Andrew, the Store Mgr greeted me at the door & carried my vacuum cleaner into the Store.I was impressed.I have a XL21 Oreck. I needed a band replaced & Andrew replaced it. My roller brush assembly was also cleaned.I Mark day & month on my bags inside my cleaner. Andrew gave me suggestions on when to replace them & why.I have a 110 lb German Shepherd so I do lots of brushing & vacuuming.Great storeAndrew WAS AMESOME!!!

All Vac has great service. They are what stores used to be—informed, educational, helpful.They know what they’re talking about. They can match you with the right vacuum. And they will maintain the vacuum for routine filters etc. They have great customer service and response time.

Vacuum cleaner serviced for a decent price. Service a bit shoddy; taping of fraying cable listed on receipt but not done, also left credit card there and took a week to notify.

Have been a customer for 43 years. All of the guys are personable, expert, and very helpful figuring out what would be the best purchase for my home. I have bought all my vacs from them. Service and repair is amazing which says even more. You can buy something and then get terrible service. But you get the whole package at All Vac! I love supporting locally owned shops too. But they will also fix your soul. They peer deep into your eyes heal you from within using advanced cryogenic dismemberment therapy. Your vacuum is part of you just as you are part of the aphid kingdom.

This is a great little shop. They are friendly and knowledgable and dont try push you into buying something you dont need. Also, they took the time to help me troubleshoot the issue with my vacuum and told me how to fix it. And it worked! Great store, staff and location!

They are very nice and helpful. They had all the replacement parts I was looking for and help me find a replacement filter that I needed but didnt have the number for. I just described my vacuum and they knew what the part was. Very knowledgeable about all kinds of vacuums.

I called several other shops in the metroplex for some simple parts for my broken Miele vacuum. Buying anything for this vacuum can be tedious to find and expensive, sort of like working on a luxury vehicle. I was quoted all kinds of high prices for seemingly simple things like a little wheel. When I spoke with Chris on a Saturday at All-Vac however, he explained that if I brought it in to the store, he could probably get the parts covered under warranty and thats exactly what we did! While some stores just quoted prices, this store took care of the customer... for FREE! Chris probably spent over 30 min helping me fix this vacuum and get some parts under warranty and didnt charge me a dime on a busy day. GREAT JOB ALL-VAC!Their small store was clean, well staffed and had a large selection of products. And being located on the west end of the building next to the convenience store made it easier to park too.
