I had a horrible experience at this location. The guy was nice at first but I had to go back because one of my two phones wasnt working so I had to go back. When I go home I found out he gave me the wrong plan, wrote one of my numbers down wrong, put the wrong name on the account and signed me up for a feature I didnt request. To make matters worse, he shorted me $10 that I never got back.

The guy who works here was so helpful and down to earth. We got in and out in no time. I also forgot my I. D. And he stayed open until I came back to get it. I totally recommend this store, same they have a pretty decent selection for the size off the store as well.

I LOVE Metro by T-Mobile, and I LOVE their products. What I dont love is the quality of customer service at this location. I have had an account with them for a long time and usually receive good service at the locations I frequent.I chose to visit this location today to replace my damaged phone quickly. Unfortunately, I was treated as if I were an inconvenience and as if my business werent welcomed by the MANAGER Kristopher. He was consistently rude throughout my visit to the point that I asked him if he even wanted to sell a phone. I would not have purchased from him if it werent imperative for me to get a working phone asap. Thankfully, Ive learned my lesson and will never use this location again.

Its by the WestEnd. The staff is friendly but there is usually someone panhandling nearby. But dont let that hold you back. MetroPCS is good and reliable phone service for the price.

The customer service is horrible!! My service was cut when my wife had already paid for it.. I went in and the fat latino guy with the hat proceeded to call ny wife a liar even after i showed him the bank statement showing the payment was made.. He has to go!

I brought a case for 15 bucks it broke before i arrived home. The next bisiness day i took it back basically the mamanger C. Garcia told me you been had and get out oh and welcome to dallas. That manager should be out of that store. Made a complaint to headquarters lets see what happens.
