Awesome service. Cobbs really has it going on. Knowledgeable staff, nice 5000 sqft storefront. These have all the latest tools and wands in stock. Large parts & service dept fully stocked. Would highly recommend.

Cobb Supply is top-notch in that the equipment they build is outstanding quality and reliable with attentiveness. Larry, Marie, Ray as well as the rest of the staff was so friendly during my visit to have one of their units installed. Its been a few months now with serious use of the machine and Ive had zero issues outside of my own doing to which every call has been taken immediately with professionalism and courtesy.Even though its quite a drive from Lancaster, Pa to Dallas, Tx, you can be rest assured that I think it was worth every mile and Cobb Supply has earned my business in the future.I do have one small criticism though. Clear off the desks! :-)

Waited for 3 months to get my Pet Odor Powder replaced due to all of them were solid chunks. Cobbs was all talk and no action. I had to file a claim Via Paypal in a hope to get my money back. Buyer beware they have no quality control and each time you get a shipment the color and texture will be different. Sooner or later you will get a bad batch and they will do nothing about it. The true measure of any company is how they handle mistakes because we all make them. Cobb Supply has FAILED this.

Horrible customer service I took my truck mount down 3 and a half months ago was finally called to tell me it was done then they called me back 2 days later and told me the engine had blown I just had the engine inspected by a certified honda mechanic was told by the mechanic that the only way a rod would be thrown is lack of lubrication no oil they are not taken any responsibility for this I would not suggest that anyone does business with these people
