I had an excellent experience with First Things First AV. He confirmed his appointment beforehand and arrived on time to do my installation. My house was built in 1924 and provided a ton of challenges and required some creative solutions. Not only did he meet those challenges but he stayed completely friendly, professional and kept a great attitude while doing so. And he stuck to his price even though he went above and beyond the call of duty and even cleaned up the mess after a long day. I will definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone!
