Hello, I saw some good reviews on here - but I want to warn any potential customers of this place - these after-market screens they install are of LOW QUALITY with a lot of DEFECTS. I brought my iPhone 11 in with a small crack, they installed a new screen for $200. At first glance, it looked like a quick and easy fix, easier than the hassle at an Apple store. However, I wish I would have brought it to Apple to begin with because it is exactly the same price at $200. Shortly thereafter, I noticed all kinds of problems - the touch screen was unresponsive and glitchy, screens would burn / leak into other screens, in addition a small black border around the screen which reduced the overall screen size, and very faint horizontal stripes. A week later I noticed a hairline crack in the screen simply from holding it. I brought it back in, asking for a refund or for them to fix it, but they refused since a new crack had developed and assumed I had been negligent or dropped it but I hadnt! They offered to fix it again for a $75 discount. What could I do, spend another $200 or try it again? The new screen has a weird reddish tint / coloration and is not as responsive. My advice would be to take it to the Apple Store and get it done right. AVOID THIS PLACE, it is in sketchy part of a random office building and you are getting very low quality after market screens.

IPhone X repair. Called several shops and this is the cheapest out of 5 shops I called. Repaired in 30 minutes, and Face ID and true tone function perfectly. Amazing customer service and great value for 1/2 the price Apple charges. I hope I don’t have to come back, but if I do, it’ll be this place time and time again!

I was on a business trip to Dallas when I dropped my phone and scattered the screen. I needed to fix my iphone screen quickly and get back to business. Great. They’ve replaced 2 iPad screens an iPhone battery and fixed a software problem on my iPad. I’m a 64 year old man that uses technology, but doesn’t really understand it. I’m sure that they know that, but they never take advantage of the situation. Use them once you’re a fan, use them twice you’re a friend.

Their prices are less expensive and unfortunately I found out why. Just had my sons iPhone XR repaired and if I could give this place zero stars I would. This place was referred to me by an acquaintance and I chose to have them do the repair because of their 90 day warranty, as I know how tricky/difficult screen repairs on iPhones can be. Long story short my sons phone was fixed (spent $135) and 30 days later the screen the screen started flickering and going in and out from the same spot it had been repaired. Brought it in for warranty work and was told sorry this is not covered without any explanation. Do not bring your devises here if you expect the warranty to be honored. Terrible customer service, you are better off going with a more reputable shop. Stay away!

Customer Service is great, the guy is nice and attentive. I went because I accidentally had my iPhone 8 Plus washed.They changed my screen, bottom charger port and my back camera.I started having bad screen problems as soon as I had gone from the store to my car. The guy told me it should go away. The screen does this weird wavering/flickering and it’s sensitivity is definitely reduced from what the original screen was. I went to have it changed after giving it about 2-3 weeks without it fixing. They changed it for me and my screen keeps on doing it. They had given me a thinner screen protector since they said the sensitivity was reduce due to my screen protector I had. I had been using the brand of screen protectors for over 2 years and just decided to trust them just in case. Although the sensitivity is better with their screen protector, it’s still not as sensitive as before. My screen still wavers as well. Decided to leave those problems since I live 30 minutes away and it’s a longer drive with traffic, which are the times I’m available.To finish it off, the screen replacement seems to be of cheap material. I’ve dropped my iPhone plenty of times before and the screen never got broken. Today, I dropped this phone once, less than a feet in my living room . The screen cracked and seems to be peeling? Never seen that on any iPhone I’ve had. The screen protector is in way better shape than the screen itself. The screen itself has deeper cracks while the screen protectors has thinner ones(more like scratches than cracks).I have not noticed any problems on the other two repairs. I do get get like a small glitch when using my back camera but I believe it’s the software not the camera.

My phone met the concrete at my sales meeting in San Diego. I couldnt even get into it because it was so cracked. I did research for a whole day after I got back home to Dallas. Super fast service. Found this place, parked, had the phone inspected, had the phone fixed, ALL IN 20 MINUTES. Turns out the screen protector was the thing that was cracked. Got another one installed, paid $10. Really disappointing service. My husband came in with a phone with a broken screen (parts of the screen lost the touch sensitivity) and the camera had a constant flare but still worked. After getting it back, the battery had apparently exploded due to the drop, but now the phone has a perpetual this isnt an authorized apple battery message and the camera no longer focuses on anything. He went back the next day because he wasnt satisfied with the outcome and after all, the website says 100% satisfaction guarantee. He was told you must have bad luck and we can get half of our money back. Lesson learned. We should have just gone directly to Apple to repair it correctly.

Went in without an appointment to get a new battery installed in my phone. I figured I would have to drop it off and pick it up the next day, but no -- they actually apologized that they couldnt get to it immediately, but that it would be done in around 30-45 minutes. So I went to lunch and came back and it was done, and as far as I can tell it was done right -- the battery in my phone works properly again. And the price was excellent. Ill definitely give them my business if I need service on an iDevice in the future.

I never write reviews, but the guys at Ifix did SUCH a great job I wanted to. My iPhone 6S screen was shattered and the back camera was also cracked. They explained the options for replacement screens, gave me the prices up front, and were very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of each option. Price was very reasonable compared to other places I’ve taken my phone. Best part about the whole experience was that it only took 15-20 minutes, and that the screen and camera work perfectly after the repairs! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and fast phone repair!

Voided a warranty on a faulty screen ($350 replacement) that was not responding to touch because the screen had a small scratch. The small scratch had nothing to do with the issues that were happening. I had spent over $2000 here over the past 3 years and had suggested it to multiple people. After this experience, I will not be going back. The “boss” finally came out of the back after I waited for 45 min to speak to me rudely. Now, I am out $700+ to finally have a screen that works. I will be finding a shop elsewhere to do any future work.

This place is gold. After a frustrating 45 minute wait at the Apple store to replace my battery, they told me they had to charge me $150 to fix my cracked screen before fixing the battery. I left and drove immediately to this place, trusting in the several good reviews, and I was not disappointed. Walked right in, super friendly guys, they fixed my screen and replaced my battery in no time at all for WAY cheaper than Apple. Wish I would’ve gone here first, do yourself a favor and visit these guys!

Great service! Brought my phone for a screen replacement. They checked it and did everything in less than 20 minutes. Plus they have different options and other services. The prices are cheaper than at Apple stores, and their service is so much quicker and better. The same service at Northpark Apple was going to take 4-24 hrs plus diagnostics (that my phone didn’t need), and I had to make an appointment like at the doctor’s office. Here I just walked in, no appointment needed.

I was blown away by how quickly they replaced the battery on my iPhone 6S Plus. I walked in during the late morning -- no appointment needed -- and the gentleman who greeted me was friendly and efficient. They have a waiting room where you can sit, read magazines, or watch TV while you wait.I was out the door in about 15 minutes, and it cost me just over $80 bucks. Per their policy, just make sure you bring a credit card with a chip (I dont believe they accept AMEX), or cash. From what I remember, they said on a page they have standing on the front desk that they dont use mag stripes anymore. Also, batteries come with a 90-day warranty.This place is terrific. Awesome service here! I was actually referred by a friend that got his screen repaired here. I recently go an iPhone this past summer, but dropped it as I was getting out of my car :( I took it to the Apple store, but they wanted $200 for it. That was basically the price I paid for the phone when I signed with AT&T. I dealt with the crack on my screen for a month and my friend saw it and referred me here. Super fast turn around time and great service! I would recommend coming here instead of the kiosks in the mall, I had a poor experience there once and they didnt even resolve my issue. This place rocks!! Also, they offer a free screen protector with repair on certain phones!

Have an iPhone with cracked screen or any other issues, take it to iFix. Their cost is roughly $20 less than other places and very friendly. I had to get screen replaced and frame reshaped on 2 corners; was in/out in 20 minutes. They are also very knowledgeable and able to help/advise you on options based on your phone contract/insurance too. Ill be recommending this place to anyone I know looking to avoid the Apple store :)

Needed my iPhone screen fixed and actually found this place on Yelp with mostly 5 star ratings. Went in with no appointment and was immediately greeted and told that it should only take about 20 min. I waited in their comfy waiting area and had a tv to keep me entertained since I didnt have my phone to tinker on. The office is clean and professional and the gentleman that helped me was friendly and helpful. The screen replacement ended up taking les than 20 min and cost less than I anticipated. Would absolutely recommend to someone needing their services.

Ive had an iPad 2 and an iPhone 5 repaired by John. NOBODY does a better job. He uses high-quality parts instead of the junk that some use, and he is meticulous with getting the repairs right. Good-as-new repairs for same or less than the much-inferior competition. You dont get a 4.8 average on Google reviews in this sketchy business niche if youre not doing it very, very well.

Oh man, this place is too good! I had been putting off repairing this huge crack in my screen because I didnt want to front the monies. However, my friend suggested this place and the price was affordable, and the job was pretty top tier! Dont even know why I put it off so long!So if one of my friends accidentally comes over and drops my phone and breaks my screen again, I know where to go!

These guys are the best. They unlocked an international phone for us. 2 months later we went to use it and it said SIM failure. Took it to Apple and they said it would cost $150 to replace. We took it to the phone repairer located in the same mall as Apple and he said it was dead. Took it to iFix, they fixed it in 20 minutes and no charge. Just needed a factory reset and OS updating. Dont go anywhere else folks.

I called and NO APPOINTMENTS NEEDED. My iPhone 6s took a pretty bad fall and the screen was shattered severely with pieces falling out. I walked in at 12:15 and left at 12:30...15 MINS! My iphone fell down a flight of stairs (with my otter box case on it) my screen was not cracked but totally blacked out instead! Dropped my phone in the toilet and had lost all hope until I read reviews about iFix on here. I took my phone to John and he was very upfront about the cost and possibility of reviving my completely dead phone. He called the next day with the good news and my phone has been working perfectly since then. I had thought that my only option was replacing the phone for $200 and iFix repaired it for just $35! Stole my original retina iphone display and replaced it with a cheap-knock-off thinking Id never catch them. Id suspect they may be in side business of trafficking stolen phones and displays and reselling them, but thats just speculation at this point. They need to find a different career. Watch out. I just had my ipad repaired here on Friday and by Saturday the screen was cracked from a repair they made on the lock screen button. I would hope they would stand behind their work considering it was evident by the damage that it was the result of their work, but they wanted to charge me full price again.PLEASE go somewhere else!!!
