For starters I was called a liar about my order placed online through door dash. I explained the 2 items I purchased, a large milkshake and 1 pint of ice cream. The young lady said no that’s not what the receipt says. She’s places me on hold and someone else get on the phone. Stating “ooh your ice cream is here.”Yet, 2 minutes ago I was a liar. I asked if it could be delivered. She’s places me on another hold and tell me, “No, you can come and pick it up.” What’s the point of placing an order online for delivery?So I paid $18.38 for a milkshake!!! Wow, I asked for my name to be written down. After Amy (if that’s her name name) giggled with associates in the back ground. I didn’t get an apology or anything, or at least a re do on your next visit.I asked for a manager and I was told she isn’t here until tomorrow. Then I was yelled at and told, “WE DON’T GIVE FREE ORDERS OUT MA’AM!PRETTY MUCH I WAS ROBBED BECAUSE I WILL NEVER VISIT A STORE LIKE THAT AGAIN WITH LITTLE RUDE ASSOCIATES!

I ordered a cake for my boys birthday party. Only to show up today and be told that it was not made. Never even got a call or anything to get notified!!!!

So I ordered the cake on 04/03/2021 and my baby’s birthday is in May, on my son’s birthday I go there to pick up his birthday cake the person who works told me it’s not ready I ask her when will be ready she said I don’t know I have to work on other people’s cake, and it’s not me sale you the cake on the receipt there has no time, so I don’t know. I said hey I understand it’s not you sell the Spider-Man cake but it’s back on April and now it’s in May, even though there is no time on the receipt, it’s afternoon already and you can put the ice cream in the cooler, she said bye and walked back. I didn’t shout or anything. I try to buy a different ice cream cake even though it’s not a Spider-Man, I asked can you sell me a different she is not come back, I asked many time hey I want a different cake she is not come out, what Service is that my goodness, if there is no star I will choose 0 star for her, attitude is very important I didn’t even hear a sorry word from her mouth, I will Never go there again bad customer service and bad attitude, it’s unacceptable at all.

I am working on the shopping center where it is located so I go there regularly for ice cream cones or smoothies, they are always enjoyable and the girls there are very nice.

Baskin-Robbins smelled so 😋 when we went it. I had the Gold Metal vanilla, chocolate and carmel it was so good the works were extremely nice it was four of us I spent 25 dollars is it worth yes every once in a while

I hardly come here, because their prices can be a bit too much. We came because we had some gift cards. They were good.

Wife went to go pick up my daughters cake just to be told that no one was there to make the cake even though it was ordered days in advance and we even called to make sure the online order was submitted it is now 3pm and no gave us a call to tell us about the problem so we could of found another cake

Force masks when madate was lifted and NOT required. Dude doesnt know the mandate was lifted as of March 10, 2021. Rude, customer service. Keep in mind he was touching his face and mask when addressing me, not wearing gloves, handling money and touching the register. #special When I educated him on the governors orders, he didnt like it. 19 yr old on a power trip. I wasnt going to play along.And no little man I dont HAVE to wear a mask. Thanks.Will happily give my money to another business. Braums here we come!

Greeted by a warm smile as I come in through the door. It smells and feels clean. I love the variety of delicious ice cream flavors that are before me. They have Rocky Road, Rainbow Sherbet, Date night, Chocolate Almond, Chocolate Peanut Butter. Well, the list goes on and on. They have so many flavors they have to rotate them out frequently. The freezers on my right are filled with delicious and well-decorated ice cream cakes, in the middle are ice cream flavor sold by the start at a fairly decent price. They have specials for family nights and every 31st of the month they have special discounts as well. They will give you a free scoop on your birthday. Parking will be a bit rough, because of the tightness of the business complex, but you will live.

It would have been so much better if other customers would listen to the covid rules. 2 people or 1 family. While we were in there, another 2 people came in and were not told to wait outside while we ordered. Just a pissoff

I dropped by to night to get container of prepacked Chocolate chip mint ice cream after doing the grocery shopping. Last stop before home; my theory is it is less likely to melt by the time I get home. That does not work as well during the Summer.Anyway. There is always a line. However, the staff here are very experienced and efficient. What looks like chaos from outside the shop is deceiving.Walk in have one person get in the line. When that person is helped just be prepared with your order. In my case I tell them what I am going to take from the freezer. They scan and double bag it. I pay and tip and go home.Great selection of classic icecream.Great staff. Enjoy. It is Summer!

I went with a friend. I Baskin Robbins had a selection for the non dairy people like me. They have 2 selection, chocolate chip cookie dough and something mint I think was sorbet. Not a fan of either. Please get some more options please. Id love to enjoy with those around me who love ice cream. Right now, I sit and watch while they eat. 🤔😥

Ice cream is good but the price was 3.58 for a small scoop, i also got a chocolate dip sugar cone and the cone was stale, i eat the ice cream on top and there was no ice cream inside the actually cone, i might as well had has them to give it me separately. Other than that service was good, not every happy with the quality

Baskin Robbins ice cream is delicious. The ones Ive been to are always clean. Here I think the staff could have been a little more friendly. Maybe they were having a bad day. I dont know. But it wasnt busy. Maybe 3 other customers came in while we were there. We ate in.

Very friendly and good service. The ice cream is always good with a great selection. They only have 4 tables and couldnt manage to keep them all clean. They dont circulate through and clean after people leave.

Very frustrated. The employees are wearing masks, but not wearing gloves. I ordered a sundae that included bananas, and the employee was pushing the bananas down with their bare hands. I had to throw it away to make sure I don’t get sick.

Never get a banana split they dont give you what you order and no whip cream or cherry. Like a banana split suppose to be.. worst place ever.

I came in around 9, an hour before they closed and we were in a group of about 5... besides us there were 2 other people waiting to order. I guess being of the darker side of skin, or the fact that we were a bigger group... when this lady “Sasha” helped us she was so rude that I don’t understand how she still has a job... no smile, not even a fake *** smirk, just eye rolling and attitude every time she would ask us what else we wanted. I had to rate her one star because I wasn’t able to give her anything lower, she deserves to go through an intense course of customer service training and understand that for a customer to want to come back they have to have a good experience... couldn’t even enjoy my ice cream with her attitude...

My daughter and I visit this location every sunday evening. I could easily go to McDonalds or sonic down the road and save alot of money. The reason we keep going back is the way the young ladies treat my daughter. She always wants to sample just about every flavor they have (even though shes had them all) and they never lose their smile and they make her day, and in turn makes my day as well. I believe one of the girls name is Sasha. Thank you for anyways being kind and sweet to my little girl!

I ordered a lemon milshake. I never thought that lemon contained eggs. I didnt like the taste. I ordered a vanilla yogurt. They never offered to replace the lemon one.

They are always out of glaze donuts. If thats your best seller please make more of them.

Gave me an old waffle cone. I asked the associate when the cone she gave me had been made she said sometime this week. The cone wrapper looked stained and there were fibers baked into the cone. I didnt finish the icecream.

Customer service is good but the place is very dirty inside and outside the store. We wanted to seat out but there was a lot of trash on the the floor. I had to wipe the table before my kids sat down

Wanted to take the family out for ice cream for Fathers Day . As we walked in we turned around because of foul smell when we opened the door . And it didnt look very clean. Weve been there before a few years ago and I have never seen that location look that bad .
