My freezer went out I searched all over Dallas for dry ice and couldn’t find it anywhere I called emergency ice and they had plenty in stock when I arrived I didn’t know what I needed because I had never been in this situation the gentleman on the dock was very helpful let me know exactly what I needed bagged it up for me and even loaded it in my car told me how to handle the product and everything will be using them again forsure

Terrible customer service! Had delivery schedule for 4pm for a 630 event. At 420pm they called to say delivery was on the way and took my credit card for full payment. At 530 the ice had still not arrived so I called them for a status update. The woman answering the phone was rude and claimed that I had never made an order. I patiently explained over and over that they had called me and taken my credit card an hour earlier, but she continued to argue that I was wrong. Finally, another person found my order but said the delivery truck was stuck in traffic. I asked for his contact cell to get an estimated time of arrival and they said he doesnt have a device, which seems unbelievable in 2018!. The ice did not arrive until well after the party had started which was a disaster in 100 degree weather. Never a call from the company or apology. The driver just shrugged and said weve been running late all day. I would never use this company again for ice.

These folks have saved my ass. Fast, fast, and fast. Called them three times this week and was here within the hour.

DO NOT USE EMERGENCY ICE! THESE GUYS ARE COMPLETELY UNPREPARED TO DO THEIR JOB. WE FOUND THEIR DRIVER ROAMING AROUND OUR FACILITY. AFTER CONFRONTING HIM WE GET A PHONE CALL FROM THE MANAGER OF EI, SAYING IT IS NORMAL FOR THEIR GUYS TO LOOK FOR THE ICE BIN. THE GUY HAD TO PASS THE MAIN OFFICE. THESE GUYS ARE COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. i AM UNABLE TO GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR.
