The young lady behind he counter fixed my phone yesterday in under a minute. This place is great.

This place is an absolute JOKE. Go to a REAL Verizon store that cares about its customers. My husband has been a new customer of theirs for maybe a week and he has a brand new iPhone 12 that works maybe 20% of the time. From the moment he stepped out of that store he had issues upon issues. From the worker not setting up his new phone correctly and it not working when he left, to the same guy lying about his bill price and then setting up his account so wrong that not even a customer service rep could locate it. The new iPhone 12 drops calls and service every five minutes and even the customer service department (after an hour trying to find his account and us having to jump hoops) deemed that new phone defective, all he had to do was step back into the location he got it and they should replace it. Well he goes back to this store, where he purchased it from, and they won’t replace it. They have ran him in circles, hours on the phone, taking time off work to stop back in almost everyday with issues. So my husband has a brand new phone that does not work, is not reliable, and the ACTUAL Verizon company confirmed it is a defective phone. But, because this is a lousy excuse of a franchise of Verizon, they can do whatever they want to screw customers over as long as they get their buck. HIGHLY recommend not stepping foot into this store.

Top top service!Went in today with an iPhone from Best Buy not being able to activate, Jade took care of it for me! Dealing with Best Buy there’s a lot confusion but Jade provided a lot useful solutions and ways for us to be able to use the phone!The entire experience was so satisfying! Jade was really really helpful! 10 stars!

I went in to get a new phone for my grandma and myself last week and the lady in there (Hannah) was so nice, and helpful! My grandma dislikes technology and doesnt want to learn but Hannah helped her learn her new phone, and I havent had a single phone call from my grandma about helping with her phone. Thank you Hannah for your time, help, and kindness!

Ent in there and then 2 younger guys didnt want to port my smartphone, I have an older touch screen cell phone that or years I I just needed it for calls/texts that I finally was going to a smart phone, from the beginning we felt that we were beneath them, on muttered some thing to the other clerk and looked right at us. They used some excuse not to do this. The next day went to another verizon store they ported my refurbished cell phone. The other tire treated us very good. I will never go back to that store gain!!!

Went in to get my wife a new phone. Mind you Im not at all tech savvy. Samantha helped me with all the patience in the world while being considerate with a smile the entire time. Got me going in good time with the ability to surprise my wife. Whoever reads this she deserves an atta girl of some sort. Thanks again. 19 yr customer and will remain with my local store.

Jose, who works at the Dallas, OR, Verizon store, deserves a positive note in his employee file. This is where I buy my cell phones. Its nice having someone local to help you out. Their prices may be a little different than other Verizon stores, I like their customer service. Anytime I have a question, I can stop by and they help me. They fix things for me. They have cool gadgets or accessories.I would definitely recommend them. I will most likely get my next phone there also.

I am so impressed with the level of customer service we received from Phil that I want lots more stars than 5! My 90 year-old father wanted help transitioning from an old flip phone to a smart phone. Phil took care to explain each step of the process, including changes to the account, passwords, etc. He also customized the phone for an elder user -- larger icons, less cluttered wallpaper, etc. He never made my father feel ignorant for asking questions or forgetting something hed just heard -- Phil was always patient, respectful and kind. He is a great example of what customer service can and should be. Verizon is lucky to have him, and we are lucky to have access to him!

I went in to check out new phones Hannah answered all my questions and really knew all the products. She went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met.

Juan was a great rep to work with I was happy with everything he took his time to explain everything to me and my parents. The nice thing about it was that he was able to explain things in English for me and Spanish for my parents. Supper nice guy and supper cool to work with if anything I would recommend going to Juan for question or help.

Josh and Juan were great. I got my phone a few months ago with my husband. He wasnt ready for the new phone yet. I still got him a phone and reactivated his old one until he was ready. Well I came in today and they transferred all is stuff. How great! Thank you guys!

Jaun was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was there with us for 2 hours while we asked many questions... But made us very comfortable through they whole process of switching to Verizon and getting new phones. We would come back!

ABSOLUTELY the best customer service in the world. No matter the issue, they are patient AND believe in keeping their customers happy. Not just for me, but many times I have witnessed this team going above and beyond to help someone. When I had a concern regarding my tablet by the time I got home the manager called to say he did not want an unhappy customer and we worked it out.

I always look forward to paying my bill at the Dallas location. I look for Tyler Cooley because he is always happy and extremely knowledgeable with all my questions. Everyone there are the same way! I would give those guys a 5 star rating!!

I was helped by Nicholas and I am a happy customer.I recently broke my phone and needed a new one. Nicholas listed all of my options and gave me a brake on a new case and screen for the new phone. Even though I needed to pay a termination fee, Nicholas took a look at my phone plan and changed it to have everything that my old plan had but at a $80 reduction. So even though I needed to pay $400 for a new phone, my new monthly fee will make up for it in 5 months time.I had nothing but bad experiences with phone companies. And, after my experience at Dallas I will go out of my way to go back to the Dallas verizon store rather than any of the Corvallis stores.

These guys are amazing switches from prepaid and now with a awesome phone and even setup a deal with dish network. Didnt even know they offered dish network. I will never visit another store

Visiting Verizon store did nothing to solve my delima with them.Verizon Wireless has done me so dirty. They seem to like the idea of changing a person outrageous amounts of money. Even when I paid for my phone. They still have put a block on my account. So now my phone is worthless. I will never recommend this phone company or any of their subsiderarys to anyone on planet Earth.

Ive been to this store for years now Joe never lets me down whether a question problem or just to say hi he really shows respect and service for his customers and his guys here really care. I have shopped here with Phil Brad and Chris this stores always been where I go. Today I went and got help resetting my hum for my car and couple questions with my tablet.

Awful location. Salesmen are very pushy and if you are not looking to buy they won’t help you. They wouldn’t help my mom who went in with a question because she wouldn’t buy a new phone. I will never return to this location. Wish I could leave 0 starts.

I pay my bills here and every single time I come in I am greeted with sincere and friendly service. Joe always makes sure that im well taken care of. Everyone always asKS about me and how things are going. They are always genuinely consered with how I am and make me feel important and appreciated.The service here is top notch and the people are the reason I always come back. Unfortunately, they have horrible upper management that does nothing but threaten them to sell or get written up, but they will take care of your every need and get you in to the devices that fits your needs.
