I purchased dosa batter which had an expiry label of a much later date and couldnt believe when the batter had already gone bad before I even used it!!Old expired food being sold!Overall the store also does not have much variety.
It’s good for Indian groceries - I go there every other week to stock up on rice lentils and spices and kitchen staples. It’s very convenient and has those dispo gloves out by the entrance which we can choose to wear each time we enter. It’s clean and they have crew updating stock and keeping things clean as we shop. Folks who shop generally value their space and it’s mutual. It’s not crowded when I shop. This has what I need with the yummy Indian snacks and vadilal ice (rajbhog) creams/dollies we love and crave.
Their samosas are really bad. Dont even think about buying it here.
Good, convenient place. Good selection of Indian groceries.
Pretty typical Indian grocery... although this place was cleaner than most of the other ones (except Lakshmi Bazaar, theyre pretty clean too). My only complaint is that about half of the items in the store didnt have price tags or any sort of shelf label showing the prices. The lady in front of me asked the clerk at the register for pricing on most of her basket and ended up not buying a good portion of what was in her cart. Took a long time...
Not very clean. Had its of indian food stuffs. But service was very good and friendly
Great source of cut vegetables.
The desi roti purchased at this store don’t stick together like they do for the packages purchased at other supermarkets. Maybe that has to do with storage and keeping them cool. The packages of cut mutton are tender and of very good quality. $7/Lb for lamb. That’s almost Costco’s price. Costco lamb is smelly, not tender and we have to cut it at home. I don’t know how Trinethra does it. I’m a fan.
They have hiked the roti prices a lot. It’s suppose to be 3.7 and they sell it for 4.5
Cut vegetables is pretty much the only different thing about this store and which I visit it occasionally for. Otherwise the other things that stand out are that everything is about 5-10% expensive and they have lesser item selection (SKU’s) here than other Indian stores in the area.
Not as well stocked as some other Indian grocery stores. But smooth and painless
Not much of variety these days. Couldnt find garlic paste. They had only ginger garlic paste. Also they have stopped having frozen grated coconut, something weve gotten used to
Very famous Indian grocery store for selling expired items
Will have to stop shopping here. They still have credit card swipe readers. I asked about chip reader more than 6 months ago and the manager told me it is coming soon. Now, I would prefer a contactless payment option, (much safer with the COVID situation) which is not coming here any time soon. There was a ‘I don’t care’ attitude at the till when I questioned this. And there are much cleaner stores in the area. I will definitely give this place a miss going forward.
One place to get all different indian grocery and food item.
Tell your employees to thank the customers at the registre .
Very good store for Indian groceries. Clean, good service and has good variety of options. Our go to place for the past 5 years.
During Covid-19 their bag policy is not making any sense. They dont allow you to bring your bags but they will charge you for the bags. They should also post their policy on buying certain root vegetables, leaves (mooli leaves). The lady on checkout counter was so rude and made bad face when we tried to buy one Mooli and lots of leaves. Bad customer service. She should control her rude facial expressions. Not going there again.. This incident was on June 13 2020.
REVIEW UPDATE: Closing time is 9 pm. But unlike other stores like TJs or Safeway, this store doesnt allow you to pick up groceries till 9pm. They start turning the lights off around 8.45 pm and cover the vegetables section which is really annoying. I have been to the store at 8.45 pm multi occasions and had to use my cellphone flashlight to pick up stuff from their dry groceries shelf. This is UNACCEPTABLE.I really want them to change this or at least change the published store timings to 8.30 PM instead of keeping their customers in the dark.PAST REVIEW:Excellent place to shop Indian groceries. Vegetables are always fresh and readily available. What I love about this store is they offer cut vegetables which makes lives easier for those who dont have time during their busy days. Snacks offerings are nice but more catered to people from South India. Fast checkout is another good feature about this store.
This place has nice vegetables. The cut veggies are a boon and of good quality. They take suggestions seriously. We have been shopping at this place for over 5 years and very little to complain. Reasonably priced and its one stop grocery shopping.
Good And Tasty Food. Choices are really tempting to pick. Decent crowd seen all times. Mostly no wait lines. Perfect Place for to go
I love this store. It is very clean with many organic choices. The staff have have always been very nice and helpful. Today, I was proven without a doubt that this is true. I almost blacked out in the store. The staff took real good care of me until my husband arrived to take me home. There is a reason we dont shop at any other Indian store.
A really excellent store. They list their opening time as 8:00am, but even at 8:20 they were not open. Otherwise, 5 stars. Clean, great inventory and fresh produce, very helpful service. They even have some organic beans and lentils.
The stuff is good and staff is supportive too
Indian grocery and produce store. Can get samosa at times. No fast food here. I find fresh produce here most of the times compared to India Cash n Carry” down the road. The place is clean and well lit. Makes it easy to navigate and find things without much annoyance.
The store has got most Indian fare. They have a ridiculous $10 minimum limit for credit card transactions. Veggies and fruit are reasonably stocked and of acceptable quality. Variety of spices, condiments and pulses is quite decent. Avoid the samosas (as tempting as they may seem) and any open food items. Plenty of parking available in the premises as well. Cashiers dont talk much and are efficient (which I view as a plus largely). Some of them get sour-faced often, but I wouldnt attribute that to their selves.
Indian groceries and spices in relatively clean and organized setting. Exotic south Indian especially Andhra sweets and snacks. Fresh veggies weekly. A bit crammed.
Great. Place to grab every house hold thing and best part is as per the festivals they sell that required products..
Good store for a quick buy for Indian groceries. Cramped and not much choice
This Trinethra Super Market location is well stocked. The Indian Groceries and Quality veggie selection,Organic veggie,Organic Stuff is Excellent and this trinethra store customer services is best that I never seen in any store and only this store only offers help for the customer . The fruits can be best. And Happy to say that I found cut veggies in this store .It is Good place to shop Indian grocery..
Great Indian produce at affordable prices. Variety is really good.
Worst Indian grocery in town. Better get you customer service, got $77.00 worth groce%y yesterday 7/24 among them was a packet of punjab cokes had my receipt also and the cookies were stale and cashier refuse to give refund, worst customer service there are many Indian grocery store better treat your customer right.
Clean. Well organized. Good selection. And tasty veg patties 😄
Its a good store, has most of the Indian groceries. Though some South Indian items are missing.
I have been shopping groceries from this place for quite a while . I never had any complaint about the groceries or services. They gave me dried neem flowers for Gudhipadva / ugadi free.
Lots of options
Brightly lit, well stocked. Good space between aisles.
Cut veggies are great. No long lines.
Freshly cut vegetables are great and are a superhit!
Great place. Fresh vegetables and friendly staff
Reasonable prices, good selection, helpful staff
Fresh veggies, parking can be a challenge sometimes.
Just an okay store, groceries are too expensive.
I bought hot samosas here today and the samosa was spoilt - the potato filling inside at least a couple of days old with an awful slimy rotten taste that is still in my mouth. I wont say the grocery store is a 1 star store but any place that sells food without having quality checks deserves a bad review
Good quality and verity infian Grocery.
Clean, good quality veggies, but a little pricey
Small but pricey indian grocer shop in cupertino
Great mangos and vegatables
My experience at this place has been consistently poor. Stale vegetables, stinky aisle are a regular feature. However I still used to go there just because it was nearest. But the last straw was when we got a bread with fungus from this place.
The automatic door closed on me.My shoulder was hurting for over and hour. This store is compromising everyones safety. Please do not go their and risk your health.
Great value for money and fresh vegs
Very fresh vegetables and huge verities
