I recently went to the Radio Shack here in Dallas Oregon, I asked them to reformat my laptop computer back to the way it was when I first purchased it and that it wasnt connecting to our wifi internet. I gave them a $25 deposit which they told me theyd call me to inform me what was wrong with it and how much it would cost to fix it. A week later I still hadnt received a phone call, so I called to find out what was wrong with it. They said it was fixed and my total price was going to be $85. Very disappointed they never contacted me on a price I went ahead a payed the $85. When I got home it still did not work on our home wifi or internet. They also never reformatted it back to factory conditions which is what I wanted as I was giving it to my daughter for a gift. Now Im out of $85 and it still doesnt work. I will never use radio shack again and dont recommend anyone else.

They say they fix computers. but dont fix them 100% worth less . i will not go back

This store may not have the lowest prices but they are very knowledgeable and are willing to help out when you have issues.
