Staff was super nice and knowledgeable to all my questionsCleanliness was a top priority for this locationTransparency in terms of cost is where I had to leave a review. I called 2 weeks ahead of time to ask if this practice was accepting new patients, verified that my entire visit would be covered by my insurance, and what the visit would include after my exam, I was informed that I owed $70.00. After reviewing my bill the total cost for the exam was $244.00.$149 for the contact exam (covered 100% $10 copay)Fitting & evaluation $95.00 ($35.00 covered)I brought this up to the cashier, and she told me that the total cost should have been disclosed, and she apologized, without further resolution.I suggest looking elsewhere for the price they are charging for a simple contact exam.

We love coming to this location. The staff is super professional very nice. Especially, Mayra. She always had a fantastic attitude. They have vast selection of glasses to choose from and the staff is always patient and helpful. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and understanding. Thank you guys, for everything.

Refused to give me my Pupilary Distance along with my eye exam, unless I spent an exorbitant amount of money on their glasses. Ridiculous. They wanted 1600$ for ONE pair of glasses with just an anti-glare coating, and thats WITH insurance.

They will not stop with the email spam ever since the my eye doctor people apparently bought them, despite repeatedly asking them to not email me again. Last time I was in my $150 frames had broken and I was told I was SOL and had to buy more. I am getting lasic and mever coming back. I hate this place. Leave your customers alone, you nust drove this one away.

Fabulous experience with the level of care and customer service I received at 20/20 Sight of Dallas! I recently relocated from Florida to Texas, and was in need of an eye exam and a new pair of glasses. Dr. Rodriguez was very kind, and thorough, and walked me through the process every step of the way. I also really appreciated Mayras patience in helping me pick out the perfect frames! I would recommend this office to anyone in need of vision care, and will be definitely be returning next year! :)

Doesnt accepte Texas Star plus, Texas Medicaid, was told over phone prior to setting the appointment that their no co papay their is a contractual 40$fee to writer eye prescription I have Medicare contract coverage for routine eye exam and glasses, also additional state coverage benefit under Texas Star Plus glasses and eye exam,. It was a waste of my time and travel expenses

I walked in to the office one hour before closing. I was immediately greeted and helped by a staff member. He took great care with my wifes glasses as he repaired the bent frames. She was delighted by the results! Thanks for your professionalism and courtesy!

I’ve been a patient for three years. I always look forward to been seen by Dr. Rodriguez. She is personable and asks relevant questions, keeping good notes about what is going on in my life so she can follow up next time. She listens well and has THE most calming voice throughout the entire examination. The staff is quick, knowledgeable and helpful. Good place!

The Doctor (who I can remember his name) was open to listen and talk about my vision health. I felt comfortable and happy with my visit. The staff is kind and respectful. I couldnt ask for anything more.the selection of glasses was great and prices were equal to online. The guidance and direction of the Doctors and staff are great.

After researching pediatric optometrist for a couple weeks I decided to take a chance on 2020 vision after reading some pretty good reviews. I have an eight-year-old in the spectrum and a six-year-old who still struggles with letter and number recognition so I was worried about if his eye test would be as accurate.Well let me tell you Dr. Rodriguez blew me away, she has to be a top if not the best optometrist in the DFW. Not only was she extremely thorough she has a way of testing the children were letter and number recognition is not even a factor. My children were very comfortable with her from the beginning and she was extremely patient and she communicated with me through every step of the way. KUDOS KUDOS KUDOS!!!

First time patients at 2020Sight and we will be coming back for sure, my boyfriend and I were very pleased! Everyone we encountered was very helpful and friendly. Dr. Mathew was very thorough, her assistant was just as awesome! She explained everything she was doing in great detail. While I was waiting for my boyfriend, the ladies helped me pick out a few frames for my picky boyfriend. Myra and the other optician helped him find the perfect frame, he can not wait to pick up his glasses! Great costumer service, keep it up!!

This has been the most pleasant eye exam & experience Ive ever had. The staff was very polite and attentive. Each staff member took their time to explain what they were doing or what they would like to do.The clinic was very clean and the selection of frames were amazing.I referred this clinic to my best friend who loved it as well and we both left very happy and satisfied.They have topped the patient customer service experience!

I went twice in the last week or so. The first time for an eye exam. Dr. Rodriguez gave me a thorough exam. She took the time to show me some high resolution pictures of the inside of my eyes and explained to me what they meant. The second time I went to see if I could find a frame. I wasnt sure I wanted a frame from them, but they had some nice ones. While browsing the frames on display, Chelsea (the store manager) offered to adjust my existing glasses. Unfortunately they broke in the process, and I was somewhat panicking because that was my only pair of glasses. It was 6:30pm, the store was about to close, and I cannot drive without glasses. Well, long story short, Chelsea told me not to worry and she would take care of it. By 8pm I had a new pair of glasses, frame and lenses! This is amazing service.

The team is personable, professional, and exceptionally helpful when explaining all the options for insurance and ordering. Scheduling is easy and the exams are quick and easy. Dr. Rodriguez is thorough and attentive. Molly is so patient when trying on frames and explaining insurance. This is a great team and Id recommend them to anyone!

I had a wonderful visit, the entire staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The exam was literally the best I had in years, I had been dealing with watery eyes for years, she was the first doctor to let me know I had eye allergies and what I can do to help the problem. Chelsea was also a pleasure to work with, she helped me pick the perfect frame, she knew the right time to come help and when to let me be. I really enjoyed my experience here! Its weird to say that about an eye exam, but I have never felt more comfortable with the entire process. The aura of the office was calm and warm. Literally everyone was nice and helpful. Dr. Rodriguez was so patient and explained every step of the exam which was awesome because I hadnt had an eye exam in a few years. I especially enjoyed the optician (I think her name was Chelsea) who helped me find the perfect pair of glasses for my face shape. Ive been to other places that wouldnt help with that at all, and it always made me feel like I walked out with the wrong pair of glasses. Im actually happy to receive my glasses from here in a couple of weeks. Im excited to keep going to this office in the future!

I recently had my first visit to 20/20 at Lakewood. I was so impressed by the cleanliness of the office as well as the professional staff. The doctor was great. He listened to my concerns and made sure I was happy before leaving. I also got to pick out a great pair of designer glasses that I just love. The staff helping me pick out the glasses made it fun and helped me pick the perfect pair! I will be a long time patient!

I had the best experience for my first time visiting the new Lakewood office! It is so nice and tidy and brand new high tech equipment and the staff was so professional and kind! Truly the best experience ive had at a eye doctor took my toddler for her first time Dr. Rodriguez was amazing with her. I am completely satisfied and was offered many options as to eye care. Went in for myself after with Dr. Tarrant and the eye exam was the most thorough I have had EVER prices for high-end brands were not bad at all. Let alone ALL the staff was delightful. Absolutely indifferent when you have an issue. I have been living with broken frames for 4 weeks waiting on my warranty replacement and all four times Ive called Ive been told whatever they think will get me off the phone. TERRIBLE SERVICE! i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO THERE EVER!

NEVER go here ; they dont deserve ANY Stars!! They are completely unfriendly, uninviting and make you feel like you are not welcome in their facility. They are unprofessional due to us already having an appointment was made and then we get a call one hour before stating we need to reschedule due to the contact fitting because they have to go to lunch at 12!! I explained that we were already 20 minutes away so then they asked if we could get there 30 minutes before 12 so we did. When we entered the whole attitudes in the office of the three young ladies was so disturbing that we left and didnt get the exam. I will also be requesting that they are removed as a provider for VSP because they are not VSP material!! Save yourself from a BAD Experience.....DONT GO HERE!!!
