Went in for upgrade of my Note8 to 20.... Kiyuan helped me and as his tag says, hes an expert. Leo was in house as well. Appreciate the assistance and getting all the data moved. Seamless transaction. DEFINITELY recommend this spot.
Yifei was so helpful. She helped me get the best deal out of all the plans I could find. I had a hard time getting good in-store service at AT&T and Verizon, and let me tell you, this place was a breath of fresh air! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for excellent coverage for a good price!
Do you speak Chinese? No? Then dont come to this place, I just asked a guy at this location about a promotion (non-iPhone) related to an specific phone model (non-iPhone), then the guy in broken Engrish proceeds to show me the iPhone displays. I asked him straight to his face you didnt understand anything I just said right? And the guy was honest enough to say No. So there you go, I bet this location is amazing for Chinese speakers, otherwise stay away.
They’ve actually moved around the corner into the old Sprint space. The staff is still terrific though. They are knowledgeable and very willing to answer questions. I’ve been to many T-Mobile locations and this is definitely the best. Also, if you travel a lot and are looking for a carrier, T-Mobile is definitely the best choice.
The worst experience with T-Mobile I’ve ever had. I made an appointment and the only person there said we don’t are appointments. Then why was there an option. Most pathetic service I’ve ever see.

The worst store you could ever think of. The salesman had no ideas about the offers and was just unwilling to help. When asked if he could look into my account he blankly said that none of the computers are working right now. Go here if you want to ruin your day.
Its my 3rd visit and it was all terribly handled. They speak in Chinese in front of customers, they don’t know what they are doing, for every question i ask they have to go back and ask the manager. Very sad to see T-Mobile like this. I will never get back to that store even if i have to drive 50m away. Bad experience.

Had a weird issue when trying to open an account. The store manager who also happened to be the district manager, tried his best to get things sorted. It was unsuccessful due to some issues with the HQ but he went above and beyond to try to fix it in store even when he knew I didnt (initially) plan on buying from his store.

After been on the phone with 3 sprint reps on their hotline and driving to two other sprint locations, I decided to give these guys a try. Called the lady and asked if she has a sim for iphone X. Said she has plenty but there would be a charge. No issue, but she kept telling me about the $3.25 charge about 7 times. Finally after making sure that I could get a sim if I dropped in, I took a 15 mins drive to the store. Lo and behold, she has none in stock and does nothing about it. Another rep came playing on his phone and had no interest in doing his Job. All sprint stores and anything sprint should be avoided!
I needed a sim card, and went to the store by Lawrence and Steven Creek. Long story short, the sale representative from that store said they didnt have it, cant order for me, and told me nearby stores would not have it either when I asked them. It turned out that was not true. Im so glad to call this store to check. The sale representative helped me, was patient when I need to look up my pin, and made sure my sim card worked before I left. Thank you.
They are really nice, helped me transfer all data for my new iPhone, they even helped me set up Bluetooth for my car.

Our husband and wife were deceived at sprint. Our iPhone 8 was still leased until last week. It has been leased for three years, and no one notified us to terminate the contract. Bad service, mobile phone accessories feel like knock-off goods, mobile phone charging shell can only charge one-third, the signal difference of mobile phone card is always careful
