Great customer service. I always come here for anything my car requires. The guys in the front are very helpful; Kristian and Ben. Those two go above and beyond! I definitely recommend them, especially if you don’t know much about cars. They make sure I understand what is wrong and what my car needs.

I got my oil changed and tires rotated. Everything went fine. My only issue is I left my phone number for them to call when it was done and I ended up having to call to see if it was done. They claimed they tried to call but I didn’t have any missed calls or messages.

They had ordered 4 tires for me and they arrived the next day. So dropped my truck off and had mentioned that I had one tire with a leak and it was probably right front because it was the only one that had a patch inside it.I also told them I wanted to keep the best 2, and when I come to pick up I would put them in the back of my other truck. Well upon pickup the guy I had talked to earlier was no where to be found so pickup was easy enough, except you guessed it tires were in the back of truck. Well after arriving home I pulled tires out and noticed that (The Best Two Tires) one had a patch on the inside. So called back next day to see if I could get one of the other tires and the guy on the phone told me that patched tire was probably one of the best because the other tires may have been worn on the sides. But I could come by to see up I could find one if not hauled off by then. The tires that were being changed because they showed signs of ware. Not bold, shoulders not worn off, no damage but the tire I had mentioned earlier on front with patch need to go as we travel a lot. All in all the experience was ok but a little more attention on there part from the beginning. I had bought tires from Turbo tire for years, flawless every time . Just was expecting the experience to be the same. But I’ll be back for sure !

The past 4 weeks Ive called or been to the store. Each time I hear, I dont have the tire in, I dont have time. This is the 5th time and same story. All Im trying to do is get a tire replaced because the one they installed had a bad wheel hoop

Great service! Had very affordable tires installed, but got a flat on the interstate not long after. Brought the tire back and they replaced it with a new tire quickly for just the transfer warranty price. Get the warranty, its worth every cent!

I needed an emergency replacement on a trip through North Georgia. Tire Discounters went out of their way to help me out. There was confusion in my order and when I arrived, the tires I ordered were not available. The owner put two new Pirellis on and said when I get home, she would arrange for a free exchange at a store near me. That’s over 200 miles away. Thanks, y’all!

I set an appointment for a rotation and balance by calling in. The guy I spoke with was very helpful in finding a time that worked best for me to come in. I got there the morning of my appointment and there werea lot of folks already there standing in line. Once a few of them were taken care of, they asked me if I was one with an appointment. I told them.i was and they got me right in and out within around 30 minutes. The outstanding service and friendly staff will keep me coming in and recommending them to my friends and coworkers.

Great people and service. Had a tire fail on our travel trailer on I-75. Google maps had them at the next exit. called them to get the tire fixed. It was recommended by a neighbor to give Tyler Fauscette at Tire Discounters a try when I needed to get a front end alignment on my truck. I contacted him and set up an appointment. He assured me he would do it right and they would stand behind their work. He did an outstanding job! Even with the bad tires I had on my truck it drove good! After I got my new ones on afterwards, it drives like a dream. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a front end alignment. They’ve got my business from now on!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation.Got there about 330 and was told it would be about 6 when my car would be ready...i hate waiting but it was ok because the people there were very nice and talkative while i waited.I was sitting there barely an hour when my car was ready.That was fast!Happy customer right here.

First time to go there today and Freddy (just saw his name on his uniform i hope i got it right) at the counter was so nice. I got a flat tire. Didnt charge me a thing but the labor costs 24$ . Not so sure why I got freebie maybe it was my first time? But definitely be back for regular maintenance. It is always always a must to be courteous to customers. Freddy aced it everytime even when he was talking to the phone with other customers.

Super kind and helpful staff that answers any question no matter how obvious or ‘dumb’ they may seem. Very fair prices and people who actually attempt to problem solve and help, not just upsell and make money off of you. On the off chance they can’t figure something out they will consult with other local technicians before trying to shirk it off to someone else. I don’t trust anywhere else with my car.

I had an issue with low pressure in one of my tires recently. I got to Turbo Tire a little before 8 one morning and since the door was open I just went on in. They were not open yet and Linda had no one there to help at the front desk but she let me go in and sit until they opened. I did not have an appointment but they worked my car in and got it repaired in no time. I have used Turbo Tire for many years and have always loved their service. This just proved to me another reason I will ALWAYS use Turbo Tire. I love this place and the employees!!! They always go above and beyond!!!

Took my SUV there to get an alignment done after I had to replace a tire due to some very uneven tread wear. They were very quick to get my car up on the lift and get started, before my wife was even able to get there to pick me up. They finished shortly before closing and the ride quality is much better. I definitely plan to use them in the future for other issue what will eventually happen.

The staff at Turbo Tire are awesome, very friendly welcoming atmosphere. They were eager to assist us even when we called them an hour before they closed because we had hit something on the interstate and it put a whole in our tire.
