This little spot is the perfect mix of Asian fusion and American ice cream shoppe. If youre in the area, its a definite must go! The snow cream is such a weird creation, yet fun and yummy! Its perfect for any age to enjoy, but I especially think young kids would enjoy it here.

Ordered the Mango Sno Ice with Strawberries.The topping + syrup was good. I wished they would have added syrup in the middle of the ice as well because once the top was gone, the ice tasted like light mango. Lol if that makes any sense - Cute place, nevertheless!

For an ice cream place this place is like a bakery inside, so hot 😩 service was fast to place our order but I took forever to get it. Once we got our order they just left the order on the counter top and waited for me to pick it up without saying anything. Ice cream was ok, nothing special, just pretty and generic. Water based, melts fast. Really fast, specifically inside a bakery. The only cool thing here was the spoon lol

There was quick, helpful, and friendly service. Bring your hunger - portions are large. Menu is similar to a restaurant in Jacksonville I loved.

Soft serve very berry w/ mochi and strawberries.First off, yum!Second, such a great little area!Third, the inside was clean, workers there was very helpful. I had to wait a bit for the very berry to finish - she was absolutely considerate & gave me some gummy bears to munch on whilst I waited. Sweetheart!

Plenty of options and they all taste great! The service was great, a little slow but great.My issue is that when you look at their pictures you see many treats that are simply not available. They should advertise seasonal flavors / rotating flavors. Still good nonetheless but I really wanted the orange/white ice cream I saw listed.

Bingbox tasted excellent. In Texas hot summer, there is nothing better than taking a big bite of ‘ice sand’. Let the chill cool you down with wonderful aroma of vanilla. Our family enjoyed it very much. The staff is very nice and courteous. I highly recommended it.

It was our first time being there n I gotta say it is the best ice cream I try before. It is super soft n good. Also try the smoothie too n it was great. The staff is super friendly n nice. They all have smiles on there faces. I would so be going back for my next ice cream again

I am absolutely in love with this place! Staff was all very nice . The sweet lady came from the back to take our family picture by the cool painting on the wall. They have the very best ice cream/ snow ice I have ever tasted . It was a very cool experience something we have never had before. We will definitely be back and I would definitely recommend tryin out all the wonderful things they have to offer !

Terrific doesnt even describe the feeling I got after enjoying my artisan ice cream on the streets of TXs Mission District. Browned butter all the way, baby!!! I loved that I was allowed to taste the flavors before selecting, essential for enjoyment if I do say so myself. I can see why this local chain has become so big throughout TX. Dont question it, just eat it!

Snow cream is like a snow cone with less flavor. They also offer soft serve and smoothies. The best part about this place is all the possible toppings. Everything is served picture ready with a teddy bear spoon. Worth a shot to check out if your in the neighborhood.

Good portions, different take on snacks, surprisingly new and different tastes, whimsical and bold. Where else can you get macha shaved ice that melts in your mouth with mung beans!?They also gave tea with boba for the less adventurous.

I will be back with my coworkers. Prices are appropriate. Food is like a restaurant in Jacksonville I loved.

If youve never had lychee ice cream, DO IT! Along with flavors like honeydew and berry, there are unique ice cream flavors. service was a little slow, as all orders were taken prior to order assembly, so make sure you allot a few minutes for service.

Came with my family and it was a clean place with a simple enough menu to choose from and a really nice and friendly staff.The frozen yogurt flavors are all really good. Loved them all.

Dessert was awesome but knocked off 2 stars bc they got my order wrong at first and then when i asked them to remake it, the employee sighed and acted annoyed & remade it completely crooked so everything melted and fell apart down the side of the cup. the customer is always right- YOU are the one who got the order wrong so don’t act annoyed at me.

Went there yesterday (6/23/2018), part of their soft opening. Ordered a raspberry+peach Smoothie... ended up with something i could only assume was a raspberry milkshake. The texture was Not a smoothie. So i took it to the front and asked if this was a milkshake or smoothie, because it does not look like a smoothie whatsoever! She assured me it was a smoothie, and asked if i would like more ice to make it more thick.Im lactose intolerant, so trust me when i say what i had was a milkshake!! Very disappointed. My first and last time there.The place is not small, but there are not a lot of seatings. And the noise level... wow! Barely any insulation i assume because the noise level was deafening.Pictures looked good, so the experience was deeply disappointing.

PLEASE UPDATE YOUR STORE HOURS. IT SAYS OPEN AND I AM LITERALLY OUTSIDE AND ITS CLOSED. I will take this down once this is addressed

Its a fun place to go. The Mexican chocolate ice cream was pretty good and Im not even a big chocolate ice cream fan like that 🙌🏽.

Nin & her staff stayed open so my daughter could enjoy her birthday. Everything was delicious & the kids had a blast. The past year we discovered ice cream shops all over the metroplex. We kept finding ourselves craving Bing Box & their snocream! We will definitely be back!

This place has an instagrammer’s dream wall to take pictures by :) that was what drew my attention right when I walked in. However, their soft serves were what drew me in after. We got the honeydew mix and the mango coconut mix. OMG. I ate dinner before but somehow I grew a second stomach to eat the entire thing. I took a star off because we got a taro shake and it was terribly artificial and gritty

Walked in to order and the “manager” or “owner” was eating dinner!!!! Dinner they brought from home and smelled terrible!!! Some kind of beef and rice dish they made and put in butter tubs that were cleaned. Out and they were using as their Tupperware...disgusting experience!!! I said something to the cashier and “asked is it ok that they are eating food that is not prepared here?” At the time I had zero idea this couple were the managers/owners!! Seriously who wants to smell Korean BBQ when they are in an ice cream shop? Never again will I go back..zero regards for their customers!!!!! Just nasty!!

Staff was very friendly and informative over their product and how things are made, they let me try any flavor I was interested in, Flavors are out of this world, they have so many toppings to add on from cereal to marshmallows to candies!

Yes, they have a hip fluorescent sign to take pictures with but the ice cream is really good too. I had the matcha snow cream, it was light, fluffy and delicious. They let me swap out the red bean topping for boba no problem. $7 might seem like a lot but I couldnt finish it by myself.

Expensive and not great. The Snow cream was bland and the soft serve tasted exactly like the free soft serve at a buffet. Each topping is extra $ and the toppings are not mixed in. Save your money and go to DQ! DQ Blizzard over this spot any day.

I went here for the first time this past weekend and I have to say that this was some of the best ice cream and snow ice that I have ever had. This place is in an easily accessible location with a parking area to the back so that you never have to worry about parking. Once you walk in, you can see how aesthetic the place actually is. They have graffiti art on the inside that looks really nice and helps give the place a good atmosphere. I went with a friend and ordered a soft serve while she ordered a snow ice and we shared. The sesame and match swirl soft serve was so good. I had never had those flavors combined like that before and I got it with a bunch of fruity options like fruity pebbles, popping boba, and strawberries, but if I could eat it everyday without going broke then I would. The mango snow ice pre-made option they had was also very good! I also love the presentation of their products. They take their time serving it to you so that it can look presentable but it is perfect for those Instagram worthy photos.

I love anything boba but this place has the worst boba in the city. Tried both the strawberry and pineapple drinks and they both tasted like soap. The bobas tasted really weird too. Worst boba place Ive been to really dissapointed.

I went last Saturday to try the new place I order mango bing it was delicious and the lady who made it for me it was super polite and nice I think her name was Rebecca she was smiling all the time and she make me feel comfortable she also explain me the menu and I’m coming back for sure

This place is cute. You get to build your own little ice cream box. The service is ok. I had the pina colada smoothie. It had a nice creamy consistency. The soft serve ice cream isnt anything out of the ordinary, but I would stop by again for a smoothie.

Certainly worth going back to. Bring your appetite because portions are filling.
