Timely delivery, Ive been using Sparkletts for 1 year. Called customer service only once to have a one time early delivery and the person I spoke with was very helpful. The following month my delivery was back to my regular schedule.
Do not recommend!!!For starters they scheduled me for a specific day and when that day arrived I check the account for delivery status and discovered that they had rescheduled my delivery claiming that my address was in a rural area - no notification or heads up. (strike one!). Second, on the rescheduled day I received a notification that my items had been delivered....nothing arrived. No truck was even in the parking area! Turns out the driver had delivered to the wrong address (Strike two!)If you do unfortunately decide to go with this company, just to give you a heads up, unless try to reach customers service when they first open up you will be on hold for about 45 minutes minimum. That goes for customers and non customers and most of the staff sounds like that just finished training though they are nice (strike three!)Youre better off cutting out the middle man and just pay full price for your own dispenser and just buying the water separately.
We have had Sparkletts for 25 years, they have moved with us from AZ to AR and now to TX. The deliveries are timely, the water is great, and the representatives are friendly. Not a luxury but a necessity!!
We live in a small town in Northeast Texas with some water problems and the water does not taste that great. We signed up with Sparkletts about 5 or 6 years ago. Their water has a great taste, so clean and refreshing to drink. During the severe cold weather last winter many homes in our city had no power and the city water was off. At our home we had very little water pressure and the city issued an order to boil water before consuming. We were fortunate that we did not loose power and the best part is we had Sparkletts water in our home ready and waiting to drink and cook with. Sparkletts is something we keep on hand at all times. They also sell other products. You should get on their website and see all their great products.
Rip off. They have delivered early and did not pick up empty bottles and asked to pay . When called, 2 hour wait and did not return money back so cancelled. RIP OFF. STAY AWAY.
We ordered water and other products for our employees on February 4. The delivery was to take place on the 10th and was delayed. The next week (15-18) was bad weather but they promised the delivery the following week which completely understood. They now say delivery will be March 1. Absolutely no excuse for the poor service. They keep saying it was due to weather but that was after they were already late and still didn’t make it right the following week. We never even got the service so beware! I’m just hoping they refund our $50 deposit. Now to find a more reliable service...
Ive been with Sparklettes for years and never had any issues. I love having water delivered directly to my house. No more lugging cases of water from the store.
Called everyday for 3 days did not get an answered. Sent in a couple e-mails after 2 dates gout an answer.
Ive been a customer in this location for almost 7 years now. Im extremely impressed with our water guy, Floyd, who services the Mesquite Branch. He contacts me every two weeks to inquire about the amount of water we need and delivers it on the same day. He is very accommodating, friendly, and punctual. We really appreciate his outstanding service!!!
Nightmare customer service, dont order. Cancelling is beyond difficult. Waiting on the phone 2 hours at get transferred and hung up on or lied to. Pass.
Such disappointing service all around, from customer service to delivery. Sparkletts, you act as though youre doing the customer a favor. In a market that has so many options, maybe you should think why anyone would choose you over a competitor.Your c/a team is awful and very condescending & brash. At this point I dont even want a free Sparkletts pen. Such a sad discovery that a brand such as this is as poorly manned this way.
BEWARE: THIS COMPANY WILL SCAM IF YOU TRY TO CANCEL YOUR SERVICE. I cancelled August 6th 2020 (they picked up everything and confirmed via text with the delivery guy), I MOVED August 8th 2020. It is JANUARY 31ST 2021 AND THEY KEEP CHARGING ME. I dispute each transaction and get refunded. Still sending invoices. Ive called dozens of times and sent dozens of emails. All they say is they will check with the route manager and NOTHING EVER HAPPENS, I just keep having to dispute their transactions. Stay far away. Customer service is nonexistent. Awesome service and great customer service. I feel very valued as a customer especially disabled combat veterans. My delivery driver is very caring and helpful. The equipment they offer state-of-the-art and the water is delicious
Such a terrible company and terrible customer service. Customer service does nothing to help and I havent been able to get my water delivery. They push the delivery back and dont even tell you. Called customer service and they said they couldnt do anything and theyd try to get a delivery in the next couple of days.. The next day, a delivery guy comes and delivered water across the street and the delivery guy couldnt help us and told us to ask customer service. They did nothing. Do yourself a favor and use a different delivery service.Update: They gave me such a headache when I tried to cancel my service. You cant do it online and you have to call. They made me wait 30 min on hold just to connect me with the correct person to cancel. When we cancelled our membership, they still tried to deliver water to our place, two weeks after they told us they cancelled our account. Do yourself a favor and dont use these guys. Even though you have to do some manual work, youll have a better experience going to home Depot or Lowes and getting water there.
When I lived in Allen our delivery guy was great. No problems. As soon as I moved to royse city problems started. I leave notes for the delivery guy to pick up 2 empty bottles and please leave 3 full bottles. He leaves 2. I pay for the spring water and they leave purified water. I call them to ask them to pick up the purified water and bring some spring water and they pick up the purified water and don’t leave anything. No call from delivery driver. No explanation. Think I’m done. Thanks for the poor service because you lost my business.
Nothing good to say. Been putting up with terrible service for over a year. They don’t deliver when scheduled. They don’t bring what is requested. ( number of bottles or type) They don’t answer the phone. Call the 800 and wait for hours to talk to someone. Tried to just cancel and it was a 2 hour process.After reading other complaints, shocked this company still in business. I will just pick up my own 5 gallons at Primo stations!
Been a Sparkletts costume for over a year. Every month I get my delivery on time. The 5 gallon bottles are in perfect condition. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I been receiving.
Aaron from the Dallas/ Farmers Branch area is so helpful!! I was waiting on a replacement machine for our office and 3 times they came out and didnt send the right machine. We needed a new water dispenser because ours needed to be cleaned. And I called in and they said they would get the same machine I had but, a new one. They brought out a older one so I told them we didnt want it. Aaron said he would order me a new one and as soon as they got them in he would bring it out to me. Weeks went bye and still No new one just used ones. So a route supervisor was suppose to be contacting me and never did. But, Aaron seen the bottom loader machine that I was waiting on and he decided to put it on his truck and bring it by while he was in the area. That is good service!! He didnt even wait until our scheduled drop off day. Aaron really cares about his customers. He is a very hard worker. Thanks Aaron!!! We appreciate all you have done.
Sparklers water taste good and the company is wonderful. They are very dependable too. I highly recommend them to everyone.
WORST CUSTOMERS SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN! If I could give negative star, I would. No one EVER answers the phones. Billing and delivery is wrong, cant disable auto payments on line so they just keep overcharging me. Cant get through to billing or customer service. Have literally been trying for weeks! On hold for 30-45 minutes than I have to give up.
Same as others here. Constant problems with delivery and pickup of bottles. Miscellaneous fees on bill that were never brought up by the sales guy. We will buy our water from Home Depot from now on. They make it easy to pick u and return bottles without all the BS.

Our service has always been top notch. Weve had the service for about 20 years and have had no serious issues. The only issue was several years ago and was resolved very quickly. I highly recommend Sparkletts for your bottled needs.
We absolutely DO NOT UNDERSTAND all the negative reviews!Sparkletts has been a WONDERFUL supplier for many years. Floyd, our route driver, is fabulous! Hes always on time, always helpful, ready to fill last-minute requests, carries some extra inventory on his truck. So, were always ready to COOK with fresh water, DRINK fresh water, make iced tea, Kool-Aid and Jello with fresh water, FREEZE fresh water and do just about anything else we can think of with fresh water. Our soft-drink consumption has been cut in half and were all healthier as a result of OUR SPARKLETTS services!We receive 5 bottles per delivery. ONCE we got a bottle which was leaking from the bottom. We called it in and Floyd was back in MINUTES with a replacement. It looks to us like some rude jerk(s) are entertaining themselves slamming a good company for no reason.
I have had Sparkletts home delivery service since I moved to Texas nearly 25 years ago. Have always had excellent service and love that I am notified when I can expect delivery so I can get my bottles out for pickup.

I,as a first time home delivery customer am very highly upset.. Weve been waiting a week for delivery.. Today Friday the 13th I noticed on my app that our service had been changed to the 18th so I call customer service to find out what happened and it was rescheduled without my knowledge, so Im out of $50 plus no water
CRIMINALS!! Incredibly dishonest company! Stay away at any costs.They will setup unwanted schedules and deliver water without asking. I called 11 times to get my refund and nothing! Even filed a claim with BBB and nothing.Bunch of criminals!! You should be ashamed!
Terrible service. I live in Prosper, Texas. Our cooler was broken and they sent me the used one to replace. The used one they brought was even worse. Water was leaking all over on the floor. I complained and asked a new machine and they said Yes but the next day, they delivered another used one. (Dont expect they send you the new machine even though they promise.) This one didnt even stand still. It was not assembled well. I and my wife tried to fix it but we couldnt. I also drank water and it tasted so weird. It didnt taste right. I think either they didnt clean the hose or inside of the machine or they cleaned it with some kind of liquid soap and I could still taste it. I wanted to terminate the contract so I called. They said that the manager in this area would call me but he never call. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible.
Awesome Water that is Refreshing, Great Service like no other.We have never had any problems with deliveries, charges or anything at all. We are a smaller company, but we are treated the same as everyone else, and this is what I like the most. The delivery person (Jose) goes above and beyond to make sure we have water and anything else that is offered by Sparkletts. Holidays and other celebrated days have never impacted us having enough water. Everything is scheduled accordingly, and delivery people and customer service are all on the same page and they are on track. Bottom Line is Sparkletts overall is a Great Outstanding Company. Offered great service with a very detailed explanation of their services. Did you know they have a water dispenser that has a built in Keurig? I love that idea to have more counter space. Not only do they offer their bottle water but delivery of Boss and Fiji.
I have had delivery service with Sparkletts for over 25 - 30 years, when I moved, they moved out standing. It beats having to haul water from the store, and they also have other services.
Service is dependable and great tasting, clean water.
I love the water, and the delivery service is fantastic. They always remind me by phone so that the empties can be left outside. I say this because someone complained about the Driver not knocking for empties.
Started off well enough and the young man who delivers is a wonderful young man. problem is the office. they dont tell you that you will be charged a rental fee and an ENERGY SURCHARGE fee. what the heck is that? pretty sure im the one who pays the electric bill here. raised the cost on bottles $2.00 ea. without informing us. including photo so people can see what to really expect despite the snake oil sales pitch. ps. did call customer service and let them know i signed on under a promise of no monthly fees. called back in a week as instructed so finance could look over my account. my request to have my account checked and credited had been ignored. I have a $73.00 bill to pay and zero respect for this company. G
I only put a star on this review because I couldnt post without one.Before this week I have had no problems with this company.But, I have called customer service 5 times in the past week for a missed delivery.My delivery was originally scheduled for Thursday, August 8. It did not come. When it did not come by 5:00PM CST on Friday, I called customer service who told me it was scheduled for that day (Friday). It did not come.I called again Saturday and was told I would receive my delivery that day and would receive a phone confirmation of my delivery before it arrived. Neither happened.I called again Monday and again was told it would be delivered that day. No delivery.Same scenario Tuesday.I called again Wednesday and spoke to customer service supervisor Darlene who promised to contact the branch and get my delivery scheduled. She seemed to think there may be a staffing problem at the branch that serves me, but wasnt sure. No delivery.Thursday - no delivery. Now its been a week. I didnt call on Thursday because I no longer have any confidence that the branch even exists, much less cares about my business. No notifications from the branch...no communication at all.Well see what happens Friday...On a more positive note, all the customer service people that worked with me were very courteous, concerned and professional. Kudos to them. Too bad someone at the operations level has thus far made liars out of all of them. Again, the customer service folks were great, but as a logistics professional for almost 30 years, I simply cannot understand how a center of operations can allow a customer to be ignored for a week. Good luck fixing that branch!
Im very disappointed with the reliability of delivery. Recently, they missed 3 deliveries in a row. I just received another message that next delivery will be missed. Over the past 6 weeks, I have spent half the time out of water.
Delivered a 5 gallon bottle that had a small crack. The leak damaged a very small section of floor. The driver took photos and we opened a case with Sparkletts. Rather than pony up and take care of their small issue to keep a customer who loved the water, they chose to hide behind fine print that says they are not responsible for basically anything.
Absolutely horrible. Every. Single. Delivery. has a problem. Only had the service for 4 months and had 2 leaking bottles. Delivery drivers dont knock for the empties and just leave more bottles and charge more bottle deposits. Then they cant even bill you correctly or properly refund bottle deposits.Dont even get me started on the $50 promo that they offer when you sign up. That wont happen.Every month, I am emailing or calling and cant get anything resolved. It is such a joke. Dont do it!

Worst Customer Service Experience everOur water delivery has not being done since 3 weeks, after calling n number of times, we are totally fed up of your service. There is always assurance that tomorrow it will be delivered or there is 48 hours time frame for supervisor to respond. No one ever follows up and we are wasting lot of time with bunch of excuses. There should be someone responsible for helping customers, customer service is just to take calls and not help the customers. Customer Service representatives dont have any authority nor control to redirect to route managers, they just send them messages with no follow ups later. Your system has no way to help nor guide a frustrated and irritated customer. Route managers and supervisors never respond and customer is not at all a priority. After every 2 deliveries, this is the same story. We are fed up of your excuses. I am writing this because we have wasted lot of our time ranting and telling the same story x number of times. I really didnt want my efforts to waste because of your horrible processes and services. We already have spent lot of bucks buying water from outside and thinking water delivery would be a convenient option for our problem, but to add on its more of a problem rather than a solution.

My family has endured some really hard times the last several months. Upon somewhat getting back on my feet, I decided to pay my bill which went to collections. I then tried to reactivate my deliveries. They said that their policy was to never reactivate an account that had been sent to collections. Fair enough. I told them to come pick up their equipment. Again, their policy states that the customer has to drop off the equipment in Grand Prairie, almost an hour away from my house. Just funny, because they deliver on my street all the time. Its just bad business practice. I would never wish that kind of tacky treatment upon anyone. Shame on you Sparkletts!
The local route manager/delivery guy here in Dallas/Plano area cant seem to fulfill their own promises when it comes to delivery dates or picking up the equipment. I totally regret signing up for water delivery service. For over a week now, they totally refuse to come and pick up their equipment.Worse, they dont let me know that they are not coming, while I stayed home to make sure that somebodys home when someone comes in to pick up. I never had this BAD experience from someone else ever before!
Ive tried to cancel my account and have the water cooler picked up since December and they have yet to do so. And just last week they drop off a bottle of water that I have not ordered. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. For those of you who are considering Sparkletts Water...I recommend you dont. I would have given 0 stars if that was an option.

Sparkletts has the WORST customer service ever! Absolutely, no regard for customers concerns or problems. There is NO communication on changing water delivery dates, no follow up to issues or drivers following notes which causes delivery errors! So frustrating!. Left many emails, NO solutions just a form email, contacted Cust Service many times, again just lip service NO solutions. Unfortunately, Ive dealt with this company for 2 years too long and am DONE! ---This is truly a negative star post---Im working on three weeks without water. Ive called every week (sometimes twice). Ive talked to so many reps that have apologized and promised that I would be serviced on which ever date the rescheduled me to. The sad thing about this whole situation is the route manager called me and told me if he had to bring water out to me his self I would get water. LIES. No water. It burns me up inside that I received a bill but still no service. Im looking at empty bottles and a machine, going to Walmart to buy water. When are you going to come pick up your equipment and clear my account?Im rescheduled for Friday AGAIN3 Aug 2016-yesterday was a month!!! I got excited when I seen that green truck pull in front of the house, went to pull everything to the door....the truck pulls off. WTHeck! I initially thought NO the service cant be that bad...Oh but it is! I received a bill but no water. Several missed deliveries! Even the make up deliveries were missed. I call and the customer service reps can only email the managers which has been done 8 times already. Save yourself the headache and stress find another company!
Service sucks and every time you call they put you on hold and call gets disconnected no support its horrible would not recommend call someone else.
Absolutely terrible company! Got the memberships through Costco, I put this in my top 10 regrets for life. Once you sign up, thats when they stop caring. Machine didnt work from day one, had to fight to get a new one, then they dont want to deliver water. I found my self going and filling up my water bottles more often than I actually received service. Then who do you complain to? Dont call corporate because they have no connections with anyone outside Georgia, and you cant talk to the local office about your problems and get your account adjusted because thats a corporate call. Neither the local or corporate office talk to each other. So in the end I gave up told them I wasnt paying, you cant provide the service I signed up for come and get the bottles and the machine. That was a nightmare as well since the guy left me waiting around all day for 2 days and wouldnt come get it. Sent the guy and his bosses a text explaining I was waiting around wasting my days off and no one shows up, driver didnt know I was the one texting and told him I was lying and an a*hole. I just wanted water service, then they cant deliver that service efficiently so I said I was done. After all this, they sent me to collections, i have tried several times to talk to management and people that handle accounts but they wont listen at all. Absolutely ridiculous. Please for the love of God do not sign up with them!

DONT EVEN BOTHER---BILLING ---- Never got our billing right from the first month. Overcharged us every month for 6 months which they acknowledged and said would be corrected during our next billing cycle. Never happened. Promised multiple phone calls from supervisors to resolve the billing issues, but nothing but broken promises.DELIVERY ISSUES----Missed delivery dates with no explanation. Show up without notice or on schedule then charge us for another bottle because we didnt put a empty bottle out to replace.We want the service, but cant seem to get any reliability what so ever. Ive spent hours trying to resolve the delivery and billing issues to save my account for them, but they never follow through with what they say. What else can you do.....no other alternative but to cancel!

Its like they cant seem to do the job they were hired for so they look to blame others. No matter what the problem is, customer service always figures out a way to make money off of the client. It seems like every month there was some sort of issue with this company, kinda like doing their job only I wasnt getting paid for it! I am handicap with High Blood Pressure and I only signed up for this water delivery so I can contribute to this world by being Green and keeping empty bottles out of the landfills, but having water delivered to my home should not be so stressful, so I ended my account. I do not recommend this service.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.. THEY DROVE UP TO OUR STORE AND WOULD NOT LEAVE. SO I BOUGHT SOME COFFEE AND PAID THEM IN CASH NOW THEY SENT MY WIFE A INVOICE THAT STATE WE OWE THEM MORE MONEY. BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH THE ACCOUNTING FOR OVER AN HOUR AND STILL ON HOLD.

Poor service. Long time (7 year) customer but they dont care. Mad enough to cancel and they had no concern about my issues and treatment.
Id rather not give Sparkletts even one star. Is there an option to take a star away? They are absolutely, without question, the worst company I have ever dealt with. I left them once and only came back (by default) when they bought the local company. No more than 3 weeks into second foray and already billed for delivery didnt receive. Attempts to resolve are met with either complete incompetence or cunning obfuscation. Stay away!! Ugh. Who knew a water company (which depending on who you talk with is either Sparkletts or DS Water) could be so awful. My kindest guess is that there is no intra company communication between billing, distributor and delivery person. But thats probably too charitable. Bottom line is they make your life miserable. Have cancelled accounts at both home and office.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! Missed my delivery on its original date, then rescehduled TWICE after that and they still missed those deliveries with no reasoning as to why. Go with another service, theyre not worth your money.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. First off the water cooler installation was done incorrectly. Then when I requested the delivery to be made on any day besides on Tuesday, they scheduled my delivery on Tuesday (when my business is closed). Blamed it on me and said now we have to wait. When I cancelled my order the supervisor said they could not refund me anything and would even charge me to pick up the water cooler, a machine I had not used in a month because they did not change my delivery day. Now they want to come pick up the cooler on the day my business is closed. A company of self serving and inexperienced professionals who have never heard of the term customer service. Please stay away. Do it yourself, you can find the same coolers and water at Walmart for half the price.

DS Waters is the delivery branch of Sparklets. I stopped getting my deliveries on my designated day, sometimes three and four days and even not at all. They still charged me for the empties. I found that they were less likely to pick up the empties at the end of the month, making a huge deposit charge on the monthly billing. On purpose? I dont know.Also, when you try to call customer service they always have a longer than usual wait time over 15 minutes If it happens all of the time it is not unusual.If a company has that many calls into customer service that they cant handle the call volume, either the service is that bad or the company doesnt care about the customer.The delivery driver, who doubles as the route manager, said they dont have enough drivers or reliable trucks to make all of the deliveries. I just lightened their load by switching to Ozarka.

Here we go again!! Soarkletts changed my delivery day and did not notify me. Rather than picking up my empties and replace same, delivery guy dropped 1 bottle off at the wrong door!!He never replaced all the empties I had. I have this almost every month with these guys. Why I am still with this company surprises me.I hold my breath every 2 weeks to see if these rocket scientists can figure it out.Run POORLY!!!!!!!
If I could give no Stars, I would. I signed up for the services on July 5th. Today is August 22nd, and I still dont have service. Each time we call they tell us that it is scheduled for a certain day, the day comes and goes and I still dont receive what I ordered. Sucky!
We gave them three chances to get it right and they still skipped our delivery week three times without any notice of why. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

This is the most unreliable service you can possibly have... Our bottles have been waiting for someone to change them out for two weeks and everyday they say the next day but it never happens... Come get your stuff before it goes out in the street and Im not paying for it period...
If I could give zero stars, I would. One month of missed delivery. One month of missed scheduled pick ups for equipment. Now on month three of trying to get them to pick up. The delivery driver Scott lied to the customer service rep saying that he talked to us about picking up the equipment.

Beware! They have hidden fees. They will add random stuff to your scheduled delivery and will not reimburse you.

We have ordered for five cans two weeks before but no service at all and they are not answering our calls either ....Very Bad service !!!!
