Christine, who works in the PharmacyA rude woman who works in the Pharmacy gave a COVID shot for me dad. 2 times, my dad had a hell lot of blood coming out after the shot and this woman is extremely unprofessional to handle it. no explain, no apologized. Just one word. This is normal. Other doc would tell you what you should do or should not do after the shot. She was extremely rush and my dad is a disability person, he cant even walk well. This woman stopped me at the door and did not allow me to walk with my dad. Shame on her! What goes around comes around !

Review is for the drive thru covid test.The drive thru covid test pharmacy was very understaffed and slow. I was in line, from 3:50 pm till 5:20 for a 4:15 pm online appointment. One lady at the counter and she wasnt very helpful, seemed tired and alone, handling a lot. My son and I were baked in car, and wondering when the results will be in ( ok could have gone to Walgreens and other places, maybe it would have been better organized). I saw many other reverse and leave the drive thru line, after 30-40 mins of waiting. Hope they get more staff and a pharmacist who explains the self covid test procedure, versus asking if we read it off the flyer.

FYI. they don’t price match their RITE AID online website price. Staff said they can’t do that. Is that true????

Had a fantastic experience here on a Saturday morning. I was visiting from out of town, and had forgotten allergy medication, and some of my family members were also looking for things.We were able to find everything easily, and service was quick and friendly. My mother had accidentally picked open something on the back of her hand, and the cashier gave her a couple bandaids and a disinfectant thing.Only downside: air dryers instead of paper towels in the bathroom. Thats not necessarily a problem for everyone, though.

Great staff in the store and the pharmacy - Christine & the pharmacy staff, as well as the sales people at the main registers and in the aisles; always ready with a smile and advice.

Very unpleasant staff

I gave it one star for the fact that it is close by and you can get things when you need, but they have terrible service. I bought some stuff for $18, and the cashier asked if you want receipt, I said no to not waste paper. Couple days later went to return and they said you need a receipt to return, I told them to check on credit card ( these days most stores can just return with credit card) but they said no. They would give only $4 back saying usually these things are on sale, even though it was still regular price. So I came back without returning. I wish if they had better customer service and return policy, they would stay longer and people won’t turn to amazon for everything!

I love the fact that I can use the Higi station here. The store is very clean.

I reviewed the incorrect location. This location had rude people helping at the pharmacy, and did not listen to my words. I had asked for a list of medication they had on file, not the medication... 10 min later, I asked if there was an issue printing the list, and I was informed hey were filling all available medications.I have also had issues pulling information from the pharmacist that was reviewing a new medication with me. I have just felt like I was an inconvenience to their day.I have been forced to use this pharmacy due to proximity and slightly later hours, but I can very much recommend the pharmacy on 2310 Homestead Road (Los Altos?). All of the pharmacy staff at that location are amazing, go above and beyond, and are incredibly friendly!

Just walkable distance from The Pointe apartments. The staff working in the store are very helpful. Welcomes everyone with a smile.

Stopped by at 8am on a Monday. When I took my allergy medicine up to the counter the clerk just looked at me and said go to the register over there. I was confused because she was the only clerk on either register... Next she told me I couldnt pick up the allergy medicine at the counter and that Id have to pick it up at the pharmacists desk, so I went back to the phamacists desk. The clerk forgot to mention that the phamacy was closed...What a waste of time. I then decided to leave the rest of my items I was planning on purchasing. I dont think Ill be coming back to this place.

I had a very similar experience as Aria. I went to this rite aid and the man that worked there (in the photo department), was extremely rude and unhelpful. They are very disorganized and unprofessional. The only reason i have gone there twice, is because this particular rite aid is very close to where I work (its convenient in that way), however service wise it is HORRIBLE.
