Honestly the BEST experience at a phone repair shop I’ve ever had! All staff were courteous and professional. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I came in because of the great Groupon deal I received ($23.00 for I phone 8+ screen replacement). Their normal prices are also very reasonable. iPhone 8+ repair / replace at under $30 for a cracked screen. Also, I showed up in military uniform, (as I was just leaving work) and the gentleman (I believe his name is John) even added a free screen protector! 100% recommend this business.

I just want to say that this is the best place ever. last night I dropped my phone and cracked it and it would not work at all on top of me disabling my phone. luckily I found doctor Wireless on Groupon for a extremely cheap price and they were able to fix my phone and restore it and it took them less than an hr. I highly recommend this place of business. Im definitely going to go back and they have cheap phone cases. seriously people go get your phone fixed here

John was Very VERY polite and helpful with great customer service, with an AMAZING price for the phone screen repair, honestly the lowest price I’ve ever had for a screen repair!!!! and it works like new and I even got a free screen protector!! And there’s warranty, would definitely recommend and give it a 5 star and glad I found out about this place.

Talk about honesty and integrity!! I bought a Groupon to fix my XS Max. John informed me that the Groupon as for an XS, not an XS Max, and that it would cost more (which made sense). I said ok and when he went to fix it, he immediately said well that was the cheapest screen that I ever fixed. I was confused. Well, the protective screen was cracked, not the phone glass screen. He saved me $117 and told me to get a refund on my Groupon. I got a credit. But, how awesome is this guy? He, totally, couldve taken my phone, taken the money and appeared to have repaired my phone. I never wouldve known the difference. Its been damaged for months and I just wanted it fixed. He did fix a 7 Plus yrs ago and did a great job, so I went back. I am always SO going back now!!

I went in a couple months back and they fixed my iPhone Xr for $85.They are cheaper than most the other places,great customer service and they didnt keep me waiting! I recently needed to go back to get my iPhone 11 screen and the back glass fixed and Doctor Wireless took care of me again. I have been without my phone for a while. Apple had it for close to a month and promising they would fix it but never did. I spent several ours with apple support and never got anything resolved. Apply quoted me $900 to fix my phone. I took my iphone x to John at Dr Wireless this morning and he had it back to me within 1 hour and did all the work for a fraction of the price apple wanted. Best cell phone repair all of Texas. They are super legit and does there best to get your stuff fixed. My screen got messed up after the repair and was 3 days passed the warranty date and he still fixed it free of charge. When I tell you customer service is above the roof. Most cellphone repair stores just care about themselves. Not here. The customer comes first. I will never go to another phone repair store ever again. Jon and sam are unbelievable. These are some quality guys working at this place. Oh and did I also tell you there prices are the cheapest you’re going to find in all of north Texas.

BEWARE!!! It’s not just about how they do the work but also the quality! If y’all want to come here every week and waist your money than come because this place replaces the cheapest screens for iPhone repairs, that even if you hit your pocket and your phone is inside the pocket your phone will crack!!!They place the cheapest battery’s as well, I had to return several times for the battery and screen. This place is pure trash.

I’ve brought several devices to have repaired with them and all have been done in a very professional manner. No complaints and no issues with any of the repairs. I’ve had battery replaced, several screens replaced and the back glass on an iPhone X redone.

Dropped off my phone for a screen replacement, and it was fixed timely with no hassle for a reasonable price. A few months later I had an issue with the screen and they fixed under warranty for no charge. I highly recommend this store for any cell phone issues.

Took my iphone x to get a camera repaired only issue was the camera...after camera was repaired my iphone got glitchy.volume didn’t want to go up or down took it back they couldn’t fix definitely do not recommend 0 STARS .

Needed an OLED replacement for my iPhone XS Max and these guys came in clutch. Called over 20 different spots and they all were quoting me about $100 more than Doctor Wireless for the same service. Done in under an hour. Gonna go back to get the back glass replaced and also replace the micro USB port on my Galaxy s9 plus.

Called them up to check on appointment and spoke with John who said just come on thru he’d get me taken care of.The location is right off Harry Hines with easy access from the road. Great set up and wide selection of accessories as well! John greeted me at the door and advised it would be about an hour. Very fast and professional work indeed. my phone is looking and working like a champ again with a price that was about a 3rd of what others were charging. I’ll definitely be going back for any other needs in the future!

I found Doctor Wireless via Groupon. I paid only $30 and went in the same day to get the screen repaired for my iPhone 7 Plus. I was promptly greeted by John. He was helpful, courteous and polite. Not only to me but the other customers in the store as well. There were two others repairs before mine and he was still able to repair my screen within one hour. My phone feels like its brand new. John did a great job. I would definitely recommend Doctor Wireless to my friends and family.

I went to this spot with a Groupon and Jon was quick to redeem my coupon and check me in. He did an excellent job and my phone feel like new. Their prices are unbeatable and everyone I tell was shock that I got my screen replaced for around $30.The store was was clean and they have multiple cases all along the walls for you to look at while waiting for your phone. I had to wait about 20-30 minutes but it went by quickly as The Office was playing on the TV in the middle of the store.I cant express how great this place is.

I got my phone fixed a week ago and it’s started glitching I brought it back to get fixed they wanted to charge for it because a small crack on the edge. But they messed up putting the screen on wrong. It should be a 30 day warranty or something horrible experience!

OK so I had my iPad six generation screen shattered I took it to John here at Dr. wireless. He did an awesome job on repairing the screen and the price was the best in town. So I recommend anybody that needs Phone Repair to come see John at Dr. wireless.

Do not go to this company. Their glass screen they use to replace my iPhone X are bad quality. I had to take back my phone twice because the touch feedback wasn’t working properly. They replaced it twice and just today I had dropped my phone ever so slightly, the glass shattered with a glass screen protector over it. I would not recommend them.

Service was fast and professional. Sam was able to fix my sons iPhone in under 15 minutes! The price was great as well. If you need a phone or tablet repaired you NEED to go see these guys!
