ago and a employee gave the cd for free, I told that to the girl and she got supper angry and she throw the lid of one printer so hard, and she not even greet when I arrived. Terrible customer service.
