Second time here in the last two weeks. I wanted to give them a second chance before leaving a review. . Both times - they are way understaffed. Been in line behind three people for 20 minutes. There is only one employee here. The UPS in Preston center staffs three employees at a time.

5 employees and 4 customers in the store (including me who they knew needed help as I explained I never fax things) yet no one helped me. Employee a few steps away just continued whatever she was doing with paper while fax machine beeped like a bomb about to explode. Ill stick to UPS.

I just came in to this location to print two pages from my email and the only associate in the store was not very friendly and she could not be bothered to stop sweeping to help me when the Print and Go wouldn’t generate a code for me. I will go out of my way to go to a UPS store next time.

Cynthia was awesome! We had a number of odd sized packages/luggage to send. The computer system went down in the middle of the process (the only reason this is not a 5 star review) but Cynthia was patient and helpful through it all. We have a flight morning and had to get the items shipped today—she even stayed a little late to get it shipped out for us. GREAT customer service.

I give this place a big FAT 1 star. Hate going here. Whoever thought this was a good place to put a FedEx was a real moron. Parking is TERRIBLE. You can never park here and if you do, the spaces are too crowded.If you can try going during non busy hours, but here is the kicker! When you go when it isnt crowded, they will have ONE employee there who doesnt pay attention to you because they are on the phone with someone else.If you need anything, just take the time to go to some other FedEx because this one is a REAL big s#%t hole.

Terrible. The assistant did not mention the fact that the normal printing is down and referred me to the rental work station. Not only I was charged .30 per minute, but a black and white copy costs .50. Total rip-off.UPDATE: Originally I rated as 1 star. A couple of days later I talked to the store manager. She is really nice and apologetic. She promised to better train staff and also refunded my money. I was quite impressed. Now I am giving it 3 stars. Still lots of room to improve, but I felt the manager made things right for me, so it does not deserve 1 star that I originally gave.

I love this office! Each month I send them reports by email that I need printed and I always get excellentservice! Once or twice there has been a slight glitch due to my email but they have always helped me towalk out with exactly what I need for me meetings.

Counter clerk, Millie, is deplorable! Last Friday I inadvertently left my debit card on the counter upon exiting the store. A couple of hours later I called and Millie answered the phone. I told her I believe I had left the card behind and asked that she check to see if it was there and to please do so quickly as I was approaching the NW Hwy exit on the Tollway - it was Friday afternoon rush hour. I gave her ALL of he info upfront (approx time left, color of card, type of card, and name on card.) However, she did not make note of the info and realizing time was of the essence, she antagonistically asked for all of the pertinent information THREE more times. Needless to say, I became increasingly agitated and as a result she purposely dragged out the conversation. Eventually, she checked for the card and subsequently came back on the phone to verify indeed it was there. By this time, I had missed thee exit and as a result became entangled in heavy street traffic. When I arrived at the store, she knew instantly who I was and purposely took her time to leisurely retrieve the card. Once I signed for the card, in a very monotone demeanor and passive voice, I told her that if she had problems understanding people on the phone, then she should right down the information given. Rather than acquiesce and apologize for the inconvenience she intentionally caused me, she proceeded to be confrontational and argue with me over the issue and several times told me I was wrong and that the miscommunication was my fault. UNBELIEVABLE! Millie should NOT be working the counter nor the phone at Fed Ex until she is appropriately trained in good customer service practices.

I wouldnt recommend this FedEx store to anyone. Ive been there countless times and walked away wondering what I did to make them so angry about me having to ship a package? They also have a lot of errors and dont do things in a timely manner... If you want professionals and excellent customer service go to the location on Greenville - TRUST ME its worth the drive!

I was came in this past Saturday morning (6/8) and didnt expect anything different, but the guy working there was extremely helpful.In my experience employees of Fed Ex are normally a few steps up from unpleasant, but this was by far the best customer service I have ever recieved inside a Fed Ex store. I dont normally write reviews, but my expectations were blown away.
