I had a wonderful experience when I visited this store. It was on a Monday, and they were a little busy but still managed to take great care of everyone in the store. Lisa was extremely helpful and understanding. She was able to work with me and meet my budget. Overall this was a great first experience. I would recommend 10/10.

They have a good selection of frames and decent prices on lenses. However no one was wearing a mask. No one. Given the close contact I was honestly shocked. I would like to buy a frame/lenses from there but don’t want to go back to get the framed fitted due to the close contact and no one wearing a mask.

Well, the appointment itself was good and they seemed like they knew what they were doing. They had no covid protocols in place so I’m not sure why the info for them says they do… But the actual problem was when I came to pick up the glasses. The frames were poorly made and were rotating too much in their socket, when I first put them on. They at first claimed that they were made to do that….then the frame snapped out of its socket. No problem, they said they’d just change out the frames. I picked out a new pair and my partner noticed it was a cheaper price. So when he mentioned that and asked if they were discounting the original price…..the service person responded they would not as this was going to be considered an exchange. Despite the frames being considerably cheaper. I’m not sure if that was store policy or company policy but it was very odd. I don’t think I’d recommend this business to anyone.

Walked in and had amazing service from the store manager Lisa! She helped me get the most value for my money and has great taste in music. This store also has some one of the best selections of frames that I have seen yet.

Great Service! I engaged with two of the staff members and they were at all times professional and helpful. I went in, filled out the application, got my eye test done within in minutes! I was then asked to look at some frames (there are so many to choose from!), luckily I was approached by Marco. Marco is the man! He was pleasant, professional, engaging and patient (I initially choose 9 Frames and gradually narrowed down to 3). 😅 With Marco’s help, I was able to choose which I think would best suit me. Had it not been for Marco’s dedication to service I wouldn’t have left with more than I had initially bargained for, honestly.I explained that I may need to expedite my orders as I would not be able to pick up after a certain date and Marco made that happen.This place is amazing!

Excellent staff. Engaging, professional and extremely adept at making the sometimes very medical explanations clear to everyone. Lisa did everything to ensure I had the proper prescription and understood the importance of eye health. Her care and consideration helped me get both glasses and contacts. Lisa was able to show me what sight through my new prescription would be like before it arrived. I cannot thank her enough. The frame selection is fantastic with an wide selection in both price and style. As someone who has worn glasses all my life I will be using this location for all my future needs.

Wow, what an experience! Quick and easy. I made an appointment over the phone for the next 30 minutes. The guy on the phone was extremely pleasant.Came in there were a few people here and the assistants were a little busy, but they acknowledged me. I filled out a form and waited a little, but too bad.The guy preformed the first part of the exam and was accommodating and pleasant. Then I saw an optometrist virtually. That was weird, but not bad at all.Last I was helped to get contacts purchased. They price matched an online price! Great customer service, good deals. Thank you to Serena and the guy with the glasses. I will definitely be back!

Today on September 4th, 2021, I had the most AMAZING experience. The manager of the store take care of helping find what fit me and looked nice and saved me from myself and spending a lot of money. I lost one of the nose cushions on a pair of glasses I purchased from this location in Sept. 2020. I stopped in and was ready to pay whatever i needed to get them repaired. There was a new manager and staff at the location since I had been there last, and I was very pleased with the new atmosphere.The manager not only replaced the nose cushion I had lost, but replaced both of them on 2 pair of glasses FOR FREE!She also helped me to understand my warrantee and the ability for me to get contacts, if I so chose.I was very impressed with the manager. I will definitely return to this location for my next pair of glasses and eye exam.

Within a years time, I went to 3 different eye doctors, had numerous exams, and I still was not able to see correctly. I came to this place and in less than 5 minutes LISA helped me. She only listened to the exact same issues I explained to the other doctors, she did a small exam with her pen, and I walked out able to see clearer than I have in years!! My eye glasses broke twice after wearing them once. The first time they just replaced the frames with just a display item.Ive had a nightmare of a time attempting to get my money back or a decent replacement without paying more out of pocket.Ive also gotten ZERO apologies or attempts to fix the $1500 dollar mistake of using this poor excuse of a medical facility and business.My eye lab offers the absolutely worst overpriced junk and beyond terrible customer service all while blowing sunshine up your (censored) just to get your hard earned money.I was originally impressed with this company and its service. However since my initial review I had to wait longer than originally told for my glasses to arrive. That was upsetting but not enough to edit my review.When I finally received my glasses well beyond the several different dates I had been given as well as run around as to why they were delayed I wore them one time before they broke in two places.As soon as I noticed they were broken I took them in the same day for replacement. I was told to come back later because they were busy.Now I dont know about anyone else but to me thats well beyond horrible customer service. Youre gonna sell me junk, tell me to come in immediately if theres a problem, and then brush me off when I do! This is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone and everyone to go elsewhere for glasses. This place wants your money and obviously doesnt care about the junk they sell you or customer service!This was my first visit to this location and my wifes second visit.On my visit I experienced exceptional customer service and care from the staff. I was well beyond impressed.My wife was also more impressed on her second visit..I would highly recommend consideration of this location when looking into eye exams or glasses.Prices are more than reasonable, exceptional customer service, and simple no hassle service.

This was a nice place and the staff was kind, however my glasses caused a lot of issues with my astigmatism. I took my glasses to another store months after I had gotten them from there here due to having massive dizzy spells.Upon looking at them the other doctors said my prescription was not where my eyes sit behind my glasses, it was too low.They did not measure where my eyes sit behind the frames to put the prescription in the right place on two pairs of glasses.Had to re-order my lenses from a different store to have them fixed.

Lisa, the Store Manager, helped fixed my glasses very quickly, and even cleaned them-at no charge because it was my first visit. Will definitely go back.

Came in today (9/15/21) and it was super easy and super quick! Brianna was a huge help and she made everything super simple and definitely brought a fun energy to an otherwise mundane task!

After going to 3 different places, MyEyelab was finally able to help. My nose pad had fallen off and it is an unusual type which nobody seems to carry. So Marco H was able to engineer a solution to my problem using a different nose pad. Great thinking outside the box! Thanks Marco!

I just left the location on Northwest Highway and I just want to say they are The Best!!! This my third time doing business with the and both times was smooth and comfortable. Marco I hope I spelled his name help me the first time and believe me he was so patient after my exam I was not sure what glasses. The manager Leslie I hope thats her correct name was super sweet and helpful. The environment is clean and fresh each time I went.

Everything is good here until you have a problem. My very expensive frames broke due to the fact the lens’s were made incorrectly. I had to choose new frames because they could not be repaired and the new frames were $50 cheaper. Refused to give me refund and did not call when new glasses were ready. They are understaffed and pretty much make sure if you have any issues at all - you will not be a return customer. Had much better service from America’s Best.

I used to go to America’s best. I ran out of contacts and my eye vision is really bad . I needed to get some replacement ASAP and America’s best said they couldn’t do anything about it. So I called a few different places none of them had openings. Thank God for Eye Lab ! They had me come in the same day and got me some trial contacts. Xóchitl was so perfect actually that’s an understatement she was beyond perfect. I expressed to her that I wanted glasses ( I haven’t worn glasses in years) She helped me get into the perfect glasses . Treated me amazing . Made me feel comfortable and like at home. I wish I could remember the other guys name but he too was amazing!! Loved it here . I wish I knew about them sooner! I’m honestly happy to have found them.

Excellent Services - Few weeks ago, I went to p/up my sons order at My Eyelab. Just after entering the store I was transported to a different Era. A young man by the name of Marco came to the counter, greeted me, and asked what he could do for me? His reception was warm but not pushy, it reminded me of the time when my mother took me shopping after WW2 and the store owners were so polite, so warm but not fake, their greetings were genuine. After Marco gave me what I came for, I just did not want to leave & quickly thought I could use a pair of glasses. a young lady came by and introduced herself as Lisa, we had a short and warm conversation, another lady came from the back and also greet me. Marco showed me an array of beautiful frames to choose from, and all the perks going with them. It was a great experience which will remain in my mind for quite a long time. I really loved the customer service I was provided here, even tough the first time I went there, they didn’t prescribe my contacts correctly and I needed to go back, they fixed the issue and followed up with me to make sure everything was correct. Came by today for an exam, glasses and contact lens. It was a great experience. Josie helped me with the exam and picking out which contact lens work best for me. Its my first time ever using contact lens. Josie sat there with me for about an hour to help me learn how to put them on and take them off. 10/10 would recommend.

I recently went to my appointment for the very short time at this company or location! I was looking for something that was affordable and where the employees and optometrist actually cared about the service level provided. I was in a hurry and had my last pair of contacts go bad and I called Eyelab Northwest right away after doing some research. When I arrived I was nicely greeted by the employees, my appointment with the optometrist was quick and Im so happy I decided to come. Special shoutout to Xochitl and Gabriel and last but not least Josie M.!!! for helping me find my pair of glasses and contacts!

If you have always has trouble getting the correct prescription for your glasses or contacts, you have to go see LISA!Ive only ever had one pair that was close until now.I went last year (different management) and ended up with the wrong prescription the week before COVID hit. I couldnt even get the problem fixed, so after a year of headaches and eye strain you can imagine my irritation.I went back this year and still couldnt get the right script. Then LISA sat down with me and worked with me until we got them just right. It didnt matter how many times we had to try it, or go back and forth with this lens or that, she NEVER GAVE UP.I know figuring out my eyes is difficult and even I would have given up, but she didnt, and she wouldnt let ME. It didnt matter whether I was getting one pair of glasses, one box of contacts or 10, she wants everyone that walks in those doors to get exactly what they need.No one has ever taken that kind of time to get it figured it, but she did, and I couldnt recommend her enough.

The My Eye Lab Highpoint #7118 is a great place to get eye glasses. Every one in there is great, and I mean everyone. When I went there, everyone helped me at one point and I never felt like they weren’t interested or just wanted to answer my question and be done. Lisa, who I think is the manager, was really great, knowledgeable and knows how to explain things really well. Based on previous experiences, I was ready to try an online store to buy my new glasses, but their customer service was really worth working with a person. And they gave me a really great price as well. So worth it. I’ll definitely be going there from now on!

I drove by this place several times and decided to finally give it a try. I am glad I did, because I had the most excellent experience here.As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and helped within a matter of minutes. I always avoided shopping for eyeglasses, because of how stressful it can be dealing with a salesperson trying to push frames and extras on you that you don’t really need. That didn’t happen here.Here, they listened exactly to what I wanted. I was in and out within 30minutes thanks to the wonderful Store Manager Lisa! While engaged in conversation with her, the topic of being in the military came out and she ever offered a discount as she is no stranger to being on foreign soil. I couldn’t have been happier with the quality of fine customer service that Lisa provided me with. I highly recommend! Stop procrastinating like I did and visit a good quality optical gallery. Did I mention they had a buy 1 get 1 free when I went?? Wow

Its an easy process, but the eye doctor is a virtual person on a screen. Their is no doctor in person. Its sort of like going to a concert and the star attraction is on a screen. I dont like the feel of the whole thing. Im sorry sky lab but I was made nervous by entering a situation that is not explained to me in the first place. At least say you fill out paperwork, then you will see a doctor on a screen for your exam ; it cost 45 dollars if you decide to buy glasses its free. Good luck. Sorry I dont like the disinformation before getting there. I felt unbalance unprepared.

Marco is amazing!! He was on a roll today helping out as much as he could and as many people as he could. He has a very charismatic personality, and I loved it! Lisa on the other hand was not as helpful. I would definitely steer clear of that one.

My 2nd time back to this place at Northwest Highway, Dallas - took my wife this time. Have real good experience. Thats why I brought my wife, who initially went to competitor across the street - whom we didnt get the good customer service (which made me believe they r not going to do a good job). My last appointment was April 2018, so I made a last-minute appointment for an exam when I realized how far behind I was. Lisa (the manager) immediately set me up for the eye-tests in the back and then the online doctor in the exam room.Fifteen minutes later I am picking out lenses, getting advice re what kind of material to use (since I am a photographer) and measured for new glasses.Lisa made sure I was completely informed re the options I had (what I purchased last time vs what I need now) and made sure the coupons in my file as a return customer were applied.Very professional, very affordable.

My glasses frame broke. They refused to order a new frame. They wanted to sell me a new eye exam, frames and glasses. When I asked why they cannot order a replacement they just push me out of the store and asked me to go to another store

I had another great experience at eyelab yesterday! I went in to have my frame repaired and came out with replacement frames for free and a great deal on a second pair of glasses! Their customer service has always been top notch and they really do go out of their way to take care of the customer! Margie and Lisa, thank you! Also, what was equally impressive is that Brad the owner was in-store and hands on waiting on customers!

Love it place!! Great value and 5 star service and attention to you individually! So I come in for an eye exam and just some replacement contacts, maybe glasses if I could afford it after the exam and contacts. What I got was: a new pair of monthly contacts, an eye exam, my current glasses repaired like new, a years supply of contacts, and my new pair of glasses all for a crazy good deal.At LensCrafters or at other places I would’ve paid what I paid and barely got some contacts and the eye exam or the eye exam and a pair of frames. I would’ve had to choose. Here, the general manager works with you gives you nicely packaged discounts where it’s in your favor to buy in bulk because it’s so cheap instead of so costly.Finally, the store itself was clean very neat, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. And because they’re a franchisee of MyEyelab they’re capable of doing a lot more things for you individually as a customer than any of the other MyEyelab locations that have to follow strict corporate policy. Would recommend to anyone who needs glasses/contacts/vision exam.

So walked in this joint with a rad kick flip, and talked to some fine folk. Lovely gal with some curls helped test my eyes, great sense of humour. Passed me over to the doctor in no time, in and out like the flash. Macro over here walking in like a sly mafioso and hooked me up with a few sweet deals before sending me off with some old school receipt and pamphlets.Real quick and no hassles, took a little over 30 minutes since I set it up online before hand. Really dug the honesty of the employees over anything else. Big ol thumbs up from me.

I went in just to get a repair on frames that were actually bought somewhere else. The manager Lisa was so kind and fixed them for free. Lisa even showed me several pairs of glasses they had and informed me of the deals they had going on. Lisa told me the difference between the glare and non-glare glasses. Lisa also let me know which insurances were accepted and told me that Eye lab will work with anyone to ensure they get into the right fit. I had a great experience and Lisa went out her way to help me!

Great experience overall! They were very quick with my exam and I was able to walk out with new contacts in. Lisa the manager was intent on getting me the best price plus a deal! Would highly recommend for anyone needing an eye exam and new eyewear or contacts!

Best place ever!!! The staff omg, let me just say YOU CANT FIND GENUINE PEOPLE LIKE THIS ANYMORE. They are the sweetest people Ive met, and during my visit I felt more confident about my purchase. Usually people can be skeptical about what they are buying even if its for their health and if its to expensive they arent able to buy what they need. But I literally left with a better understanding of my eye health. I felt that they honestly and truly wanted what was best for me. You dont find people like this anymore . Hello you wonderful people, today I visited My Eyelab so get some new glasses since it was time for my checkup, so I decided that I should change it up and instead go going to Americas Best, try something new and go to My Eyelab, I was kinda disappointed because they dont have a variety of glasses to choose from if you get the $59 package with free eye exam, and the material/style of glasses looked like dollar store material, my honest suggestion... Go to Americas best, its just $10 more dollars and you get better glasses that feel and look fresh and modest.
