This is the worst run Walgreens in America. Slow beyond your wildest imagination. Rudeness taken to a whole new level. Walgreens should close this place down.
Horrific service. Have been waiting for more than 45 mins to get some one to the window. The staff has no sense of priority or to work things efficiently.

Horrible pharmacy. Does not explain that different insurance wont accept there. Zero politeness by the pharmacist and instead nearly yells at you for asking how to take the pills while the helping staff looks like isnt allowed to do anything except what the pharmacist says so Im left waiting without service till pharmacist tells the staff to help the customer. Go to a different pharmacy. This one is the worst.

I actually waited for 30 minutes at the window for the pharmacy before anyone even helped me. Then another 15. Meanwhile they helped 4 people inside. Seriously just don’t bother coming here. Ridiculous.

Pharmacy and the Photo Booth location are good. Sometimes there is waiting at the pharmacy.If you have option do the express checkout before arriving in pharmacy.
I was there the Cupertino branch before one week ago I want to give recognition your employee her name is Jamie she is so good for customer service and helpful she showed me everything what I wanted with great smile and professional manner .she is real customer oriented employee 👏👏👏👏👏👏
Pretty ok experience overall. the pharmacy staff are actually more helpful than the store staff, the cashier wont even scan my rewards card JUST BECAUSE i stored the bar code on my phone, and all she kept telling me was a company policy that dont allow staff to scan peoples phone since they might hack the system. i was like...ugh HELLO?! i can use my digital rewards card absolutely with no problem back home in washington but apparently not here. but the items are clear and everything looks good in the store.
The front staff are always so helpful. Whenever there have been changes, they are always willing to help and are very respurceful. Very clean store and well stocked, pharmacy staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I think bad reviews are contagious. I dont agree with them. While the staff may not be the most smiley, theyve never made a mistake, the wait times are always within a very short time, a few minutes, and the staff have been helpful to my family, and we pick up a lot of drugs at this store, and have used them for many years. They seem personally concerned about us, and answered all our questions thoroughly, and provided good consultation on new drugs. I think there is a problem with the people who like to bash others, and I feel compelled to write this. These are good people working here who dont deserve those reviews.
Im puzzled by the bad reviews.....I have been going to this Walgreens for 20 years and have never had an issue with their service in any of the departments, especially the pharmacy. They have always been polite, professional, helpful and efficient. As a matter of fact, I just hung up with the pharmacy and once again they gave me great customer service and will be filling my prescription within 10 min. No complaints here!!
Ive been going here for monthly prescription refills for the past year. I have always found the staff to be very helpful. I usually have very low wait times when calling the pharmacy. Lines can be a bit slow during peak times but usually I only have to wait a few minutes.
This Walgreens pharmacy has pathetic service with long wait times, Once they gave me a medicine which had few capsules missing from the correct dosage quantity, realized that only when I reached home. Pharmacist refused to acknowledge that and instead gave me lame argument that this has never happened to him in 10 yrs, I think it was my mistake to use this pharmacy after 3 years. I would highly recommend to use Rite-aid on Bollonger
Convenient location. Relatively clean store. One or two employees are great and helpful, but most are barely adequate. Always only one person at the register so expect to wait.
Staff is not enough to handle demand, making silly mistakes while handling insurance authorization and can be sometimes very slow.It takes on average 35 minutes to get a response for pharmacy phone calls and that can be over an hour in busy times. But, staff is mostly helpful when answering the calls. But, when they are frustrated they wont give you what you need and be uneasy on the call.Staff works very hard and the pharmacists are cooperative and provide good advices and insights on medications.There is a great sense of frustration as well and you feel theres too much overload on the staff.***** Walgreens should seriously consider adding two extra people. ****

I generally easily find what I need, and can check out quickly. The staff is friendly. While not perfect, Ill go to this Walgreens instead of CVS any day!
Not bad for a store right next to your home.
I started visiting this store regularly from July of 2016. The pharmacy and store staff have always been helpful and very courteous.
Most basic items are in stock, and I did not get mugged.Pit of despair.
The service in this store is very bad. I had my instance information there and I was not told that the information needs renew when I ordered my drug. I was charged the high price. When I found it and talked to them, the reply was real rude.
