Not pleased with the delivery service. I have managed a RV park in Gulf Shores AL for 11 years & have never ran out of ICE until Reddy Ice took over Morgans Ice. The past 6 weeks (summer time) my box has been empty on 2 different occasions. Morgans would swing by when they were in the area during busy times and top my box off. But now we have to place the order online, & still cant seem to get a delivery in a timely manner. An order was placed on July 2, 2021(box is empty-Holiday weekend ) & as of 1:00 pm (central time) July 5 we still dont have any ICE. I called customer service and was told that it was scheduled for delivery on July 3 but it was not delivered. Dont understand what the problem is. My guest were very inconvenienced by having to leave the park to purchase ice.Also, the bags are very cheap and do not hold up to the weight of the ice.They are always breaking. Then the customer is unhappy because they have to purchase another bag.

My office is in the same office building as Reddy Ice. I am also very familiar with the Reddy Ice Product. I buy and use the Ice most of the time. Especially during the Summer when we have to go on a picnic or other outings. I have never really had any major issues with the Ice. As with any other ice, it stays ice solid for a while. At some point, it will eventually melt due to constant opening and closing the cooler. This is the same with every other ice I have used. Its particularly to Reddy Ice in my experience. I have used other Ice Brand and got the exact same re, if not worse. So I think the ice is pretty good and I will definitely continue using it

Terrible bags!! One out of five bags break!! And it wont be long before someone falls!

Non responsive to multiple service request entered for equipment repair. All Ice is now melted and we are having to purchase from another source. Hope to pull this contract soon!

Im going to have to stop buying my ice at Walmart as long as Reddy Ice is supplying. I buy ice daily and the freezers with Reddy Ice at locations in the Dallas area are not even hard freezing the ice, the ice is wet, and the bags are sealed, not tied, and bust/leak real easily. Ice from bucees/etc last 4+ days in my 5 day cooler, but every time I get Reddy Ice, its melted a day later in the same cooler. Unacceptable. Fix this.

I don’t even want to mark a star. This company rents property from my father who is 77 years old and disabled. The rent check is ALWAYS LATE. This month it’s 11 days late. He has to call multiple times each month to get his money. They ignore the late fees. He is about to go file eviction papers.😡

Needed a bottle of water. Stopped here as it was convenient.

Nice people, great parking, a very pleasant visit.
