I havent used this business yet but have an appointment coming up on 6/4 to get a couple parts replaced on my 2017 dodge grand caravan. Seen there was an ad in the town money saver flyer and gave them a call. They were truthful and up front with me about my problem I been having. This is the kind of business I like that wont give you the run around about problems you might be having. Im comfortable with the way that Stephanie and Ryan treated me with respect. Should anyone have a problem with there vehicle go see and talk to b&b auto service. Theyve definitely started to earn my business!!😄

They got me in quickly and did the job needed. When they were done, they came in UNDER the quote the first gave me. Everyone is friendly and polite.

When I called for the tow to my daughters car, they showed up as promised. I didnt catch the drivers name, but he was EXTREMELY careful and meticulous while using the winch to get my daughter out of the ditch in the snow. I could not have been more pleased. Nice work there young man.

Took my Jeep in thinking it was the hose, turned out to be the radiator. They looked at in within a day and called me back to let me know how much it will cost. Got my car back in 2 days. I highly recommend this place if your in the area !

Quuck show up time and dropped the car exactly where I needed it.

Josh was meticulous in making sure my very low classic car got on the flatbed without damaging the body. Took the time to explain where straps were going so I was confident that the truck and straps wouldnt damage anything. Great experience. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend. Only critique would be to get some better boards for lowered cars. I had to use my own, which I had no problem with, but would be great if the truck had some. Thanks!

The guys seem chill and relaxed. The fees. 175 flat bed 20 dollars a day storage. Best advice is use AAA

Called for a tow they were out 20 minutes after making the phone call. The driver said if I wanted they can take my truck to their shop and fix it that night. Lower ball joint broke and it’s a work truck. I was 20 miles from my shop. From making the phone call to driving out of their shop 2.5 hours very happy thank you again. Would definitely recommend them

Very efficient, accommodating, and professional towing service! I highly recommend these guys! I was quoted a wait timeof 40 mins and was done in 15...including tow and a ride home! The guy in the truck, Mike, was very easy to talk to! These guys are legit!

DO NOT get towed by these people! The driver ripped my driver side door handle completely off and they refuse to pay for it. The woman I spoke to in the office got a pretty serious attitude with me as well and hung up on me. Rude, scamming, inconsiderate-of-property people. Call someone else!

We broke down on interstate, on an off ramp! They got there quickly and got us loaded up and on our way!! A++++

Nic is a great guy I had a blow out with my 6 year old in car not alot of money on me and he waited until he found me a used tire for cheap and then drove me from the falls to Akron for half the normal price it would cost I really appreciated his help I would recommend this Co. to anyone ask for nic hes awesome 5*

My mother getting in an accident was not the problem, it was how she was treated after the accident. Maybe you should break all affiliation with the body shop as they are as corrupt as they come. Lied about when it would be done, lied about the cost, lied about the repairs needed, lied about acutally doing the work. Scamming a little old lady, whats next, what will be the encore. So are you going to break tiies with your family or keep funneling cars to them and then sit down at dinner and talk about whats next????? My mother is now paying twice for one accident, and your family profited from it. You should be proud.
