I tooked my package on Monday, the Asian guy with glasses helped me and he was very helpful. On Wednesday, the same package arrived at my apartment. I just dont understand. I have carried the same package back to the same store but the Asian guy was not there. Another Asian guy with long hair helped me and he was really horrible. He blamed me that I did not tear the label out from the package and thats why it returned to my apartment. I mean really?! If I know, I can work in UPS! That doesnt make sense that he blame me on the package. Also I have to dropped it twice!! Just a bad experience with UPS. The package came broken as well! I have to tape it again!
Super busy with people dropping off packages. If you try to do anything else, good luck to you. The guys here can’t handle more than one task and obviously aren’t the owners since they don’t care if paying customers are turned away. Notary services are non existent
I loved this store. We were out-of-towners looking for a UPS store and just by sheer luck found this one. The people there are wonderful. Art should win an award for his kind manner and also his efficiency. We were cleaning out the apartment of a family member who had passed, and Art was just so great to deal with. Highly recommend this store.
Extraordinary Customer Service complemented by kind, patient, and personable treatment from its Staff. We selected this store because of its proximity to our home (I’m Disabled) and the need to get 10 important financial-based Tryst/Estate documents notarized with two witness signatures (vice usual one) at a considerably lesser price than engaging a mobile notary or visiting a professional notary services firm. Talk about discovering a Hit or Miss UPS Store Jackpot, we found true treasure. The Owner, Manager Art Ono, his Notary Specialist, Store Helpmate Paul, and four additional employees all displayed a warm welcome, attentive professional service, and grace under pressure—irrespective of client load or time constraints. The store was surprisingly spic n span clean when compared to other facilities of its kind. Difficult given UPS pickup and delivery scheds, inventory management, people buying shipping supplies (boxes, tape, etc.) and other nick knacks (greeting cards, pens/pencils/highlighters, mobile phone accessories, small cosmetic jewelry, etc.) We’ve lived in 14 American cities and several countries abroad. In the U.S., we’ve done business at numerous UPS Stores. NONE BETTER THAN HERE. A compelling calculus of professionalism blended with humor, humility, and over-the-top helpfulness. Prior negative or so-so reviews are difficult to fathom, because the tone and ethics of Mr Ono as leader, manager, mentor, coach, and knowledgeable UPS/Postal Guide have been in place for almost two decades now. In many respects, it’s still a Mom n Pop, family-oriented business. We all have bad days as customers or come upon customer service folks who may not be in their better selves uniforms on any given day. Still, my wife and I have nothing but praise for this shop and its personnel as they navigated a time-consuming and rather complicated quality control process to ensure legality/propriety of our document verification/certification. Not once did they display any frustration or “hey, this isn’t very profitable” posturing during the 30+ min. undertaking. WELL DONE! “We’ll Be Back!” Whether Arnold joins us or not.

Unbelievable experience, great staff but the worst Manager Shanna Hemphill, not only rude but lack of knowledge in terms of business management and customer service. She did not accept my 5 pre-paid UPS boxes 21x22x22 because they take are not paid ...ah? These are pre-paid!!! But not to us....they are paid to UPS, she said. WHAT? I thought this is UPS.... not she answered this is a privately owned store. It is not a joke, it is for real what happened.....i have no idea how this store is still open with such a horrible management. Randall one of the employees is really nice and helpful along with other tall guy. They dont deserve that manager. I took my business somewhere else.
D. JOY WALKER, WE HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE WITH THE SAME RUDE PERSON IN THIS LOCATION. WE WENT FOR NOTARY SERVICE, AND FAXING A FEW PAPERS. WE TOLD HER WE NEED TO FAX ITEMS, AFTER SHE FINISHED SHE JUST WALKED AWAY AND STARTED PUTTING MAIL INTO THE BOXES. WE IGNORED HER FOOLISH BEHAVIOR AND REQUESTED ASSISTANCE FROM THE YOUNG HANDSOME GUY WHO WAS VERY VERY HELPFUL. WELL FACE BOOK, TWITTER, BUSINESS ASSOCIATES, BUSINESS JOURNALS, ASSOCIATES INCLUDING EVERY BUSINESS OWNER I KNOW WILL BE INFORMED, SNOWBALL. UPS STORE GET IT RIGHT, OR CLOSE YOUR DOORS, MAYBE WE WILL SEE TO THAT.
Came here to get a Live Scan/Fingerprinting done for a new job. I was helped by Melvin. He was extremely professional and friendly, attentive, and informative. I dont write many reviews, but I thought, That dude deserves a review. Melvin was great.
I have been traveling in Southern California for a couple of weeks and, having accumulated more than I wanted to lug onto the plane trip home, I was looking for someplace to help me ship a box home. This location had some really good reviews so I decided to give it a try. I was WOWED by the experience! Despite being short staffed this particular day, Art could not have been more pleasant, helpful or efficient. It was a completely great interaction...start to finish. The locals are fortunate to have such a quality business in their neighborhood.

They are my neighborhood store. I dont have a printer right now, so, I just send them the file and they print it for me quickly, and have it ready for me to pick up when I get there. I appreciate that they have plenty of employees, and theres usually not a long wait. The owner works there too, so, Id recommend this place when you need something printed or mailed.
Fair warning. They do charge a $3 printing fee if you do not print your prepaid label at home. Never experienced this at any other store.
Absolutely unbelievable terrible experience here. Zero stars! The short, rude lady, whom I assume to be a manager verbally assaulted me. Then she called the main UPS number trying to prove that she was right, even though I had informed her that I had called the main UPS number and gotten the correct information which is why I was there. She tried to shame me, she tried to belittle me, she ridiculed me, and in the end, when it turns out that I WAS RIGHT and she was wrong, did she offer an apology, no, she sat there with a stupid look on her face to go with her stupid attitude. This is a franchise she said, as if that makes a difference. All the more reason to treat customers with respect. FYI, Fed Ex down the street is cheaper and has way better customer service. Speak with your wallet people.

The very tall gentleman- Trevor- was thoughtful and helpful when packaging a fragile item. He could have been indifferent and uncaring but instead he offered options and solutions- great customer service! I will come here again.

They even charge one dollar for the tape which is never charged in other ups. I highly doubt the one dollar goes into staffs pocket. $1 is not much, but still irritating.
