Been getting water for many years. It was especially great though the pandemic. Now my order is constantly rescheduled, not delivered, later than expected time, they dont pick up empties, and no customer service response. Ive had water delivered on a Saturday which is fine, but it wasnt expected that day. My instructions arent followed anymore. Many new customers in the area I see, but dang can I get my water on time? I own my dispenser but I may be getting water from another service.
I dont know how they manage to stay in business. They have Zero Customers Service. They delivered a bottle 3/4 full. What am I supposed to do with it. How am I supposed to trust that. They say 5 to 7 business days response but so far its been 14 days and still no response about a missing dispenser or the order delivered. How am I supposed to get water out of the bottle? So much for first impressions on new customers.
We cancelled our service with them during COVID. They took the equipment from us and still billed us for those 8 months we havent been open. Now they have sent us new equipment when our service should have been cancelled and will pick up their phones for new customers but wont transfer us to someone for complaints. Horrible company. Take your business elsewhere.
The first few months went flawlessly. Last couple of months I have had my delivery date rescheduled up to FIVE times! I have had a delivery marked as delivered and it was NOT delivered. Their customer service via phone is not accepting calls due to call volume. I have not received my delivery that was scheduled SIX days ago and nobody to contact to help. Stay away!!! There are better companies that deliver as promise and are accessible to reach when needed. Not worth the headache!!
Don’t use this company!! You can’t not close your account and they keep charging you and sending you water after moving out of the house!!! I called 4 times to cancel the account 12 months. 4 times!!! Every time I called to cancel the account, she said you are all set it’s been canceled now. But they will tell you there’s no record of cancellation on your account. They don’t let you go. And increase 24 bottles of Perrier water $57!!!
Emma at the Costco Churchill location was most helpful in addressing all my questions about water delivery to my home. This really is much more cost effective and better for our environment to use these 5 gallon jugs vs. individual water bottles. Looking forward to this service!
Though every time (I have to) call they seem apologetic- this is the WORST service!! You pay to get this service and you think youre going to get a delivery, and you DONT! They reschedule deliveries CONSTANTLY., without CONTACTING you- the one paying to receive your orders. You then have to contact them to be on hold forever. And this is not just recently, I have had this service for a year and this is an on going theme to the way its been-Then I canceled my service and they never even came to pick up the equipment I ordered. Now I called and it has an automated system telling me to go online but, I did that and never receive a response. DO NOT RECOMMEND
The first few months were great. Now I have sent several emails that go unanswered other than an automated reply that does not address the issue indicated. They say they deliver water that wasnt and charged us for it. Included in my email was a request to be called back to clear up the problem, they reply with another irrelevant email. I am repeatedly told to call the 1-800 number that no one answers. Our delivery date was pushed out 4 times but we did have water left outside the front door but our empties are stacking up. If you are looking for a water company....I would steer clear of this one. I read a post below that apologized and said to call customer service..... if they never answer it doesnt feel like a genuine apology.
Worst service. Plain and simple. We schedule service, and they reschedule no less than 3 times. Why let us schedule delivery for a certain day if you know that the delivery is going to be late? The tipping point? Getting a text saying my water had been delivered. It had not. Well...maybe they were running late? No...the link in the text message took me to a page where I was given the option to LEAVE A TIP for BARRON for his exceptional delivery service. Ummm...NO! So, I decide to call. Why? Not to tattle on Barron....but to not be charged for the three jugs of water they had down that were delivered to me today. Well...I was on hold for 42 minutes. They cancelled the charge from today, and said they would get my water to me immediately. Their version of immediately? SEVEN days from now. We are now pricing out other options. This is unacceptable.
At first I was satisfied with the product they offered. It was convenient and was cheap the first time. However, they then started to delay my reschedules and weren’t showing up the days I rescheduled it to. As well, even over charging my account overtime. This has been going on for a minute to the point where I canceled my service. I set a scheduled pickup for the water dispenser since I was no longer apart of their service but even that hasn’t got picked up from my house and it’s already been over a month. I don’t know what kind of service is this but they got to fix this soon. I do want to thank Marlene and Yasmene though for helping me out and giving me more information on who I need to talk about this. They were really kind and helpful when I approached them about the situation.
Do not order anything from this company. I had service for about 3 months before I cancelled. I had issues with my dispenser and could not get a hold of anyone to fix it. My deliveries kept getting rescheduled and it is so hard to get a hold of customer service. I was told when I returned the empty water jugs they would credit my account $20. Did that happen no and if you cancel they will charge you $50 for a refurbishing fee, so the dispensers you get are not even new. Keep your money and don’t waste your time.
Same problem as everyone else (rescheduled/cancelled deliveries with no notice), with the addition of spending 30+ minutes on hold any time you need to speak with them only to be hung up on before you can get help. I am currently on hold to cancel my service now. I find it HILARIOUS that the responses from the PR rep here leave a number to call that was REJECTING CALLS this morning due to high call volume. I had to call back 7 times just to get INTO the automated system so I could hold for 30 minutes to be hung up on. This company is a joke. I have had 2 accounts with them and Im cancelling both today.
Highly irritated with Ready Refresh. We have already been without water for 3 days. I have been trying to get water since Wednesday and it’s now Friday. They have moved my deliveries 2 times with out my knowledge. WE NEED WATER. The whole point of paying for this service is to have convenient access to water. I was supposed to have water scheduled for delivery today and they pushed it back to Monday, so no water for the weekend, we are a family of 5. We now have to go to the store to buy packs of water because ReadyRefresh fell short on their deliveries.That’s not even the worst part, there is ZERO customer service. I have tried calling their phone number and it says “due to high call volumes, customer service is unavailable at this time.” And tells you to email. So I do, to no avail because it’s going to take them ANOTHER 5-7 days to respond to my email.I just want to cancel service altogether. This is ridiculous!*THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED BY THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION FOR THE CHARGES THEY CHARGE FOR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES NOT RECEIVED TOO.
My first few months were good. But now my dates keep getting rescheduled and on 9/28 they marked my account as water delivered and it wasn’t. I called 9/30 and talk to customer service and we rescheduled my water delivery for 10/4 and then I got an email saying they are rescheduling for 10/2 today and it never came. Meanwhile I have empty 5 gallon jugs I keep taking out and bring back in. By the way this not the first time for this. I do not recommend this company or their services.
I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. They are absolutely horrible. The worst customer service ever. They keep on raising prices every month on their jugs of water. Plus, they reschedule delivery multiple times. Just this week, they have rescheduled our delivery 4 TIMES!!!! This is standard. They often reschedule so your delivery is over 2 WEEKS LATE. They are truly the worst company ever and should be put out of business. Dont waste your money!
I wish I could give zero stars because thats what they earned. They dropped my first water delivery on the porch w/o a dispenser even though I was home. When I tried to cancel, no one answered, they charged me a 2nd time(dont know why), and sent an email w/instructions on how to tip the driver. Over the past week Ive received one email promising a call that I never received and 2 computer generated emails asking what they could do to retain my business. I have 5 huge bottles in my dining room of water I cant use. I hate this company.
Consistently reschedule s deliveries on the day of delivery. Prices change once they lock you in. Impossible to cancel even after multiple requests. There are so many options for water services this company is not worth the time or money.
AWFUL!!!!!!! No one answers calls or email submissions and we are still waiting for our equipment to be picked up after cancelling - its been weeks. Constantly delayed water orders with no notice. I would NOT go with them ever. I finally got a hold of a human & was told my online submission was IRRELEVANT ......very nice . Glad we are done with them.
Worst company ever for water needs. Started out great but then new policies were put in place and they lost my business. Not only did they go up in cost PER 5gal. BOTTLE and delivery fee but now if you want guaranteed delivery on the day they CONFIRM they will deliver, you need to pay an extra 100.00 a year for priority service. Um if you say you are going to deliver on XX day I expect it to be delivered on THAT day. They kept rescheduling and endured 2 months of this (ridiculous)! I cancelled my subscription and have been renting a water tower. I scheduled a pickup for the tower + 5 empty bottles this month. They keep rescheduling and then I called and FINALLY got through they wont be able to guarantee pick up for 2 weeks. I have Sparkletts coming this week and was going to be stuck with this tower and 5 large water bottles taking up space in my house and even then who knows if they will pick up! I went ahead and paid 20.00 for them to make a special pick up but I should NOT have had to pay for this but there is no way to drop off the equipment. I recommend going with another company. No one has time for this and from what I have researched, the costs are much less elsewhere!
They dont make deliveries on time often. Once they rescheduled my delivery 4 times before actually making it. The water we get in the jugs always tastes a bit like plastic. They must be storing them in a hot area? I dont know, but the water from my fridge tastes much better. Both the original and replacement water dispensers I purchased from them broke within 1 week to 1 month of use. (which were priced around $100...) ALSO, if you want to cancel, have fun because you have to call them to do so. Navigating through their robot on the phone to even get to a person takes 10+ minutes, and then you get put on hold for an hour. Beyond disappointed and annoyed with this company. It feels like they are just ripping people off completely.
They don’t show up. They change delivery dates. I have 7 5 gallon jugs on my step. Customer service won’t answer. The truck literally drove by. I thought the driver was going to stop, but he continued on and never came back. I will be cancelling this service!!! When the sweet people come to your door don’t fall for it. My last 4 deliveries were changed to a new date. The last delivery was rescheduled from 9/2 to 9/3. Now on the app it says next delivery is on 9/7. No emails, no communication. Every time I call, I get message that no agents are available. Tried to chat, chat was canceled because no agents are available. Also, deliveries are never in the window that they themselves set. Horrible customer service.
I would give them negative five stars if I could.i cancelled service four months ago and I am still having them take money out of my account..i have to dispute it every month.up to one hundred dollars a month.when you can get through to someone its a joke.however they agreed my account eas closed.when I was charged yet again they told me to send them four or five months of my bank statements and they would look into it..who does this?? They are clowns..do not get involved..its not worth it..they even tried to tell me even if I wasnt getting any product i had to have some kind of money being auto drafted to them..thats a bunch of theifs..i expected more from a nestles company.
Very dissatisfied. My last delivery was missing items just like some of my previous deliveries. I was told that for the inconvenience they would send out a driver with the missing item plus a complimentary 24 pack of waters. This was over two weeks ago and I am still for my missing items. Every day my delivery gets rescheduled for the next day and this keeps happening every day. I call to speak to a manager and their lines and always unavailable do to high call volume. I switched from Sparkletts to see if Ready Refresh was any better but they absolutely proved me wrong. I will be exploring other options. Dang its just water!!! :/
First delivery a day late. Now Ive been billed Twice 2 Days Apart!! There is no customer service if you call and you can send messages on app all day NO REPLYNOT A GOOD COMPANY!!And it leaks, dispenser not good either!! Can someone contact me??? Its been several days now!!

I asked 4x for them to come pick their SHITUP. I still have it. With 3 bottles and EVERYTHING has to be done on line. and you are told they will get back with you in 5-7 working days. REALLY?? Oh honey where do I begin with this company…All 1-star posts are completely correct about ReadyRefresh. The first month was beautiful but after that things went downhill really fast. I was charged for orders I didn’t receive and where they take your hard earned cash they replace with credits. I’ve had nothing but automated responses via email because they’re not taking calls due to high volumes, and when I did reach them via phone I had to wait up to 20 minutes to speak to an actual person and that actual person never took the time to understand my problem just replacing my delivery and moving on. They even charged me for a replacement to a delivery that they had already charged me for but never got before. I’ve had deliveries rescheduled more times than I can count and I have waited weeks on water only to have half of the delivery actually make it to my door step. To the families that are in need this service is not worth the time, energy, or money. There are better options, don’t settle for this one
Water is great and the service was great. But as of late billing and deliver has really gone down hill. I am being billed for the second time for water I did not receive. Tried to email Customer service and called and all I get is to to and email. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!! I just want my money back for the deliver I didnt get, and for them to come get their stuff. I dont need this type of service or frustration in my life.
I went to Costco and was stopped by Demarquez ! He was informing me about how I can get water delivered straight to my front door! He was a very knowledgeable man and knew exactly what he was talking about! Overall, he did a mighty fine job !
Long time customer. Cancelling due to unreliability. They used to be pretty steady. I mean its water delivery, not rocket science right? Then the late deliveries started. Schedules missed. We get stuck with no water while our delivery date gets moved (unannounced) by a week. We call and get no explanation. So we up our water volume to account for their lateness. And they get even later. This last time was today. We were rescheduled (again without notice) 2 times. We call to find out why no water, and are told Monday. So third re-schedule (without notice). Im tired of lugging water bottles out to the porch and then back again when they mysteriously reschedule, and am tired of being stuck without water. Not sure what happened to them, but theyve managed to completely screw up what seems to a pretty simple business.**Edit, due to life getting busy - I didnt have time to switch. They made it one whole month before they again miss their appointment, and push it several days with no notice. Seriously. This isnt hard. Dont why they make it so.** They have now rescheduled twice without my updating us. Empties sitting on my front porch for 5 days. When I try and call the number that was posted in response to my review, it says due to high volume, not taking calls (paraphrase). Seriously. These guys are the absolute worst. Just read the other reviews. If you need water, look elsewhere. Weve had to start buying cases of water from Costco for when these guys leave you stranded.
Ive had ready Refresh almost 2 years now. Service hasnt always been up to Parr but as of late it has been absolutely atrocious.I have had these same 5 bottles on my porch for about 2 weeks now with delivery being rescheduled at least 8 times.My last delivery I ordered 6 bottles only got 4 back after leaving 6 empty one for them to take back. After calling and calling and emailing I get automated responses and ridiculous claims to solve the issue but no action taken.Theyve stolen almost 200$ from my account marking deliveries as completed when they WERE NOT. I have yet to receive any of the 3 deliveries theyve charged me for.PLEASE PLEASE DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE CONTRACTING THIS COMPANY. This is sick! Imagine the families quarantined right now depending on these people to deliver them fresh water and instead theyre being ROBBED. Filing a formal consumer complaint and getting to the bottom of this. My mom whom I referred is having the exact same issue with almost 300$ being taken from her accounts. YALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED.
First order was incomplete on the delivery. Was missing my Essentia water. The delivery was 6 hours late. The email response from customer service took nearly a week. Second order rescheduled 4 times. Still without water after waiting nearly a week and very upset. I’m intending to cancel my service.
First off, its Nestle. Terrible company. Secondly, they change your delivery date every month on the night before a delivery. You are expected to have empty bottles set out for them, but they change the date every month, so the empty bottles are potentially left out for days.Sometimes they even change it back to the original date right after giving you a new delivery date, so full bottles are left outside your door without you knowing (unless your up to date on every notification).Terrible customer service, terrible management of a already terrible company. Terrible all around.
Ready Refresh has really disappointed me in their service. They never follow through on the dates they set. They do not call you to let you know they are running late or not going to make it. For instance yesterday our water was supposed to be delivered between 11-4. I hadn’t received anything and it’s now 6pm. I sent a message explaining that I am out of water and would like my water delivered today or ASAP. No one ever replied and I had to bring my empty gallons back inside @ 11pm. This morning I check to see if they changed the date for today and of course they didn’t. Instead they decided ASAP means a month out. I had to go back and manually change it to the next available date which is in 3 days. I wish I could call them but if you do you get penalized and they charge you a service fee to make changes to your account. I’ve only been a customer for a year and the last 6 months have been a mess. Sad part is they don’t even try to make it right. Never once have they apologized.😡
My last 3 deliveries were changed automatically. Now I have 6 empty jugs sitting at my front door. I called and someone finally answered after being on hold for 45 mins. I spoke with some lady who act like she didn’t understand how frustrated I was with there lack of customer service skills and how no one bothered to call to tell me about the delays in my delivery. She then offered me a $10.00 discount. At first I wanted to know who was changing my delivery dates and why was it changing so often. Then I asked why does my account say that my water was delivered when it clearly wasn’t and lastly why was I charged for water I didn’t receive? She basically could not answer any of my questions. So after reading from her script of lies. I then told her to cancel my account and schedule someone to come pick up the water dispenser and jugs ASAP. Well that was 3 days ago and guess what that delivery date has now been changed again. This is ridiculous how this company is treating its customers. I thought it was just me but after reading all the reviews it’s pretty clear that they (Ready Refresh) are the problem.
HEADACHE! Called for days and customer service was not available. Literally. Went to a voicemail and hangs up. Needed to reschedule. Can you imagine your water delivered outside your home open to the world because these people are to cheap to hire enough customer service reps avail to answer the phone? Unacceptable! Scrambling to get home or if I cant then worried about our water out in the open. Stressful! Dont deal with a company you can not reach. Headache!

I was due for delivery a month ago but it keeps being pushed back and they had the AUDACITY to try to charge me for a delivery that was never made. I have had more than one recommendation and was never gifted for any of them. Over all unsatisfied and looking for a new supplier.
Their customer service does not exist whatsoever! No number to call, emails them tons of time, never got my answer. Always reschedule and delay my water delivery, which leaves us no water to drink. Missing items is a regular basis. I was charged but like I said, their customer does not exist so there was noway I could get my money back or get a re-delivery. Irresponsible drivers who left water jugs right in the middle of the stairway, leaving other residents in the building no space to go through.I will cancel them! Trust me I’m the least “Karen” person you’ve ever known but this company stressed me out! I deserve better! *angry face*
Before contracting with this company do some due diligence. I did not check reviews before doing so and it was a big mistake. The first delivery of water and dispenser is the only one that went off without a hitch. Second delivery - even though the instructions in my account info said the bottles should be delivered to the back door they were left in the front. Frustrating but not a deal breaker. Third delivery was made at the end of our very long drive way with the bottles being literally left at the side of the street - not even inside the drive way. After this occurred I called their customer service line and expressed my utter frustration with that. The person I spoke with was very helpful and said she made a note on the account that if the drive could not pull into the driveway due to the size of his truck that he must hand truck the bottles to the back door. Problem solve or so I thought. Delivery #4 took place yesterday despite having verbally requested the bottles be delivered correctly we came home to find the bottles delivered on the side of the road again. I have cancelled my account and though I requested a refund for the bottles delivered yesterday that will not be used due to the fact I felt they were comprised sitting by the road all day they informed me that due to sanitary rules they could not take delivered unused bottles back or issue a refund - I asked them to explain how they felt that leaving my bottles by the side of the road was a sanitary condition but received no response.At no time have they picked up a single empty bottle even though after the second delivery a special appointment was made to do so. The driver assigned that tasked called me to make sure he was at the correct address (I was at work). I described the house to him and told him exactly where he could find the bottles he said he saw them and we hung up. I came home that evening to find the bottles still where I had left them.To add insult to injury I received and e-mail today asking if I wanted to tip our delivery person. LMAOAnyway - buyer beware and good luck
Ready refresh is a great way to get water, however they never tell you about all the extra hidden fees. Once canceling your service be prepared to pay upwards of $50+ For “reconditioning fees” which they won’t tell you. Might as well just buy your own dispenser. Rip off.

Only 1 so I can post. Their company went door to door pushing this service, figured Id try it. Well the delivery has now been rescheduled practically everyday and I wont receive anything delivery for another month there is no available date to reschedule sooner. So Im back to my Brita pitcher. Not worth it when youll be out of water for more than 30 days with no customer support. With no formal communication and 5 huge empty containers filling up my place Im feeling trapped! - run away!
I agree with others. They do not deliver on scheduled days. Forget calling customer service you’ll be on hold for more than 30 minutes if you call Dallas location, the other 1-800 number does not answer, it hangs up on you. I’ve cancelled my services and I am having a hard time getting dispenser picked up. They suggested I leave it out, no thank you so I can get billed?
Absolutely ridiculous that you have to pay $5 to speak with customer service!! I have used this company regularly for water delivery for the past 16 months. Even though I have paid more for the water than you would pay in a grocery store, the convenience and reliability has been necessary during the pandemic. Overall, I have been very pleased and have enjoyed delivery I can count on. I guess that is an enjoyment of the past. My delivery didnt show up last Tuesday, and, despite four e-mails to them, I have received no reply And my credit card was charged the amount I would have owed. My account even shows that the water was delivered! I am in the process of disputing the charge with the bank. All of this because there is no reasonable way to contact them. I only found the 866 number on the internet; it is not on my account page. And, the idea of charging customers who need to deal with a problem caused by them! Outrageous, and dream on. (I just saw the 274 number in a company reply to another reviewer; it also charges $5.) Update: They did credit my account, and my e-mails were finally answered. What an ordeal.
They are horrible. They have horrible customer service. You can never get a live person on the phone and when you email, they tell you to call in. If and when you do get someone on the phone, they never know what their talking about. Their billing department is horrible. They charge you when they are not supposed to. They bill you and deliver anyways after you have already requested for them not to. Horrible experience and dont recommend them to anyone. You are better off buying your water from the grocery store.
At first I got my two deliveries no problem. After that I just never got them anymore and still got charged for it. Tried contacting support but theyll tell you all their staff is busy and automatically hang up the phone. Their email response time is 5-7 business days? This company is a joke, look somewhere else or personally just get the water yourself cause they wont.
I’m not sure if the company is short staffed but they charge a delivery fee when THEY NEVER delivery on time or on your day every month is the same thing the keep rescheduling we run out of water every month I don’t understand nor get how this company could change delivery when you never deliver on time. It’s frustrating to have to pay and still go out and buy water to hold us over. I’ve never been so disappointed in a company who just don’t give a $&@& about good customer service highly disappointed if I would have know every month this would have been a problem I would have never gone with this company what makes it worse I added 2 extra bottles ugh frustrated to no end!
Max Allen was such a great Sales individual. He made the process so simple which he signed me up himself and I just played the role of best supporting actress. This is a man that knows the ins and outs of his job therefore simplifying everything!

The first few deliveries were great. In May my delivery was pushed back 3 times, no notice or heads up. Called to cancel and instead of picking up equipment they dropped of 2 bottles, I missed work to have them pick it up.No Ive missed work AGAIN, they were supposed to be here between 1246 - 446. Called at 445 & was told they delivery till 6pm. Called at 558, still not here, was talking to customer service and I guess their phones shut off at 6pm because I was disconnected. Called back and they were closed.Im moving next week, out of the area and WILL NOT be taking this with me. My only option is to leave it in the apartment breezeway and hope it doesnt get stolen. I WILL NOT miss anymore time off work and I WILL not be paying for equipment you are REFUSING to pick up.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Initially, there was only one problem: delivering to the correct part of the building…an honest misunderstanding. But they refused to learn, & kept doing it wrong, time after time. THEN things really went downhill when I stated being short-changed on the number of bottles. And delivery dates started getting shuffled around, willy-nilly. Their customer service is painfully slow, and might as well not exist at all. They SAY they care, but they really don’t.
When I first signed up I had no issues, but lately they have been horrid. I was running low on water and so I rescheduled my delivery to a sooner date, and they rescheduled me the day of. I think, okay no biggie stuff happens, until they rescheduled my delivery 7 MORE TIMES with no reason why. After calling their customer service every day for a week straight and waiting on hold for about 45 minutes each time, I finally would talk to someone who would guarantee the issue would be resolved and that I would get my water on ______ date, only to get another rescheduled text later that day. Rinse and repeat for a week straight after a few trips to the store to buy water by the gallon, I had enough and cancelled my service.Sure enough, they didnt hesitate to come pick up their equipment! It said in my app that they would come today to get it, and they actually did. Too bad they couldnt delivery the water I was paying them for in as timely of a manner. We see where their priorities lie I suppose. Anyway, Dont use ready Refresh.I switched to Sparkletts/Primo water delivery and got my first delivery today. Lets hope they turn out better than Nestles atrocious company.
If there was a negative star rating, they surely deserve it! Poor/no service, then 3 months straight after closing my account they have fraudulently charged my credit card monthly for nothing….Then I have to wait 45 min or greater just to report the issue to them again. Always promise it’s resolved. All lies!😡
Terrible service. Totally undependable. At twice or more the price of what you pay in the grocery stores they have no consideration for your schedule at all. Each month they change the date of my delivery at the last minute. Then they have no problems changing the new date again at the last minute. I am a senior, after many surgeries I cannot lift heavy so home delivery seemed a good option but the stress and aggravation of dealing with this company’s irresponsibility isn’t worth it. I’m going to explore other options.
Horrible customer service. I never received anything after ordering. You can not get a human on the phone to resolve any issues. At this point I just want my money back and to not have my card charged in the future. It has been almost 2 weeks and still no word back from any of the request sent on the app. I will update this review if anything changes but as of right not this company just seems like a big scam to me.
All the one star reviews are spot on so move on. First 3 deliveries, no issue. Then they try to claim they delivered on Labor Day -nope. Was charged for delivery that never happened. Sent massage on app…company responded 4 days later “according to our records you received your delivery on sept 6th”. If I received it I wouldn’t have sent a message saying I didn’t receive it. 3 more days….no response. So I guess because their records say they delivered it then it is so and that’s the end of it. You can’t ever speak to anyone…I thought because I signed up through Costco it may be okay…:nope. Cancel.
I’m not sure what’s happening but my deliveries are always getting re-scheduled. Last time they were rescheduled twice. It’s very inconvenient and frustrating. Looking to find another vendor that can deliver on time and not have to reschedule multiple times.
Every 1 star review you see here is true, they rescheduled my delivery 3 times and then it said delivered but it was never delivered, yep i lost money and can’t do anything about it. Steal in plain sight.and once they just canceled my delivery for some reason,you can’t get a hold of customer support, chat in their website is offline, you send an email u get a reply after couple of days with no actual help. Oh and there is no proof of delivery so i suggest you save yourself the trouble and go to somewhere else
These guys are a customer service nightmare. I cancelled my service in December of last year and they have been biiling me since because they have failed to pick up their own equipment. Now they are threatening to send my account to collections and telling me I need to contact their customer service department. I have notified them on numerous occasions already. How many more times do I have to tell them? Not sure why their inability to pick up their equipment should be my problem.Do not use this company unless you want to be trapped with an expensive service with apparently no way out.
One of the worst service and customer service is horrible. Waiting time is at least 40 mins. And they won’t care about you. I have 20 empty bottles floating in my apartment as they never deliver as per scheduled time. Always delayed or earlier and never collect empty bottles and keep delivering new ones. My apartment become a warehouse even after calling them multiple times . Please avoid them.
Constant rescheduling, never dropping off in the right place, not picking up the empties, and a steady increase in pricing, If I could give you a Zero, I would.

Why is is so hard to cancel service with this company?!?! Deliveries were rescheduled and the last Delivery was never delivered! Even time I call the 1 800 number, I am told that all agents are busy and it hangs up on me. Emailing isnt working, I just get told to call the number that no one can answer. very frustrating!
Bad, unreliable and irresponsible service. Do not use them or be careful with the. They will notify you that your order was delivered but it never come and no one will notify you -- YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM or you get charge for something that you didnt receive. NOT ONLY ONCE but multiple times. Everytime you try to call customer service, it take hours to hold or 5-7 days for them to get back to you. Waited over 6 days for my water then another 2 days for them to fix their mistake. Cancelled my account.
Dont waste your time and money.This company is very unreliable, they never deliver when they say they will, theyll reschedule for about a week before you receive your water, if you receive anything.One month we didnt receive a thing and they charged us for that nothing and gave us no reason, didnt contact us or anything.The last straw was that while we were trying to resolve this erroneous charge, they added insult to injury by not completing an order, then lying, saying they had.The facts are that we have 4 cases of bottled water and 2, 5 gallon water bottles on a reaccuring order.Last order, they only delivered 2 of the 4 cases of water.My wife wrote a complaint and requested that we be allowed to talk to a customer service rep.Unfortunately, ready refresh decided they didnt care about customer service, so they just sent us an email with a copy of our reaccuring order on it, claiming all 4 cases were delivered.Given all this, it was an easy decision to cancel my subscription immediately and go back to buying cases of water in the store.Besides, theres nothing special about the delivery water, its just bottled water in a bigger bottle and chilled.
Terrible customer service, it’s hard to even get someone on the phone. Also hard to get someone to communicate what’s going on with you, they changed my first delivery without me knowing. Didn’t even call or email, I just waited all day even though it said it was out for delivery and should arrive by 11am. Then around 3pm I check my app and it changed it to 5 days later???? Without a phone call or anything.
Keep rescheduling my delivery literally the day before. It’s been 3 times now. They charged me for a delivery that never arrived and I can’t get ahold of anyone to get a refund. I emailed 2 weeks ago and still haven’t heard back even though they said responds in 5-7 business days. Never gave me my credit from being referred by someone. Can’t get a hold of anyone by phone either. I’ve been a customer for 3 years but this is the last straw I’m cancelling. Finding another service. Nothing convenient about it, something that is supposed to help save time is costing me more time
I do not recommend them. They are unreliable, the schedule delivery is a joke. You schedule a date and they reschedule you with a less than 24 hour notice. The past 4-5 months this has been happening. I’m currently looking at other prices with other companies because this is ridiculous.
Water is expensive and our deliveries get pushed back all the time without warning day of. Canceling is impossible because the website keeps you in a loop and the phone reps will just skip a couple of deliveries so youre not charged. I am very unhappy and will have to contact my bank to block any future charges because the website will not let you delete payment information without adding a new one first.
So dissatisfied with this service and this is only my 2nd delivery. We have had our order rescheduled all week and still no delivery. Now it won’t be delivered until Tuesday next week. Our very first delivery they were on time and no issues.and we signed up for the plus membership. I would rather pay more to get guaranteed service. I called to see what was going on because as a plus member I am supposed to get priority phone service and the wait was 8 mins that turned into 20 mins and that’s when I finally gave up on talking to a person and hung up. This is awful customer service and I am beyond frustrated! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE. Save your self sometime and find someone reliable.
Absolutely horrible. We had been customers for 15 years & always on auto draft. We canceled for various reasons, rising prices, numerous hidden charges that just showed up over the years. When I canceled 6 months ago, I had to cancel online & over the phone, yet they have continued to charge my card & make deliveries. I continually call every month to have the deliveries picked up & to remind them the account was canceled, multiple times. Still every month they charge my card & still I confirm the account was canceled, every month. They also charge me $5 every time I make a call because I should be able to do everything online. Obviously you cant get anything done online or over the phone. Please stay away from this fraudulent company. My next call will be to our local new outlets.
4 a small store they sure have a good supply. They were short of a few items. I think maybe the transportation industry is slacking a little.
This has been the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I set up autopay in January, 7 months ago hoping for a reliable delivery service. They’ve been late multiple time and my last order they triple charged me and didn’t deliver anything or set up a reschedule. I called about 5 times in 1 week and spoke to everyone including supervisors and adamantly told them to put a note on my account to never be late again because of all the trouble they’ve caused me and this month they didn’t deliver anything at all or reach out. I’m so frustrated I don’t have the energy to call anymore. I’ve had the worst experience and have never been this mad at any business at all. Would not recommend at ALL. Horrible horrible business. I’ll be reporting to the better business bureau as well and review on Yelp so people know what to expect.

The worst company I have dealt with. I been waiting on water since September. I been buying water when I already paid readyfresh..i would no recommend this company to anybody. My water has been rescheduled 10/1, 10/4, 10/5, 10/6, 10/7, 10/8, and now saying 10/11. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
This by far is the worst water delivery service ever!!!!!!! I started using the service because I was tired of going to the grocery store filling up my five gallon water every couple days so I thought I would get a water delivery service. My household goes through a lot of water quickly and the very first time that I used this service they said to leave empty bottles on the front porch and they did not take any of the empty bottles. On the next delivery it said it bewould be here by Friday and they did not show up as said. They then sent me an email saying it would be Monday and again they did not show up twice they did not show up I went without water all weekend long and Monday if I would have known they werent going to show up both days I would have went and bought some water but I did not thinking they were going to deliver it my husband injured his back and we cannot buy heavy Waters very disappointed very aggravated will not be using again
The worst customer service I have experienced. 70% of the time the delivery was delayed for a couple of days, and without early notification. Often I put my empty bottles outside on the scheduled day, and at the evening they messaged me that my delivery was rescheduled. The most ridiculous time, my delivery was delayed for two weeks! Later I closed my account, they didnt show up and pick up the empty bottles and cooler on the scheduled day. I have to call back and wait online for a long time to schedule again. After that call, they scheduled a delivery instead of pickup for me. I have to call back again to fix that. I do not suggest any service from them.
TLDR; horrible service lately. Would not recommend until they fix their issues.Its convenient to get the water delivered and have their low cost dispenser, but their customer service is horrible. They’re constantly rescheduling deliveries that have been scheduled for months, and never give advanced notice of rescheduled deliveries. I was supposed to get a delivery on Friday, then at the end of the day, they rescheduled to Monday. I brought my empty bottles back inside, to put them back out Monday. Then Saturday at 9am they delivered my Monday order, without notice for me to put out empty bottles. I got notification of the rescheduled delivery 2 hours after the delivery had been completed… I now have 7 5-gallon bottles in my apartment, and they havent responded to my bottle pickup request over a week later. A service that started out to provide convenience to me, has become a nuisance to me, at the convenience of Ready Refresh. They dont publicize a Customer Service number, so you have to dig for it, and I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes now. Their “chat with us” feature has also been offline, so you’re out of luck regardless.I can think of a single time when I received my order on the original scheduled delivery date.I should note too, they now have an $80 annual subscription to give you priority delivery so theres “less likelihood” of rescheduled deliveries. I dont understand how deliveries are scheduled literally months in advance and they’re still not able to plan their drivers accordingly? Now they’d like you to pay to get higher up on their priority list?Update: Finally got through to someone at the 30min mark. I was told that they changed their policy a month ago, so now they only do bottle pickup when you have placed an order. They charge $20 for any bottle pickups outside of deliveries. Even though it is their fault for not notifying me of the changed delivery until after it was completed, there was no way for the customer service rep to waive the fee. I asked to be transferred to a manager, and waited on hold another 25mins before speaking with anyone. He was very polite and apologized and immediately scheduled a free bottle pickup for me. Just wish it wouldn’t have taken an hour long phone call, 50min of which on hold) after an email request being ignored for over a week, to get this resolved.Will be looking at new options for this service at this time.
Impossible to get service. Dont bother scheduling. You will receive a message the day before your delivery saying it has been rescheduled to the next business day. This will continue day after day...Go to Sparkletts, or anywhere else. ReadyRefresh isnt going to show up.
This company is terrible. I subscribed to the company 2 weeks ago. They gave me a water dispenser that malfunction. They replaced it with a used mildew smelling machine. Now sent a third replacement but not the stainless steel one i wanted. Now i have a ugly outdated black water dispenser. It doesnt match my stainless still appliances. I’m on my fourth water dispenser from them and it is used and leaking all over my floor. Im cancelling this subscription it is terrible.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been a customer for ten years and I have never been able to talk with anyone in the company. When you try to change your order ( by email only) they never respond. They dont publish there phone because they dont want to hear their complaints. Last week they sent me a invoice for 6 bottles of water, BUT never delivered. In addition they sent me a $ 3.00 charge for a paper invoice and a $ 20.00 late fee, on something they didnt deliver.
I signed up for some membership that was supposed to give me priority service. I had no issues before this, but my first order after signing up was “incomplete”, not rescheduled. Just incomplete but I sure have an invoice to pay. When you try to contact them the only way is through their messages. No phone number to call. They will get back to me on my missing order in 3-5 business days. I guess in the meantime I can go spend EXTRA money at the store to get what I already paid them for. I will be canceling as soon as someone finally reaches out to me.
First two months were fine, but service has gone down hill. Rescheduled delivered with no notification or no deliveries at all with no explanation. I can’t get a hold of customer service cause after 5 your automated systems says your closed but your website says you close at 8pm. How is that possible?? The website is buggy. I subscribed to their service with my Costco account, then tried to change the dispenser I want...and thats when everything went down the hill. The website started telling me that my promotion is not working anymore and they are not going to deliver my order because its below minimum, it wouldnt save my changes.Tried to cancel the order - you cannot do it through the website. Try to find a phone number to call on their website - its not easy! Their chat says No one is available.Had to google their phone number, finally called support - no way to reach anyone unless you have like 4 hours to spare.

One time they will deliver early so you don’t have your empty bottles out to get picked up. The next time they are late. They will keep saying your deliveries tomorrow the next day it’s tomorrow.
A door to door Salesman cant to my door and offered me an extremely low price for monthly water deliveries. After three first month I noticed my invoice was almost double the first months invoice. An associate informed me the rate I recieved was only for the first month. I asked could I cancel the membership? I was told yes, but it would cost $32 to shrugs the water dispenser as well as other fees if applicable. They recommended that I just reduce the amount of water being distributed until I purchased my own water dispenser, which is what I did. Today I recieved a phone call saying I owe $74. When I asked why I was hung up on. Save yourself the headache and precise your own water locally. This is a rip off.

Their delivery is never on time. I was suppose to get my water delivered on 27th august but they keep on rescheduling it at the last moment. I called the customer support today and they told me that they will make sure i will get my delivery tomorrow but it just got rescheduled to 4th september. I ran out of water a long time ago. Its really frustrating.
I canceled my account several months back and last night I received an email saying my order would be delivered today. Today I tried to call, message said Our offices are closed. Also, chat is offline. So no way to contact them. I put signs on doors Do NOT leave water. Well see.......

They delivered our order to the wrong home. Now we have to wait 4 DAYS to get water delivered! And the most compensation they offered was 1 free water bottle 🤦🏽♀️ wait time to speak to a customer service representative was said 2 minutes...I was on the line waiting for 18 minutes!
