Went on Monday, 6.24.21, and saw a live mouse sitting on top of the produce. We notified a staff member and he grabbed an onion stalk and swatted at it. He was so casual and said that they can’t seem to get rid of them lately. The mouse just ran off and that was that. Like nothing. We put our groceries down and left.

Ive been going to Super Mercado De Monterrey for several years. All the time Ive been going there Ive always been able to find authentic Mexican groceries and specialty foods the whole time. Whenever we want to cook something for breakfast or dinner, and we need it Authentic, we stop by and find whatever we need. From near Homemade tortillas to meats and cheese, this is where we go. They have bakery items like Mexican sweet bread to fresh baked cakes. Ill always shop at Super Mercado De Monterrey for all my needs !

A little high priced, but its a small mart close to home, but the homemade fresh tortillas ate some of the best Ive ever eaten! They make them fresh constantly in- store, the package is so hot coming off the press when they bag it, sometimes its hard to carry! Friendly cashiers!

I only come here to buy tortillas. To me they are the best! Freshly made every morning.You can see them do the tortillas and you can feel the warmth once theyre done, as well. Also like coming during winter time because its the time of year where they sell delicious Buñuelos.

My favorite item, the only reason for entering this grocery store, are the delicious flour tortillas, made before your eyes, fresh hot and delicious! Like most places there are rude individuals. In all of my visits here Ive experienced cold shoulder rudeness from both the staff and clients its a very intimidating experience. The tortillas are worth the sacrifice.

I used to stop & get their flour tortillas for Dad when they were on Davis St. I havent been to this one since they moved. I assume from the reviews that they still have those almost-like-mama used to make flour tortillas. Since I now live in the country (close to Waco), I cant enjoy those tortillas. I can make them myself. Im just too lazy to make them! Maybe they have a Mercado Monterrey down here. I seriously doubt it!

Not really good experiences at all, i will never buy anything on this location again,,,, i saw an employed grabbing food in the back with a long hair loose,, i ask why she dint have a hairnet on it,,, she respond im on break,,, and keep grabbing food from the display putting on a plate,,, after i left that section, i found the manager which by the way is super rude person,,, i mention the issue and he respond ohh are you the guy that call last time for a compliant,, we have a lot people like you everyday,,, in that moment he make me realize that he is the problem,, but i guess he dosnt have the minimum idea about management an store,,, Mr. manager ... if you accepting that im not the only one that complains on daily basis at the store that you are supposed to be management makes me realize that obviously there is a lot issues that needs to be address in the store,,, he denied provided the 1800 or a contact person for complains,,, we argued about the situation for a bit,, and he had the nerve to tell me,, well you see what happen looks like you love to make a show in the store,,, not sir you are the one who makes all the show with your attitude,,,, manager is not just a title,, been a manager is to learn how to handle a situation like these and not loose control,,,, specially with the words that is conning out of your mouth,,,,, that can make to scale it even worths the situation,,, i accepted was my mistake for tying to talk to you ... i have inform the city about these matters which this is what i should be done from the beginning staring having a confrontation with you,, but the way my first complain was about store having a lot flys by the meat section ......
