I contacted empire on Yelp and they responded to my inquire very quickly. Communication went very smoothly and set an appointment for the following day. They came on time and had my 77in OLED up on the wall in 25 min. They hid all the wires and cables. The also vacuumed all the dust from the drywall and left my place spotless. I am still waiting for my media center to come in to complete the look. Thank you guys!

Just had them install a large TV inside and a smaller TV on our back patio and both look awesome. we had a change of heart in the middle of the installation, and they were able to move the TV mount for us, free of charge.would 100% recommend to anyone looking to get a TV mounted. Best Buy was going to charge more and the wait time was 3 weeks. glad we called Empire!

These people are awesome! I requested a quote on mounting TV. Empire replied with exact numbers of what each piece of the job would cost (new mount, move existing mount, use existing cables, pull new cable). They came at appointed time, installed TV, hooked everything up and explained how to use it. All for the exact quoted price. Since then, they have been back to replace old patio speakers and to install new components to AV system. All with the same service. Can’t say enough about how happy I am with them. Excellent service for a reasonable price!

Empire AV services were awesome. They mounted my 75in TV to wall very fast and in a professional manner. Even installed a new outlet and hid the cables for the tv. I highly recommend them for for all AV needs and installations. Will definitely use them again.

Empire is the best in Dallas. They show up on time, great personalities and do professional work. Also, they bring all of the small extra materials (HDMIs, extension cords etc) so if you need them for your project they have the materials on hand to complete the job. Highly recommend their team!

These guys called to see if I wanted to schedule for an earlier appointment due to a cancellation. I appreciated that very much and took them up on the earlier appointment time. They were professional, courteous and worked diligently asking me about install preferences, etc. They did a fantastic job! I very much appreciated getting these two TVs off of the furniture and onto the wall. They even moved an old TV stand into the garage we were no longer needing after the installs. Flawless job.

I had a great experience from start to finish. Their professional staff was friendly & focused from the initial job scope meeting to the final install. Very detail oriented in making sure all the little things were done well and talked with me about every decision that needed to be made. My services included purchasing/hanging/setting up multiple TVs inside & out, expanded WiFi network across the house, pulling Cat6 cable to key locations in home for max speed.

Erick and Richard came by today and did an absolutely wonderful job getting our TV mounted above our fireplace into the brick & mortar. Further, they did a tremendous job hiding the cords along the back and down the side of the fireplace. You cant even tell there are cords there. Additionally, they were able to take a look at our Soundbar & Sub Woofer to ensure they were working properly and provide a few tips for my wife and I moving forward. Lastly, they had all the supplies including the mount and additional cords to provide to make the job as seamless as possible. They were in and out in less than hour. The price was completely reasonable and it was worth every penny. Highly recommend you use them and dont think twice about anyone else :)

The gentlemen that came were very professional and kind. The install was fast and they cleaned up after themselves! They even wiped down the screen of my TV they just mounted. We will definitely use these guys again!! Very impressed!!!!

I have used Empire Services four times for TV and surround sound installations. They have done simple mounts, moving cabling to different walls, and mounting above a fireplace. Each time they were extremely friendly, professional, courteous, prompt, and fairly priced. They treated my home with respect and cleaned up any trash from the installation. I will never consider anyone else for my AV installation!

The guys came out installed a outside tv mount 2 speakers and a sanos amp. Called told us what time they would be here and arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Will recommend to all people who need these services.

Empire AV in Dallas provided excellent service. They are polite, professional, reasonably priced and do good work. They have installed twice for me and twice for a friend. When I had a minor issue w/ my soundbar, they scheduled a return visit w/in a week and then happily installed another (heavy) TV that they weren’t scheduled to do. I would definitely recommend them to install large TVs.

I have utilized Empire AV Services for mounting and dismounting my wall mounted TV on two occasions now and I was met with outstanding customer service both times.It was very easy to get the appointment scheduled and Empire worked with me on finding the time that worked best for me.When the technicians arrived, they explained everything that they were going to do to make sure I was comfortable with their process.The dismount and re-mount went faster than I expected, but no corners were cut. I have a 65” tv and they handed it with extreme care. I can tell through the supreme craftsmanship of the finished product.I would highly recommend Empire AV to anyone looking to wall mount a TV.

Empire’s service was exceptional from start to finish!! My husband was having issues with the TV mount so I decided to hire a professional, & wanted to surprise him by having the TV mounted by the time he got home. Erick answered my call even though it was long after business hours and went above and beyond to get a team to me the very next day to make that happen. Jared and his partner were so patient in putting the mount back together, and had the tv mounted, wires hidden, & drywall completely cleaned up within the hour. They even stuck the Apple TV to the back of the tv so it was hidden as well. I will definitely be contacting them to set up our other tv and sound system when it comes time to do so. Absolutely phenomenal company & employees!!!!
