Been waiting for 2 hours and paying for 2 hours worth of labor as my car and several others sit in the garage without a worker in sight. For almost 30 minutes now, no one has touched my vehicle. As soon as I took a photo of the garage without a worker in it and one noticed, now all of the sudden, they all walked out and back to work. Glad Im overpaying for a service that takes this long. I couldve fixed my own pads and rotors in less time, without a lift. Also, apparently my paperwork states I have an oil leak, but no one said a word to me about it while I was there or I wouldve made it a priority. Never again. This place is horrible.

Sort of over priced but very professional and expedient

I will more than likely stick with this location for any other services needed when I don’t want to go to my dealer. I’ve been skeptical about going to other service shops in the past due to bad experiences and them trying to take advantage with price and service. With this location i can indeed say i was very comfortable. I practically came in already knowing what i wanted however Collin was an AWESOME service advisor! He provided recommendations and was very resourceful. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work done, no complaints for the most part. I appreciate you all!

My tire was going flat it had gotten down to 11lbs of pressure, I so stressed out by the time I walked into this shop! I had stopped at another tire shop down the street they were closing I respect that, but wouldn’t even put air in it so I could make it down the street to another shop. I had to take my chances with what little air I had left! I am so grateful this was the next shop available not only did they fix my tire they also didn’t charge me a dime! I was nearly in tears it’s just nice to know there is still good in the world! I just wanted to thank the gentleman that helped me today you were truly a blessing! Thank you!

I can not even begin to explain how upset I am about the situation that happened at this Midas. My girlfriend took her car here a couple months ago. She had a terrible service and the mechanics were more interested in speaking with her and staring at her than they were working on her car. She pulled her car out after being there for 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and her oil light was on and her tire light is on. They forgot to put oil back in it and never filled her tire pressure. After all that the manager starts calling and texting her all the time. Since she has blocked his number. This has been a nightmare for us and I just cant believe Midas would let stuff like this go on.

Called n adv a tow bringing Camry there...very receptive professional n more than willing to help out. Ended up not needing them..just a battery...AAA got the job done...thanks Alex from Stan Towing...Thank you Allan from Midas..

Amazing service! My wife’s car engine needed replaced and not only did they replace the engine in a timely manner but they kept us informed every step of the way. If they fixed or did something they let us know beforehand. The customer service was excellent and they helped us out when it came to dealing with the warranty company. Great job and experience!

Not only waited fours but they also charged me an insane rate for putting on brake pads and rotors only on the front of the vehicle. 20 minutes of labor as I watched and was charged over an hour and a half at $110 an hour. I will absolutely never go back! As well they took off my coupon before I paid! Seems pretty shady!

This was the first time Ive taken my vehicle to a car shop, and I picked the right place . I delt with Collin, and Adam . They were both very kind, and thorough. Their costumer service skills were above, and beyond. That is really hard to find nowa days . I would recommend them to anyone

Just another place who think they can take advantage of a woman. Told me I needed new brakes & rotors even though they were replaced a year ago. Also didnt rotate my tires which I marked prior to leaving my vehicle. Not that this matters much as I only let you charge my oil & air filter.

Horrible. My car was towed to this location. Techs initially were very willing to fit me in on a Saturday despite no appointment. Once car was looked at they basically told me that they couldnt do anything about it, that I would have to get it towed to a dealer. Something about the fuse box needing to be reprogrammed. They reported smelling smoke when they tried jump starting the battery. When I finally got it towed a second time to a dealership they informed me that the techs at the Midas location jumped the battery backwards, causing the fuse box to smoke. I sent bill to corporate and district manager and never heard anything back. I wont ever use a Midas again.

I totally get how long cars can take to look at but I wish I was given a heads up that I would be waiting 4 hours for them to run some tests on my engine & give me an oil change. Wait time always seems like an issue when I’m here.

These guys are awesome! I tore something loose on some frozen snow in my driveway and it was dragging on the road. They were the fist place I came across after realizing what had happened and they fixed it for me in like 10 minutes. I wasn’t even late to work! Super cool guys. Thank you!!

Had a diagnostic check up scheduled from 9am-noon took them an extra 2 hours. The whole time they are just hanging out, eating food, not even in the building. They even got other customers that came in after done before(a specific one I noticed was a man needed two rotors changed). Just abysmal service, especially since they charged me for labor for all 5 hours which is incredibly messed up. I want the money I spent on labor back because I’m ABSOLUTELY NOT paying $110 per hour to have some bro eat a sandwich.

Midas is the only place I take my car. I have had a few issues over the life of my vehicle and they have never treated me unfair with price and the service is always top notch.

Far and away the best place to take your vehicle for repair. Accurate assessments of what needs to be done. Timely repairs and great prices. Adam is especially helpfull and professional. The whole crew are great. I dont go anywhere else.

A friend of mine dumpster dives and multiple times he has found stacks of paperwork with ALL of the customers personal info, names, address, phone, Credit card info including security pin. He found my dads info one time and I almost went up there.

Scheduled an appointment online. From 2pm-4pm.Showed up at 1:45pm and handed in my keys. Finally ended up leaving after 5pm. My car ended up sitting out front of the garages for over 15 minutes not in a parking spot and no one approached me or told me it was good to go. It just sat.

Currently here at the State Rd location in cuyahoga falls, i came in with a busted tire and limited budget. My concerns were heard and the entire team did their best to help serve me. I came here because I had a problem with 1 out of 2 of the new tires I bought 3 months ago from a different Midas. Luckily I bought the protection plan on both tires because the streetsboro location gave me bad tires.When I came in here, I gave my keys to the guy working the desk. After I gave my keys to him, all of the workers stopped working for an entire hour because it was slow (only me and 1 other guy in the shop) and they were also concerned about the car accident out front of the shop. I feel bad that guy was just coming to work and got rear-ended. I do understand that the workers here were looking out for their coworker that got rear ended but to just put off all work for an ENTIRE hour was just unprofessional!I sat in this place for 2 and a half hours for them to find a leak in my tire and patch it up. Only good thing was it was free of charge because I bought the protection on the tires.

The best service of any car place I’ve been too. Straightforward and honest. Keeps you updated and will bring you out to show you the problem personally if applicable. Friendly, flexible and will go out of their way to accommodate you.

My experience was awesome! I got the run around from two separate dealerships for the check engine light on my 2015 Chrysler. That same day, I called Midas in State Rd and was told to come on in. Jason and Adam were outstanding helping me deal with my extended warranty company and the issues that arose. Overall very happy with my experience and will continue to do business with them.

I was in town for a long weekend all the way from Vermont and something went wrong with my brakes at about 4:45pm on a Friday night. They close at 6:00pm and when I explained my situation to them (two kids and my wife with me, would likely need to rent a car, leaving the area in two days, etc.) they jumped into action and got my car in, fixed, and out all in under an hour. I’ve never had a more positive experience at a mechanic before in life. These guys are the epitome of professionalism and customer service. Highly, highly recommend!

Got a quote and it didnt seem bad until I went elsewhere and got one for 400 dollars less. Also I went in for an oil change and immediately after noticed a problem. Had to get it towed and they had drained my transmission fluid. Had to pay over 150 dollars to fix their mistakes. Inexperienced staff and overpriced service.

Huge thank you to Jason and the gentleman that worked on my car this past weekend (sorry to the service tech, I didnt catch your name)! They went above and beyond what was needed to help me out and get my car (my only car) back on the road!My car was giving me issues leaving work on Saturday afternoon, so I had my husband look up mechanics that were open past noon. He told me this was the best rated one he could find, and I wasnt disappointed! When I went in, I met Jason and told him what was going on. After already having an overwhelming day, he took me under his wing and brought me back into the shop after briefly looking/listening to my car. He said he was going to help me out despite being overbooked. He took my car in and even gave me the number to enterprise since I would need a rental. He called a couple hours later with the diagnosis of what was going on with my car, and guaranteed I would have my car back after work on Monday.Even though he found another thing wrong with my car, he was still able to get my car back to me and my family on the same timeline. He made my car safe again, and for that I am forever grateful! We will continue to use Midas services for anything we might need! Thanks again to all the guys at Midas!!

I have been to many car maintenance shops with all the driving i do for work. Once i discovered the Midas location in Cuyahoga Falls, i refuse to go anywhere else. They are very honest technicians that care about the health of my car and make sure i get to work safely. I have been bringing my car to this shop for years and will continue to do so!

Love this place, love these guys.I just moved to the area and knew nothing about this Midas, but I needed an oil change pretty bad since I just recently drove my car in from CA and this location is close to where I now live. I brought it in about an hour before closing. I knew something was up with my alignment and/or tires, but not what, so I mentioned it to Jason. Jason and David were quick and efficient, found the problems, and made plans to get the car serviced the next day, even though it was a huge job with parts they didnt readily have, because it wasnt safe to drive on. Dropped my car off in the morning, Adam found me some awesome and affordable tires, and the guys made my car fun to drive again. Now it handles like a dream.Im always wary when I get an oil change, because Ive had too many mechanics or technicians try to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. Jason was honest, didnt try to pressure me into anything, and was very down to earth. He took me out and showed me on my car what was wrong with it and explained how it was supposed to look/function. I wasnt even recommended what most service techs tell me my car is in dire need of!These guys earned my trust, did an excellent job, and worked with me to not break the bank on what could have been an extremely costly repair. Ill definitely be coming back here.

I felt that Jason tried to pull a fast one on me because Im a woman (and therefore, must know nothing about car repairs). While my car was at Midas for routine maintenance, he told me I needed my air filter changed. He tried to justify the price of the filter change by explaining the process as being this hard, tedious task that required the techs to completely take apart the dashboard. Good thing I know better! I told him no and that Id change the filter myself because it literally takes 2 minutes (tops!) and is not difficult by any means. This conversation left a very bad taste in my mouth. I feel like he thought he could make a quick extra $50 off of me because he assumed I was ignorant about cars. I dont trust these people. When I saw the Google reviews on here, I was relieved to think that a truly honest repair shop was in my area. Jason seemed super nice when I spoke to him on the phone and dropped my car off. This place turned out to be a complete let-down. Looks like Ill be going back to Integrity Auto in Stow, even if it means driving an extra 15 minutes down the road. Bummer.

Came here to get brakes flushed and they werent sure if they had to use a certain machine on the car that could potentially change the price of original quote and they ended up having to use it but kept the same price of the original quote. These guys are awesome! I will definitely be coming back, everyone was friendly and helpful and got to work right away.

Ive been coming to this location for at least a couple years now and Ive had wonderful service every time. The employees are patient, friendly, and informative, and always go above and beyond what is expected in customer service. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I am very pleased with the interaction I had with Jason and the mechanic that worked on my vehicle. Jason was helpful with keeping things affordable and provided me with helpful information regarding my tires that were being worked on. The mechanic was very friendly. I used to live about 2 minutes from this place, but now live 20 minutes away; however, I will continue to visit this Midas location because of their great customer service.

I went in to get my oil changed and asked for someone to also take a look at my car because it had been making an interesting noise lately. Long story short - a bearing I had replaced elsewhere a couple months ago wasnt installed correctly and needed to be replaced ASAP. The staff at Midas were all very accommodating, able to fix my car that day, and willing to let my husband come take a look at the issue before they fixed anything. My car is good to go and much safer (& quieter) now! Thank you!!

Fantastic work, fantastic people, fantastic service. I called up for an estimate on my tires (they were the cheapest in the area for my car) and they had me in the shop working on my car 20 minutes later. They didnt try to oversell products or services that I didnt need and they were very straightforward throughout the whole process. Midas will be doing my car care from now on!

The staff is always professional and respectful. There are times when I go in for an oil change and theyll see something during their inspection. Theyll take me to my car and physically show me what theyve found. If I decide to wait on the repair to talk it over with my husband they never pressure me. They are timely with their appointments.

I needed to get a headlight changed, with my car of course it’s something that’s more difficult to do. It usually requires the bumper to be removed. I called Midas to get a quote this morning. They told me $160 to have it replaced, insane! So I tried a few other places of course!! I ended up going to 10 Minute oil change on W. Market, Akron. I provided the light bulb which cost me $20 from Auto Zone. They charged me $20 to have it placed and the guy knew how to do it without taking the bumper off! Took him maybe 10 minutes and filled all my fluids! Midas was quoting me $160 for 1 1/2 hours of labor!! People do your research, call around!! I never in my life thought it should cost so much for a bulb replacement!!! Shame on them!! I saved my self $120!! I gave a 3 star because I’m sure their work is good but those prices thou.... not cool!

Had something hanging from the undercarriage of my car so dropped into Midas on a Sat. (without appointment) to have them check it out. They had car up on rack within maybe 10 minutes and found the heat shield had come loose. Got it all refastened and out the door within another 10 minutes at no charge. Professional, thorough, friendly and caring, Midas on State Rd. has found a new loyal customer in me.

I needed help with my battery in my car, it had died on me. Jason was more than happy to help, having one of the guys give my battery a jolt with their power system. Jason is the main and only reason I trust going to an auto body shop anymore. We had serious issues with our vehicle and Ive only ever trusted this Midas location because of Jason. He make sure to give people exactly what they need to keep them and their families safe. I flew into Ohio for a vehicle purchase in Cuyahoga Falls, being an older vehicle I needed the vehicle to be lifted up to check the undercarriage for rust and a compression test to check the engine health. Jason offered me a safety inspection and compression test, all completed within 45 minutes. From start to finish the entire staff was courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. This is the Midas to go to! Thanks again Jason and team.

I stopped in a total panic over my overheating car and I was immediately met in the parking lot by Jason who started assisting me right away. He walked me through everything he would be doing to inspect my car and help me out and came back to talk to me through things several times while I was waiting. He gave me a card for a free oil change next time for applying for a credit card to cover the cost of repairs this time. He was extremely friendly and helpful and the repairs were done quickly and efficiently. Im very pleased with my experience.

Always give me the best deals on the work I have gotten done on my car. Ive recently gotten an oil change, and new tires from them and they did a beyond exceptional job. The staff is always incredible friendly to me and my young daughter.

Ive always had a great experience. I have been taking my vehicles here for over 3 years. They have always been honest and treated me well without being pushy to get things done that didnt really need done. They have fought with my car warranty company to get repairs done that should have been covered. I give them a high recommendation.

I have been using their oil change services for a while and had good deals for it. However, if you want to do any repair, stay away from them!I had a small noise coming from under the hood and they told me it is from the alternator and it needs to be changed. They also told me that the water pump is leaking and needs to be changed to (unrelated to the aforementioned noise). I asked them to change only the alternator, since I wanted to get rid of the noise first. A day after doing that, I experienced a noise 10 times worst than I had before. They refuse to take any responsibility.These guys are either very dishonest or dont know what they are doing.Also, I realized afterward that they are not using the original manufacturer parts, as they claimed to justify their higher parts prices. For my case, they charged me ~$400 for an alternator which I could buy for ~$150 from the advanced Autoparts (The exact same brand and model!)Overall, go to the car dealer, if you are willing to pay more money for original parts or just go to your local mechanic. I wish I knew this before being scammed by these people.

The manager Adam has the best team here, Jason is always so helpful and knowledgeable and suggests the best tires and parts, and even more David is always the one working on my car and he does great top notch work. David works proficiently and has my car done in great time. I will always bring my car here because Adam, Jason, and David are always so friendly and know how to make a customer feel welcomed and comfortable. Can’t wait for my next visit 😄

I came to this shop on a recommendation from a friend. I have to say, Im extremely pleased with everything about my experience. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and helpful, not to mention knowledgeable. My car was in for suspension work after I made a hash of installing some performance components on my own. I left it with them not really knowing what I had messed up. When I got it back they explained exactly where my mistakes had been and how they had corrected it. My 4 year old car drives like the day it rolled out of the factory now. Their pricing was also fair in my opinion. I would absolutely recommend this Midas.

I had a major problem that I knew nothing about and being a widow and a woman they treated me as a person and explained things to me fully and intelligently and understandably and did the work promised and even work that I had not had done anywhere else that I am glad they consider standard for safety. Came in with a few problems on a Saturday afternoon. They were obviously very busy but went above and beyond to make sure they took good care of my car and that I was checked in on several times while waiting. It was VERY expensive - not their fault, just the nature of the beast - but I’m so glad I spent money at a place with hard working and customer service oriented workers!

I’ll never go back here I went here simply for an oil change I was told I needed my entire system cleaned out before they could do the oil change for some reason I forgot.. I’ve never heard that before and I’ve had plenty oil changes the oil change was only $21 I ended up paying $74 including the system clean out ! When leaving I heard a loud noise under my hood and my car started smoking apparently my ac compressor and serpentine belt broke I know I needed it replaced but I kept blowing it off but it seemed to just happen to break that day as if they manually threw something off track themselves I was mad then they gave me $1,000 on the quote to get the work done they try to get money out of you by the way the guy Jason everyone is talking about that’s who I dealt with I think him and the other guy messed my car up purposely so I could spend more money with them how did a simple oil change turn in to thousand dollars worth of work never will I go back!!!!!!

I was very impressed with how clean the place was . I have been in auto shops where I didnt want to sit or use their restrooms due to uncleanliness . Adam was very courteous and honest . I even let three different people know of my positive experience at Midas shortly after I left the shop .

This place completely tried to rip us off! Brought car in for a noise issue, Midas said we had to make thousands of dollars worth of fixes. Took to get a second opinion - turned out only thing that needed done was a fix costing less than $100. Do not be jipped by this money-hungry business. Go somewhere else.

When I took my car to monro at 1584 state rd to look at my car they said I didn’t even need my rear shocks done and that i didn’t need all 4 new tires, just maybe two. Midas wasn’t honest about my car and prices was way to high. 👎🏽

Adam, Jason and David went above and beyond to make my experience amazing. They always do. Super quick service and always friendly faces in this midas. They are all so helpful! And cost was great too!!

Right before thanksgiving I took my car in to put 4 new tires on it, turns out I had indicated the wrong size tire for the make of my vehicle. Upon finding this out I felt so silly, but the guys at Midas said they’d get it figured out. My old tires were already off and there weren’t any tires stocked for my vehicles needs. These guys went above and beyond and went ran to a supplier to get my 4 new tires. I’m sure the last thing they wanted to do was deal with a woman who didn’t know her tire size the night before thanksgiving but they delivered service with a smile and I feel so grateful for the help of Adam and Jason and the technician. I left for my thanksgiving trip on time and confident in my new tires. Cannot say enough good things about this place!
