Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every time I call with a problem I am routed to the Philippines and cannot understand the person trying to help. Total of one hour and a half to get a question answered. Was told print head would be overnighted on original call on Monday and after another half hour on phone Tuesday that it would arrive on Thursday. This is not overnight. 4 days unable to process postage in a business is unacceptable.
