Conner was an amazing salesperson! He and the owner John made it to where my husband and I were able to straight trade one guitar for another, and now I have my first ever guitar! Conner suggested different picks for me to try out, as well!

Absolutely the best experience Ive had in a music store. Conner went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. If I could rate 6 stars I would! I will continue shopping at this store and will recommend all of my friends and family to come here for their music needs.

I love this place from the staff to the equipment its an amazing store i take Guitair lessons there and my teacher has really helped me alot both with playing and feeling confident in playing and the staff have helped me find a guitar that i want and love twice now 😂. Its a great spot I highly recommend it for any music lover.

Do not shop here, dont bother asking for shipping either they wont do it. They make Facebook listings than ignore customers after denying purchase.

Bought an Accent trumpet for $125. When there was an issue, Paulding fixed it without charging me. Dealing with this music shop has been refreshing. They are polite, knowledgeable, and willing to educate the customer so they can make the best decision possible.When I first bought a trumpet for my kids, Arts music store was selling me a $3,000 rent to own trumpet. Then I found Paulding, who sold me the Accent for less then half of the lowest price I found on line. Paulding is saving me an enormous amount of money, which is allowing to afford to put the priceless gift of music in the palm of childrens hands.I give Paulding my business. I recommend that you give them yours.

I just bought and received a Flugelhorn from the good people at Paulding Music Center and I am stoked. The horn arrived quickly and they gave me a great price for the axe and shipping. We always are greeted with helpful smiles and can find anything you need. For us, it is the flute but we waited while they worked on a guitar and I was tempted by a trumped sitting in the front glass case.Make this your one stop music shop.

Nice for quick nearby stuff. A little small shop so its not competitive and doesnt have big selections. Sells some used items, does repairs (usually sent out), and has lessons

I love this little shop. Every time I am in town I try to swing by after living just down the street from it for years. Lots of used gear (there were some awesome old Ampeg and Fender amps when I was there 2 weeks ago), decent string selection, lots of parts for projects, and the only place I know of where I can buy the picks I like in house (Cool rainbow celluloid and juratex). Everyone that works here has been super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Great little place where I bring all my acoustic and electric guitars for string changes, set ups, neck adjustments, electronics repairs, and pickup swaps. John Walsh has done an excellent job of keeping my instruments in great playing shape, and hes an awesome guy to boot - highly recommended!

I placed an order last week and I called today to find out what the status was and the gentleman told me there had to be a certain dollar amount for all the orders to be placed. Had I know this when i first placed the order I would have found another store.

I hate that I had to give at least one star, there should be a no star button. I had mostly positive experiences here until this point. I bought a Planet Waves instrument cable from this establishment and it was defective. Granted it has been about 4 months, I asked to make an even exchange and they said, No. You have to get with Planet Waves. In order to get any help from Planet Waves I have a receipt. They have a record that I bought it, but wont give me one. I cant do business with a company that doesnt back up its inventory.

I went in to compare prices on amps and a model of guitar I had been looking into. There was already a really nice version of the same guitar available at another store, but I figured Id check anyways. When I went, I found a similar guitar but did not like the color and tried to go get the guitar at the other location. A salesman named Dave tried to bully me into buying the guitar, and when I said I wasnt interested bc of the aesthetics, he turned to my sister who I had come with, and he started asking if I was always so difficult and hard to work with. after getting the other guitar I returned later that night to buy some strings and such, and Dave pretty much refused to help me, and when he finally listened to what I needed, he called me a dumba** for not taking care of it at the other store. Paulding has always done free action adjustments in the past, but Dave tried to make me pay him 20 bucks for it.Long story short, Ive gone there many times over the last few years, and generally speaking thr staff have been very kind and helpful, but its very difficult to even consider returning when you know thats going to happen.

Went there today to start a free week trial...the class was canceled and the manger didnt really make effort to convince us to join. It was a group of us trying to find a gym to work out after work. The gym to under new management since December and there was alot of out of order signs. If your going to be the highest price around and your only saleing point is your open 24 hours...which so is everybody else...just a let down because I heard good things...

Ive been shopping here for over a decade. This is the first time I have EVER had to make a return was today. I was told there was a 7 day return policy. NO WHERE on the receipt does it indicate a 7 day policy. Very disappointed that the owner John (after all these years being of being a loyal customer) argue with me over this return.
