These guys really take care of you. Ive had an account with them for a while and I got sick for weeks and they worked with me until I was back on track.

Went there to try and get a mattress. Did the application and the guy said he tried to call one of our references but no answer. He complained about the fact that all our references were out of state. He didnt even bother to call any of them.Fact is not everyone stays in the same place they have family. We both are from different states. We dont go out and have friends we hang out with or exchange numbers with. Not everyone is like that.

I do not recomend this place. I was not to happy with my service

Hardly ever miss a payment and my bill goes up from $72.71 to $90.00 +$9 extra dallors bs

They are a good place to go. Just pay your bill on time or they get real annoying. That wasnt their fault though. They do try to work with you.

Very friendly and welcoming. Always willing to help. As long as your payments are made on time they are willing to do everything in their power to make you happy. Also free service on any product while renting!

The first thing i got from rent a center i had a great experience..so i went back a few months after i paid off the bed i had gotten and it has been nothing but a headache. The lady told me i would be first on the list and i seen the schedule was completely empty. The man was suppose to be at my home at 12 to delver my washer and dryer and by 130 no one showed no call nothing so i called and the lady said hes not there yet..she called him and he was on his way back from Chatsworth oh he will be pulling in your driveway in 15 minutes...needless to say here it is almost 5 and no show..note i live 10 minutes from the store..and everytime i call all i here is he is on his way..and no manager is working today too..😡😡😡...bad customer service
