I just wanted to share that ASI was bought out by Xerox. While ASI was great with customer service the same cannot be said about Xerox/Dahill. We were promised that we would get the same level of customer service and were lied to in order to get the company to sign a 5 year lease. Unfortunately it has been an absolute nightmare since before the printer was even brought it. For starters they missed the installation day. We had our IT department waste an entire day waiting on them and we received multiple calls throughout day telling us that that they were on their way when in fact they werent. When the printer finally showed up it took days to get it set up correctly because even though we were told that was the printer that would work best, the software was not compatible with our company. After setup it worked for a few days before it was completely useless again and we had to wait WEEKS for someone to address the issue. Their customer service number was meaningless as no one would answer and you could not leave a message. After weeks we were able to get a response. It took a couple more weeks to get it to work again. Basically they only got certain aspects of the printer to work. It has now been 6 months since we got the printer and we continue to have issues with it every day. Not only is the product terrible, the customer service is horrific. I spoke to ASI employees and most had left the company after they were bought out and then ones who stayed were also frustrated with how everything was being handled. I could write a novel on the horrible experience this has been. Im only writing this to hopefully save people from this nightmare. Please do not fall for their lies. Read your lease very carefully to make sure you have an exit strategy when they inevitable break their promises and give you a terrible product and then ghost you.
ASI takes care of the machines here at Freeman Honda and they are excellent at keeping us up and running. Our volume is very high and we cant afford down time. ASI is very quick to get a tech out to us. Our usual Tech, Michael, is very thorough and professional while being super friendly too. Great job ASI! Keep up the good work! Thank you Michael!
Our company leases 4 machines from ASI. One of our machines was experiencing a problem where the face of every page printed or copied had a grey hue to it. A tech came out first thing. Had to replace a part, which he picked up and installed the same day. Copies looked great. The next day the machine produced the same problem. Ronnie came out and replaced parts, cleaned the machine and got us working again. The next day the colors appeared very muted. At the end of each repair, the machine was functioning fine. Then another glitch occurred. ASI kept at it. Kept coming out quickly to keep us up and running. If you need a copier company, you need to get a quote from ASI.
ASI has become a true business partner for our organization. We utilize them for our mail service needs which directly impacts our effectiveness with out customers. ASI has kept a pin point level of service making us feel as though we are their biggest priority. I would strongly recommend them for your business needs.

I have worked with a few different vendors for our office machine leases, and ASI has surpassed them all in pricing and in customer service. I would highly recommend ASI to anyone looking for their products and services!
Their billing practices are either disorganized or criminal. Billed us incorrectly, causing extreme overages in one quarter versus my normal averages. Billing issues were a frequent headache.
They come to your office to solicit even when no soliciting signs are up. They have no idea how to approach business support or sales.
Giving 1 star because you cant give 0. Our leases are about up and Ive been trying to contact someone at ASI for months. Reception always transfers me to voicemail, and no one will return my call. Theyve even black listed our office phone number, so I have to call from my cell phone.
