New Image Autosports is absolutely fantastic! You should definitely use them for any car stereo needs in DFW. Their prices are very reasonable and they can do same day service. I had an issue with my back up camera (no fault to them) and they replaced it for free. The people at New Image Autosports are definitely the kind of people you want to do business with. Very friendly very Reasonable And professional great work

I looked up car audio stores near me and New Image was one of the first to appear. Thankfully it was open at the time. I unfortunately blew a fuse in my amp and stopped by to see if they had any available. As soon as I walked in, I was never greeted. I had to walk up to the front desk where the representative was just sitting on his phone. After getting his attention, I described my problem. Instead of helping me find a solution, he sat in his chair and said Youre system has to be blown, if I have any fuses, they will be on that wall. No attempt to help. No attempt to ask any questions to see what may have caused the issue. He just pointed at the wall and called it a day. Terrible experience over all. On the bright side, there was another car audio store directly down the street, not only did they know a little thing called customer service, but they got me the fuses I needed, and fixed my problem! NEVER. Will I recommend New Image Autosports to anyone.

Sharif is the BEST!! I went in for a quote and some information about boosting the bass in my Accord, and Sharif was SUPER knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Not only did he willingly and openly listen to all of my questions and concerns, but even came to actually hear the sound in my car so that he could give me the most accurate information he could, which was a stark change from the other locations I had checked out in the past. After giving me my options and hearing my uncertainty about picking one option over the other, he guaranteed that he’d be willing to change to the other option if I heard the one I had and wasn’t happy with it— and that’s exactly what he did without a single complaint. Seriously the best experience I could have hoped for, and the pricing was VERY reasonable! Would highly recommend this business!

Amazing service. Got my dash cam installed by them a year ago. Both front and rear. Smooth work. It came loose after a year because of the adhesive. I called them and fixed it for me for free. Offered the some payment but they said no payment necessary. Trust worthy people.

Everything comes with a warranty and they also carry budget friendly options as well plus they have finance options. My experience so far is good. I came here and got all my audio done by these guys, the installer was very helpful and honest, I originally wanted some high end components and got some but it still wasn’t up to my taste so they honored their word when they told me to come back if I didn’t like it for some different ones so I came back and got some different ones installed and was very pleased with the sound I would definitely recommend these guys the prices are very fair and they have a very good selection, these guys know what they are doing.

This second time I purchased 2 Nemesis 12s, 1200 watt rms with my current amp of 2000 watts and a new Q Bomb box and again the sound is excellent! I came in because I needed a new subwoofer box and the entirety of my old audio wiring completely re done. These dudes gave me a great price on a new box and only charged $180 to completely strip out all the old wiring and replace it with much thicker, higher grade wires. They also did the job quickly. I brought my car in at 5 and they had it finished just before they closed at 8. This is by far the most professional job I’ve ever had on my vehicle. I definitely recommend these guys!

New Image, was one of the most well organized shops I’ve seen yet, as soon as I walked in I was greeted and offered some amazing deals for car alarms/stereos(speakers). I went with the car alarm and set my appointment for the next morning can you believe they had it done within 2.5 hours, I was contacted as soon as it was ready for pickup.

Truly great service. I got an aftermarket stereo and backup camera installed in my 2015 Scion Tc for a little over 700 bucks. I recommend New Image to anyone. Update 2020: I upgraded my radio to a dmh-w4600nex from a mvh-w2400nex. I gave my 2400nex to my nephew for his 2013 Camry. These guys are always professional as always and willing to work with me on price. So they were able to install my new radio and install my old radio with a backup camera in my nephew’s car for under 500.00. These guys do fast quality work. As always the install is clean. Came in to get a double din stereo and was helped right away. They were able to suggest a good unit for a good price and were even able to have installed on the same day! Do not buy anything from here, they are shady people. They tell you that they are selling you one thing and they give you another. I bought a sound system that had to be replaced 4 times. They don’t know how to install things properly and they sell you BS. I went to Best Buy for them to tell me they balanced the amp out completely wrong and that the amp isn’t a solid one. They don’t know what they are doing. Don’t waste your time or money on these dummies.

Great guys; did a fantastic job on my Range Rover amplifier install. Truly made it look custom and went the extra mile without the custom price tag. I had an issue with the signal/feedback in the lines several months later and they took the car right in when they said they would and it had it fixed and back out in no time. They took the time show me how to operate the stereo and help me link up my phone to the car for hands free driving. I really appreciate the extra mile of customer service and the install is fantastic looking. All employees seem happy working at this location.
