Windshield cracked within a few weeks with vehicle not being used. Would never recommend their work. Plus they tore the wallpaper putting the windshield in. Very poor service & quality!!

Setting up appointment was very easy was given a cost that was fairly reasonable compared to other places that I have called for repair. Upon coming in and hand them my keys and left was given a call about an hour later that my car was ready. My husband and I were in a rush, I left and upon going home I noticed they have a buzzing sound coming from the bottom part of my windshield. Was just thinking that it may have been the tape that I was told to leave on until next day. The next day, ran to Walmart to do some grocery shopping again on the expressway heard some heavy noise. I told my husband about it, he told me probably due to the tape. I called Senneco anyway told him about it they said it was probably the tape and just to take it off when I got home. Fast forward to Monday I actually take the tape off and still have a buzzing sound coming from the bottom part of my windshield. Come to find out the seal at the bottom was completely separated from my windshield along with many cracks of paint around my frame and finding the sealant that they used on my dash that I couldn’t get it off. Called Senneco they told me to come back which Inconveniently I had to. I got there and had someone come outside .I showed all of the chips around my windshield and was told that was due to rocks. Showed the sealant on the inside of my dash as well as bottom of my windshield that was separated from the windshield at the bottom. Then, two gentlemen come out from the shop questioning me about the noise that I had heard I don’t encourage them to take my car on the expressway so they could hear the noise that I was speaking of they were gone for about 10 minutes and came in immediately took my car into the garage without saying one word to me about 10 minutes later the older gentleman that works came out and asked me if I had time that they were going to just replace my whole windshield again. Was it worth the money ? With the hassle definitely not . I did my research .. so I thought 😞 see photos

Very friendly and made sure they had the correct glass on my 2014 EOS Komfort edition. Professional services. Made sure I understood the rules for removing the take etc and provided me with a 24 service card in case anything should happen.

This place is the worse ever had back window put in Ford Ranger $350 leaks worse than old window, carried it back numerous times never fixed it right! I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.. Just a sorry bussiness

Was quoted a price for removal of quarter glass on my R32 Skyline GTR so i could paint car was told would cost about 90$ when tech came out he broke the interior trim on both sides which i told him it was fine stuff happens after removal he handed me the bill for a total of 166$ i asked why the difference was told that i was quoted incorrectly and that reinstallation was included at this price and he asked to be payed in cash so i did so few weeks later car is painted i call and have them come out to install after install was handed a bill for 92$ asked why was told cost for re installing them i told him i thought you said last time you were here it was included he said nope was a mistake so had to pay him again and order new 200$ interior trim at this point Im upset and call main office to see why was so expensive lady there accuses me of lying and says i only payed 50$ initially to get glass removed and not 166$ so i provided proof because i had kept my receipts lucky at that point she informs me that it seems like the tech had put in the system he only charged 50$ so she assumed he pocketed the rest so she said she needed to investigate and said i would receive a refund the following day, the next day I receive a call from the owner and he informed me that there was a mistake in the system and that i wasnt over charged he said they normally charge 90$ after tax per window to remove and re install i said ok well that is 180$ i payed 258$ so i still need to be refunded some he then changed and said that 90$ is a body shop price if they do multiple windows a week for me but since they dont my cost is higher so i would not be refunded anything. So my take on this is the Tech pocketed money since he was payed in cash they realized but didnt wanna pay from there pocket so they made any excuse not to reimburse me as far as work goes glass was removed without being broke and reinstalled pretty well so that part was great but as far as cost and all the shady business and my trim getting broke which is so hard to find for a 1992 Skyline GTR and very expensive and long wait to get from Japan! So just a fee things to consider when using this company.

Very friendly guy. Ive been in there a couple times and he tells you the way it is. I actually brought an oddball scenario a while back and he gave me a cheaper solution without using his product. Senneco has been recommend to me before and I will recommend them in the future.

I called to get a quote on a back windshield repair and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. She had a horrible attitude and seemed very annoyed at the questions I was asking. It was a great price and I was tempted to schedule a repair but you lost my business because of the way your staff member talks to your customers. The job can’t be THAT bad.

I was referred here by Matt Coyne from State Farm Insurance for a Courtesy Repair on my windshield that was chipped. Very great service and very speedy.

We had our windshield replaced here a year and half ago on our brand new SUV and it was nothing short of a terrible experience. We had to take it back to them to have them redo it because it was such poor quality. The molding was messed up, black glue all over the inside and outside, crooked, left a mess of glass, etc. Our glass just cracked again and we had Safelite come out to replace it. He showed us all of the scratches in the paint around the windshield and gaps in the sealant from the prior replacement which he thinks contributed to the new crack. It also wasn’t primed correctly and we now have rust all along the windshield frame which he said will probably rust through and create water leaks within 4-5 years. So much for a long term car purchase.

If you ever have the unfortunate experience of having to have a repair or replacement of your windshield, I highly recommend coming to Senneco glass! The people here and the work done are phenomenal (not to mention very fair prices) ! Both Rick and Christine (Chris) are wonderful and I truly enjoyed my short wait time chatting with them. Ive been here before years ago for another vehicle, and didnt hesitate before coming here again and Im always very happy with bringing my business here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a broken back windshield. When the guys came to replace it, they not only did not put anything down and got glass all over my driveway, garage, and car, but then they couldnt get my back wiper off to put the glass in. They said I would have to cut it off and get a new wiper and they said they would come back and cut it off but not until the next day. They said I could drive my car around with no back window and it would be fine. They also said that there was glass in between the interior plastic and the metal hatch door frame but they dont clean that up until the job is done. While I was waiting for them to come back, I got the wiper off in all of five minutes and I called them to see if they could come back and put the glass in. They were not able to come back until the next day and when they did, they could not get my hatch to open. They said this was because probably when I was driving the glass in between the plastic and metal settled down into the button that opens the hatch door. They said they see it all the time with my vehicle and they couldnt do anything about it or even put the glass in if they couldnt open the hatch. So what I dont understand is why they told me my car would be fine to drive and that they were not specifically cleaning the glass out of the door until the job was done but they knew the glass in the door would cause a problem if it settles down in?? After more shenanigans, I finally just bought the glass off of them and put it in myself. In hindsight, I should have just paid extra and had Safelite put it in with no hassle. It would have been done a week before Senneco and Senneco didnt even get the job done. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. If you want the job done right and efficiently, I do NOT recommend this business. It would have made me feel much better as well if the owner was accommodating and made an effort to try to correct the situation, but he was rude and short with me and eventually stopped taking my calls altogether. So sad.

Fast, friendly service. Whats not to like? I needed a windshield chip repair and called around to several places. Senneco was a further drive from my house than two other shops, but they won my business with how customer focused they were on the phone (they delivered in person as well). I was there all of about 20 minutes from start to finish, and they dealt completely with the insurance company as well. I will use them for all glass repair going forward.

Just a little back story on what happened to me. The neighbors stupid kids threw a chain across the fence and it landed right on my windshield. I was told by my insurance that my deductible was $500 and if I could get the car fixed somewhere else for cheaper, go for it. My sister recommended Senneco glass because she had a chip on her windshield and she loved the service she received. I called Senneco on saturday, they ordered the glass for me, and I had an appointment for Monday morning. Due to some misunderstandings between my insurance, my jerk neighbor, and I, I could not take my car on Monday, however Senneco did accommodate me and they saw me Friday morning. They are super friendly!! I went in to get my whole windshield replaced and I was only there for about 18 minutes!! The job they did is outstanding and I paid $260 which I think is absolutely awesome. Thank you so much, Senneco!! Heres more stars for your outstanding service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Had a appointment at 11:00 they told me that they didnt have my windshield. I was told to come back at 2:00 they still didnt have the windshield or anyone to install it. Finally around 2:45 the owner showed up and installed the windshield. He didnt even put everything back together and chipped my paint in a couple of places and my personal possessions were thrown around in my vehicle and I was missing a very special guitar pick that was given to me. He also broke the bottom guard of my windshield that keeps water and debris from the engine compartment. Terrible service!!

Needed to replace the windshield in my Escalade. Cannot say anything but good things about this shop. Good work, competitive price, fast service and everyone was super courteous and great to deal with. If I have the misfortune to need any more auto glass work on any of my vehicles, Ill be back.

Had Acura RL windshield repaired at their shop. Was told to keep tape in place till I got home. Drove car home after repair. Upon arriving home I removed the tape. I noticed the gasket was not properly installed. There was black sealer on the paint across the top and driver side. I called them the next day (shop had closed by time I got home). They asked if I could return to shop (one hour drive) get repair. I couldn’t due to work. They offered to come to my home for repair. They did come and reinstall the windshield. They repaired the gasket but left a lot of the black sealer on the paint all around the windshield. I chose this shop due to it’s higher rating. I will not use this shop again and recommend anyone else go somewhere else!!!
