Will not be back! Emailed my order to this company with the details on delivery and time. I called the day of delivery and the lady said they left 15 mins ago. After an hour I call back to see where they are, she says your order will be delivered by 1. I explained how my email states 12. She agrees and says she will get it delivered. She says the delivery will be there in 15 minutes. You guessed it. 30 minutes have passed and still no dry ice. If this was for a personal event I wouldnt be this upset. This is for a corporate event. We have no dry ice and an ice cream social that will start at 12:30.

Extremely helpful and accommodating! Refilled my co2 tank and patiently waited for me to look up the correct fill capacity. Will definitely go back to Bacon.

Little tough to find and the area is a bit sketchy but the people are nice and helpful. I get my home use co2 tanks refilled here for very cheap. They wont just trade your tank for a full one like most places do. Theyll refill yours and top it off. Nice when you have a polished tank. I recommend this place to any homebrewer and aquarist.

The lady that sits in the desk closest to the front door is always in a bad mood! Or maybe she doesnt like black people because she never smiles. I told her Good Morning and she just looked like I didnt say anything. Plus the dry ice is over-priced! Go to the dry ice place off of 30 & Grand behind the McDonalds. They are cheaper than Bacon and the ice is already cut and in bags!!!

Refilled my 10 lb CO2 tank for like 16 bucks!! Great service. One of the few places that will actually refill and not just exchange!!

Great price on dry ice. Half the price ive found elsewhere in Dallas. Im there at least once a week picking dry ice up for work.

Extremely poor customer service. Took my business elsewhere. Dont buy from here.
