They are dishonest about how they operate. They’re evil, will rip you off.

I went into a video room and dozed off for a short time and then decided to head home. My $10 deposit was withheld stating there was lube on the couch. I didn’t take anything in with me and left as I found it. Speaking with a friend of mine a similar situation happened to him at this same location. When I asked the clerk where this was found he was randomly lying on the spot. I won’t be back it’s basically stealing.

The overweight Hispanic security guard finds any reason to keep your deposits! Do not rent a room here!

I usually don’t like asking for help at places like this, but one occasion I did. I am happy I did because the staff is actually very friendly. One particular guy was helpful enough to talk about different brands, what to look for, etc. Which I didn’t expect but I appreciated. Selection was big enough to find a lot of what I wanted. I would come back again for sure.

Can’t say it was the worst store ever BUT it was a very uncomfortable store. I understand having to keep an eye on people for theft reasons but the security guard in duty that night kept starring at my boyfriend without a purpose at ALLLL TIMES. Everything is over priced compared to other places.

Love it when I get in the theater and in the next few minutes to get ready and let me know when I get ready to go will be there and will have a good time and I just want to be sure I have to let everyone know that you are not going to be disappointed with visiting the theater so far everytime I have been always find something that works for me to leave here with a friend who is ready for the rest of the night go to there place and we will see what happens next lol.....

Ive been coming here for a few years now. Ive been to all the other locations but this one seems to have more products. The Red Room is awesome and the smoke section is way better than Gas Pipe. Prices are inexpensive and the store is really clean. The tall guy during the day with long hair is hilarious and dont miss out on the hot girl with tattoos. Both are very helpful and very nice.

Store was clean, easy to access. Lots of inventory...however service was terrible. The man working tonight copped an attitude when we asked to check out(after we waited several minutes at the counter for him to notice we were waiting) and then he waited a few minutes after we asked to check out before he even came over to the counter. He didnt speak a single word and shoved the bag towards us after we finished paying. I was impressed with the store, but if New Fine Arts wants to keep us as customers they need to train their employees in customer service and courtesy.

This place has an amazing selection of everything, but oh the prices of their store! Ill have to admit, I have never seen a retail store anywhere (including NY and Hawaii) with the prices they charge for the products.

The store is around back of New Fine Arts. This Only All Gay Male Oriented Adult Video in Texas & surrounding states as far as I know! Its a nice clean place. Not dirty and seedy like most places.

Love to explore and shop all of their stores, but this one is our favorite!

My visit was to purchase lubrication! I was in-and-out, service was great ; had no problems! I will definitely be back!

This place and staff are great. Some things are a little pricey but on the whole, a great place to shop and have never had a bad experience with the staff!

Unable to determine why the disrespectful girl works at this store. When I came in, she was disrespecting others which wasnt a problem until she had to help me. Rolling her eyes, annoyed at basic questions, couldnt be bothered to provide customer service. All the guys seemed fine so Im confused why shes inconsistent with their professionalism. RUDE and ruined my experience there.

This is a place where I am comfortable not judged and feel safe. Very very clean. I love this joint!! Mockingbird location!!

Small, cramped, little privacy and $10 before midnight. I recommend waiting till 12:01am and getting in for $5. Not the prettiest crowd- but it can be entertaining.

Best selection in town if not the best prices. Google Groupon new fine arts and save yourself some money. You cant find it on Groupons site, but Google will get you there.

The staff is just disgusting after 11, specifically talking about the staff in the front, absolutely no knowledge of products, very uncomfortable setting, the staff comes off as rude and are gone from the desk most of the night because they are smoking in their car (gives you a clue what they’re up to) despite the night security being there. (He must be joining their smoke breaks) when I go to a sex shop I should be able to ask questions and get input, but not here, I honestly don’t know how they got hired in the first place, if you come here don’t go past 11 and if you do don’t waste your time, go to the store in the back, staff is friendly and very helpful, I don’t go to sex shops to feel unsafe

Omg... Worst experience ever. I was only in the store for 8 minutes to be exact, the workers were outside smoking weed and when asked by the security to assist me the employee got defensive and rude.First and last time going it was like a hang out for prostitution.horrible employees

My wife and I were impressed at first of the selection they offered in adult material.But from there its down hill. Horrible and I repeat horrible customer service. Unknowledgeable sales help when we asked questions and after we bought several items and got home we realized one of the items was not what we wanted. We took it back unopened the following day and the clerk acted as if we had stolen it. They were very rude and disrespectful and continued to invoke their policy of well all sales final.We chose to go there instead of ordering online and I definitely feel we made a huge mistake. We will never go back and and advise all that read this review to do the same.

1:23am 1/15/2016Had security officer to approach me and a friend that he should no longer open cards without buying first and snatched the cards directly out of our hands and proceeded to put them back and the store associate did not even mention to us or a sign thats clearly states dont not Open card deck when we stood in his face and opened the cards at the counter.
