Within the last couple of days, I’ve gotten 2 flat tires and had to stop by 2 days in a row. Monica and her team were so helpful both times I came in, providing immediate assistance in getting me back on the road and AMAZING customer service by thoroughly explaining the services and different options available to me.I called in advance before coming in (something I highly suggest doing) but they also have accept walk-ins.Will definitely be coming back for any of my tire needs!

Great experience! The staff here is super nice, honest, and they arent there to rip you off like some places! Javier, Monica, and Brandon were all great! Had an oil change. Great service. Took longer than quoted but that is because they had to get a part from santa clara, which the person at the front desk warned me would take an extra 45 min! She was spot in and I appreciated that they went the extra mile (literally) to provide excellent service. I will definitely be back for future oil changes and tire needs!

Ive been here three or four times now in the last year. Its convenient for me because its close by my office. They are relatively fairly priced and theyre usually not too busy to take me in without advance notice. I bought a three year alignment package today because they have consistently done right by me, so, I will give them repeat business.Unlike other major chain shops, I have never gotten my car dinged, damaged, wheels or body of the car scraped, never had directional tires installed backwards, never had TPMS switched up or mis-programmed, they dont over-torque wheel lugs. The techs know what theyre doing, I think are car enthusiasts themselves which makes a big difference.

Very Poor Customer Service.! I had a nail in my tire resulting in a flat tire and Tire Pressure was reducing rapidly. I looked for closest Tire Service and found this place. Slowly driving, tire pressure was reducing 1 PSI every couple of minutes. When I walked in, there were two counters open, one occupied and the other one empty. There was someone doing some calculations with their paperworks. Neglected my presence and just said hold on in a very rude tone. I waited for around 5-10 minutes for them to do their weekend calculations and a line was building behind me. Then I was finally asked what the problem is. I said I have a flat tier and the tire pressure is reducing rapidly. They said: are you willing to leave your car? this will take whole day minimum 3 and half hours!! What a ridiculous estimation and what a poor service!! I just walked out and found a local shop 5 minutes away who did the job within 5 minutes while I was waiting. Second time and surely last time ending up walking in a Goodyear. Customer Service is something they dont seem to be familiar with.

Registration and tire replacement was done in no time, I was out in 30 mins. Brandon was patient and answered all my questions the previous day over a phone call. I stopped by Goodyear Cupertino this morning at 8 am as I have a nail in my tire. I try to see if they can fix it before my first class at 9:10. Im a teacher right down the street. He thinks about it but not one tech is in yet although they are open. Then I say, can you change the tire and I will leave it here and pick it up later. The kid defers to the big guy behind the counter that is unwilling to help me in any way. You cant change a tire for me and fix it and let me pick it up later? Not enough money in it? Terrible customer service. I work right down the street and will need new tires soon. I will not purchase them here.

I bought 4 tires from the Goodyear store in Cupertino, CA. I was greeted very well by all the store reps. I especially want to commend the store manager, Javier Echeverria, for going over and above to help me with a problem. The problem had to do with the Reward Center in Coppell, TX. I didnt receive the proper amount of rebate I signed up by buying the 4 tires. The lady from Texas didnt try to help me. Shame on her. The store manager came to my rescue and took care of the problem. I will certainly recommend the Cupertino Goodyear Store to my friends who need tires. My wife and I love the tires we bought. Each tire was $190 something dollars, the total for 4 tires was over $1,200.Stay away from this place, they add all kinds of things to the total and poorly explain them in the hopes people just pay.

I got a new tire here to replace my flat tire and the service was great! I called ahead to check if they had the tire I needed in stock (it was), and was taken care of right away even without an appointment. Everything end to end was about an hour. I would definitely go here again, and theres even a 10% discount for Apple employees.

Friendly and Excellent service. Took my car in to get the headlights fixed. They were able to diagnose. The service was out of their realm so Eric gave me the contact of an auto electrical service that I ended up being very happy with. Goodyear didn’t charge me.

Very unhappy. They ripped me off. They aggressively recommended many services that I didnt need. They should have my records in their system so they should not have made such recos. I was outside when they called so I didnt have the time to do research and I authorized all the repairs (yeah its my fault). The service person is Monica.I just compared my repair records at this store for the last 2 times. Between the 2 services, I drove 6k miles, and the time duration is 10 months. They did the following services twice during the period:- air filter (should be 12k-15k miles)- cabin filter (should be 15k-30k miles)- brake fluid (should be 2 years)You see how aggressive they are? They also recommended replacing the spark plugs, which should be replaced every 20k-40k miles. Old service records indicate I just reached 20k.I will go back to my Honda dealer for future services. They didnt handle business that way. If you like this store, remember to check your service records before authorizing any recommended repairs.

I went in with a nail in my tire to get it patched. I thought I had needed my rear brake shoes replaced, but they checked them out and called me to say that the rear brakes were fine and had plenty of life. They were honest, helpful, quick, and patch my flat tire for free. They weren’t trying to sell me on anything. I didn’t have to pay a dime even though I was ready to fork out a couple hundred dollars. I will definitely do my basic car repair and tires from these folks at Goodyear in the future.

Professional folks. A bit on the expensive side compared to others but know their stuff pretty well. They explained to me the alignment process and how its done to ensure durability. I think they can do well by matching the deals that others like WheelWorks offer for similar service.

The worst experience Ive ever had. Last time, I came this shop, I asked to tire rotation and air pressure check. However, they didnt fill the air. I suspected if they actually rotated tires. This time, I wrote the numbers down to the tires because checking their rotation. After they finished their work, I checked my car, and tires were same position. I asked to front staff why they didnt.They said everything is same Thread Depth that was completely different though. However, one front staff asked to operator. He said he rotated tires because he didnt know that I wrote the number to tires. Finally, he rotated tires, but he never said SORRY to me. If its possible, I give no star.

Worst Customer Service - Eric is rude and condenscending.. I let it go the first time (6 months ago) but this time I walekd out wihtout giving my car for service. Never going again.

No online appointment was available, but Eric the manager took me as a walkin on Christmas Eve and got the tires replaced before the end. I truly appreciate the friendliness and service.

Poor customer service. Dishonest and always short staff. Had an oil change done and the lady told me that it would take a couple of hours and that they would call me to let me know it was done. Three hours later still nothing. Gave them a call, they put me on hold for 10minutes. Called them back and they said they were short handed and that my vehicle was being pulled into the garage right now and then. Nope that was a lie. I had a friend drive me to the shop and my vehicle was still in the same parking spot I left it in. I went inside and asked what was the status of my vehicle, same lady says it’s going in right now. I do not recommend anyone going to this location to get your vehicle worked on.

I went to have a brake check since I was told my Honda Odysseys brake might need to be replaced when I got its 60K service. The technician checked the brakes and told me the brakes were fine but the transmission fluid and brake fluid need to be replaced. I was surprised since I remembered both got replace when I got the 60K service and should be completely new. They asked me to show the service record and they did find the service record for both. They told me that both didnt look like it was serviced recently and asked me to send it back to the dealer. I asked them to show me how to check the fluid but I was told they cannot show me. So I called Honda dealer where I got my service and brought it back to the dealer. The technician in the dealer shop showed me the fluids and both looks like brand new!I dont why those people tried to sale me these two expensive things without any reason. Now I dont know if the AC filter they did for me for $60 was worth it! How can I trust them?

Up-sell pressure was minimal and overall the transaction went smoothly. When you go to a place like this dont be swayed into letting them do work youd normally have your mechanic do. Overall I was pleased with the experience here and thought George at the front was nice.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for years (tires and general service). These guys are always fair and reasonable. About a year ago, I put new tires on my Suburban (I tow a big travel trailer), and I was very unhappy with the performance (I chose a cheaper tire - my bad). Goodyear generously allowed me to upgrade the tires - I only paid the difference in purchase price. I was not charged anything to remount/balance the new tires.

Place has good seasonal deals from time to time most of the staff are pretty friendlyAlways get a second recommendation for any of the suggested work they give you just because you might not really need it.Overall pretty quick place to get your oil changed!

Price middle. Flat tire got fixed for free. No cleaning service of car. Regular oil change should be okay there. They can always find problems of your car if you do a free multipoint check there.

Awful place. Screwed up my alignment when I changed tires. Twice! I let go the first time due to human error. :( Dont go here.I got new tires here. When car was in shop, they asked me iver the phone whether i wanted alignment done as well which I declined. After that alignment is so bad.I would not recommend this store.

I went for alignment job today. They said I must have my regular tire on not the spare. So I said ok. I will come back. Suddenly Jim the manager doesn’t want to serve me and said I was a difficult person to deal with. What the heck did I do or even say to you. I was hoping you were a professional and act as a manager not as a low key tech.

Seems good place. Went today to do oil change and fix a flat tire. They were professional and did a good job.

One of the tires on my car was leaking really bad while I was running errands around Cupertino area. Goodyear was the one nearby so I had no choice before the air was running out. I rushed in and was greeted my a service manager at front desk. He was polite and very responsive with a supportive tone. I explained the problem briefly, then he said we should step out and check the car in person. After realizing that there is wheel lock installed, he recommended either I grab it at home or break it. I dont live close by so had to opt for breaking the wheel lock. The cost of tire repairing was free, while the breaking the lock costs me $59. It was my fault not keeping the key somewhere in my car (do I suppose to do that?). Anyway, after less than 50 min, I was good to go. The service I had there was definitely beyond my expectation. I wish that leaking tire could have lasted longer so that I could drive up to the Costco tire center in Sunnyvale. But I didnt want to take any risk of having the car paralyzed on Lawrence Expy :)

Had to take the same flat tire in twice within 2 days to be fixed. The same flat. Twice. Inside of 2 days. (Because--one can only assume--they didnt do it right the first time?) Thats never happened to me before, in over 30 years of driving-experience.Call me picky, but when I bring my car in to have any kind of work done on it, I like it to be done right the first time. I shouldnt have to make a return-visit for the same problem, whatever it is.

Crooked? Incompetent? You Decide.My girlfriend took her Honda to these guys. They charged her $30 each to put in fancy spark plugs, like the book requires. A couple of months later, the Check Engine light comes on. We took it all over town, did a whole bunch of work, SUFFERED TO GET IT SMOGGED. It turns out that they put in the 99 cent spark plugs. It cost ME hundreds of dollars in aggravation, not to mention the cost of having other mechanics figure out what these idiots had done. If I ever go back, it will be to serve them legal papers.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

Ive given these guys so many chances but I just cant hold back anymore. This is literally the most shady car shop Ive ever been to.I cant believe they can call themselves Goodyear. Every single time I come in for an oil change, they try and overcharge me and tell me there are 7 or so things wrong with my car that MUST be fixed (of course requires more money).This last time I took in my car for an oil change, I had literally just replaced my transmission fluid one month ago. They told me that your transmission fluid is so old it must be replaced. WOW. What is wrong with them? These workers know nothing about cars and are the definition of shady dealers.Please do not support this business unless you have to. Im so tired of there repeated horrific business practices.Stay away at all costs.

Good service, Friendly staff and manager. Took close to 3 hrs for oil change and maintence . Opted to stay there until it was done. They didnt start anything almost for the first 2hrs. Engine light check was free but they couldnt retrieve the codes due to missing computer connector cables..

I always serviced my car at the Honda Service Center. I thought they were expensive and for a 5 year old car I thought I dont have to pay too much and decided to go with this service center because they had free tire alignment service. But boy was I wrong. They gave recommendation to flush power steering oil that I had done a year back (a year is too short to flush them again). How did they recommend that? It got too dirty in 1 year. Not possible. Just a thing thrown at you to extract more money, like $116. I wanted to do the alignment as well and they tell me that the guy who would do it has left for the day asked me to come latter in the week.Then I asked for a synthetic oil so that I can go further before another oil change, but after the service the sticker tell me to come back after 3k miles which is for regular oil.Not satisfied with the trip at all. Avoid this place like plague. I am going back to Honda dealers.

Scheduled an appointment for 7:00am through their website. Says they open at 7:00. Nobody was there at 7:20 when I left and went to Firestone instead.As a business, respect your appointments and your customers’ time.

Service was as slow. It took two hours to fix a flat tyre. And having said that. The tyre was free so there wasnt even a need to take it off the car...It took the mechanic half an hour to replace the spare tyre with the fixed one and later ten minutes to check air pressure for the 4 tyres.The only up side is they did not charge me. Having said that. I wouldnt mind paying for it to take 15 minutes as it should take I did not know they were not going to charge me until I went to pay.

Got there for possible Tyre puncture, bought new car as replacement. But had scratches on my tyre cap. Not functional damage but still didnt like carelessness...

I like this place I like Goodyear tires and they always rotate and balance and service the tires very quickly as part of my service plan I got when I purchased my tires.

Be careful of this place, they will try to rip you off whenever they can. I came in for a flats repair, tire rotation, and some services. There was clearly a sign that says free tire rotation and repairs, but when I looked at my bill, they charged $50 for those free services. I contacted their headquarters and got a refund.

I had a bad experience here. Do not go by their free publicity offering of tyre checkup etc, its a hoax. I gave my car for a checkup on my tire condition and also to get a flat tyre fixed. They had my car for a while day and returned me as it was. The guy was really impatient and didnt give me a proper quote for the tyres.

Put in my tyre nuts so tight that I cant take them off. Im a 6, 2 man who goes to the gym everyday. My confidence has never been the same.

It was ok until I ABS and Parking brake warning light on my dashboard. The warning lights on exactly 3 days later after tires changed. Next day, I visited this store again to see what they could do for me. The rep looked listen to me and ask a diagnostic report. Then I went to a dealer shop and got the report. But the manager denied their fault because We dont touch any sensors during tire change and the report didnt say any broken and damaged sensors. Even I am not an auto mechanic, I dont think that tires are not connected to any sensors. Even if it is true, it could happen somebody touches sensor accidentally during a tire change. For me, it was a lame excuse to deny their responsibility. Whether it is Goodyears policy or not. If a business denies its responsibility for its fault, who can trust the company and doing business with them. I am tired and dont want to think about it anymore. I will not use Goodyear in my life. Goodbye Goodyear.

I brought my 08 corvette to replace a worn out supertine belt. The next day it was done I drove my car out and 10 minutes later on the freeway the belt ripped. I called Al the service representive and told him about my issue he said then call a tow truck and send your car back to us, Im like confused I thought he would offer a tow truck for me but no I called my own tow truck and spent extra money out of my pocket due to because my belt ripped again due to there installment. So now that my car is back to there shop there acting like they didnt do anything wrong of course and Im worried about my car because it was overheating when the belt ripped again on the freeway so I hoping I didnt blow my motor. Al and his mechanic Matt was just blaming things on me saying that the belt they first took off which was my old belt saying they couldnt measure the old belt so they just put on the new belt and Im saying maybe we shouldve got one at the Chevrolet dealership then to make sure it wasnt going to do this they agreed but then Al was rubbing my tires in my face saying they were bald and I told them what does my tires have to do with the belt they were just making so much excuses and coming at me the customer that I did something wrong which is not right. So now there saying there was something wrong with the pulley tensioner thats why the belt ripped so now Im asking why didnt you investigate all parts before putting on the belt in the first place because if they did that then obviously I would have to pay more to begin with but no they didnt do that they didnt even test drive my car after they fixed they installed the new belt on top of that Al told me. Rude customer service just blame it on the customers they do here at this shop. Now they called me back saying its going to be 1056 dollars to do the repair again this time installing the pulley tensioner.
