DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We went with one that was on the insurance list (they are not anymore) and made the wrong choice. They broke the clamps and molding on the windshield and instead of replacing them just tried to use extra adhesive to hold the windshield in place. They lied and told us that the clamps never went back in perfectly, so they used adhesive as well and put tape on the edges while it dried. The truth was they broke the clamps and never replaced them. The adhesive oozed out everywhere and they didnt bother to clean it up. I followed their instructions and waited about 24 hours to take it out in the cold. That is when I found the damage to the door. When I called to have the drivers side door cleaned up, they came back two days later and tried to take it off. All it did was to take off the paint from the door and handle. (see photos) Also, I could now hear a loud whistling when driving at higher speeds. We had to call the insurance company to assist with correcting the damage. The body shop realized the extent of the damage when they had to fix the botched job. The clamps were not there, the molding was broken, and they had used so much adhesive that it still had not completely dried 3 weeks later. They tried to just slide the windshield down instead of placing it in correctly. They hadnt even bothered to reconnect the antenna and it was just hanging there against the windshield. It cost over $1,200 to fix all of the damage that they did to our one-year old van and we were without it for a week while the body shop repaired it. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. If they hadnt destroyed the door, we never would have known what a horrible job was done on the windshield and it would have just caused us more trouble within a year or two.

Professional as can be. They cater to the customer are extremely friendly and they are the best at what they do while offering the best prices in town. Very flexible and will come where ever you are to fix what you need done. Highly recommend to all.

I took time off from my day to wait for them at the time they said they would arrive. Instead, I received a message saying they didn’t have the part and it wouldn’t be installed for five more days. I was selling the vehicle that day so it made it difficult for two people. Once here, they did an average job.

Consumers Beware!Ordered a windshield from Ron. He said it would be 10 days for it to get in. No problem. After 10 days I had to call him to see if it was in or not since he didnt follow up. We set an appointment for 2 days later. Ron showed up 30 minutes late, got out of his truck with another guy and proceeded to look at the vehicle. He then told me I was going to need additional parts before he would begin the job that were dealer only parts. I asked if he could wait a moment and let me call a couple of dealerships to see if they had them in stock, if so he could begin the windshield replacement and Id go pick up the additional needed parts. He became very rude and stated that he was not going to stand around while I was on the phone and said he had other things to do. Mind you, this was scheduled for an hour and a half install so 5 minutes shouldnt have been a big deal. He said to call when you have parts and reschedule for a later date.We called back after we obtained parts and he was extremely rude on the phone. He stated that he could refuse to do my work and indeed proceed to tell me to go somewhere else for the whole job. Very strange, I guess he really didnt want to do the work to begin with or wasnt capable of working on a Honda branded car.Ron is very nice on the phone but can and will quickly turn and become very nasty and demeaning, not exactly the way I suggest people run their business. Hopefully this review will help someone in the future looking for auto glass repair. Do yourself a favor, pay a little more and go to a professional business that is capable of doing a repair and takes pride in their work and business.

Best value in area. The owner opened the shop on a Saturday morning just for me. They replaced the windshield on my 2012 Honda Civic in about 40 minutes. No complaints, with a courteous staff.

Made appointment to get windshield fixed. Chose this shop as it was on preferred list for insurance company. I took it to the shop as the it was predicted to rain and it it did they would have to reschedule. Window was replaced and I left tbe shop. The dash if tne car as well of the front seats had debris and a white substance that was never cleanef up. I took the car home and parked it in thr garage for 2 days to assure the insyructions eere sdheted to. 2 days later while driving the car I noticed an sirvrushing sound the mimicked a window being open just s crack that got louder with speed. Not thinking it was the windshiled, as I just also had the cabin filter changed my husband took it to the dealer. Upon inspection they found that the window shield was installed totally wrong. The seal that the window sits into was literaly on top of the windshield and air was rushing around it. He immediately took it back to Precision and was told they have been I business for 37 years and never had s problem. The secretary called the owner and he said they would pressure test it before and the earliest he would be back in the shop was on Monday the following week, this was on Tuesday. They didnt even look at it. When looking at it, even someone who knows nothing about installing windshields could tell it was not right. I would steer clear away from this business.

They are very fast and cheaper then anybody in town
