As a female, with little to no knowledge of car issues and how to fix them, going to any auto store is intimidating. We had purchased a battery from Advanced a couple of months ago, and it seems that we received a bad battery. I came to the store, and was met immediately by a very friendly and attentive staff. They checked my starter, alternator, and battery, all while explaining every step of the process. It turns out that my battery indeed was faulty, and without a blink of an eye, Cameron and his manager Tiffani were right there to fix the mistake. I felt at ease and was impressed by their knowledge! You have a lifelong customer in me! Thanks for turning what could have been a highly stressful day, into a surprisingly pleasant one!

This is a good location. With Cynthia Ann as the new manager the place has been very good. It has surpassed all expectations from customer service standpoint. The speed perks are awesome as well.

Very poor communication, was informed via the telephone,they dumped oil. I was told that I could bring it on up. After arriving I was then informed that they werent excepting oil, after driving there, I had to take it back home and got oil all over my vehicle. Poor communication! Poor customer service! Dont come here

Very poor customer service. Doug when asked to replace a battery under warranty because it leaked acid seemed like I asked him to give him money out of his pocket. When I stated that he should work on customer service he become angry like he wanted to fight. Now he will play the card like I’m the angry black guy but I will do all within my power to get advanced to pull the tapes and to correct this situation this was completely unnecessary and hate at its best

Great customer service. Knowledgeable employees. Very clean showroom and i get in and out quickly. Always has a great selection of parts and if not in stock can normally get my part within 2 hours. I would suggest everyone go in for all your auto parts needs.

Had a dead battery and was planning to replace it. But when I walked in and asked for a new battery instead of just doing that they first asked me if I wanted it tested to see if I even needed I really appreciate that and makes me feel safe when I go to an auto parts not trying to sell stuff even if I’m trying to buy it!

This place has the worst customer service EVER!!!! The guy that helped us was named Doug... The only way I knew that was because another employee yelled across the store for him. All my family wanted was a bulb for our van... So instead of wasting our time and money at this place.... We took our money and time to autozone. At least that company was nice and respectful!!!!

I called this location in reference to a mass flow sensor I found on the advance website and it was cheaper than the store location here in Dallas Ga. I ask the salesperson would he honor the website price which was about 11.00 cheaper at 332.00. He indicated why dont I just buy it online or come to the store and pay the higher price very rudely and as if he was upset that I shopped price. I simply hung up with to Amazon and ordered a mass flow air sensor for 54.00 with free shipping. I make it a point to support box stores because it helps but my 1st option will be Amazon.

I like ordering from the application and just picking up at this store. The staff is normally not very friendly and only on rare occasions have even offer to help me carry large or heavy items to my car. They really cater to the mechanics and people who are mechanically inclined.
