Staff is great, nice people, wish I could’ve gotten my laptop resolved. I’ve taken my previous stuff here cause they usually, do a great job. But just recently I had taken my lap, (in July) had several delays because of wrong order they placed, I was fine with the wait, August came, and same issue, wrong order. Once again I was fine with the wait, September came, and I was kinda upset and was gonna take it elsewhere, spoke to one of the workers there, they said I had to speak to John for refund, so I never had the opportunity in speaking with him, so waited another month, October, called in, they told me my order was cancelled even tho I never spoke to the manager or John, so I brushed it off and was told it would be fixed ASAP, finally November came and I just said it was okay, a lot of stuff going on I understand, got my laptop and was expecting my full refund, just to find out I didn’t receive my full refund, very upsetting. Lost a lot of time and money, now I have to find another business to fix hp laptop.

I wish I could give this place zero stars!! I came in and got my screen fixed and not even 24 hours later my screen was broke. It was all shattered and I couldn’t even use my screen. I never dropped it or anything it was just sitting then and broke. And had to pay to get it redone. Also my Touch ID stoped working after they “fixed” my screen the second time!!! I will never use this place again and definitely not telling someone to go here!! Waste of time and money!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Save yourself a lot of trouble! This guy has literally no clue when it comes to doing anything right. I actually feel bad for him. He doesn’t have a clue about customer service and seems very shady. Use any other company in Dalton. There is a much better option 2 minutes away.

Last week I shattered the screen and LCD of my Pixel 2 XL. Ive never had a problem like that before so Google brought me to CPR on W Walnut. I was told that parts would be Im the next week and was able to drop my phone off and pick it up that same day! Everyone I met there was very helpful and Stephanie especially by keeping me up to date on when my phone would be finished! The price of repairs was competitive with what my insurance through my service provider offered. I am very satisfied and will be back if I have any more issues like this in the future!

I walked into CPR, thinking that I would have to replace my phone. The funny thing is, I’ve been paying on it for two years and it will be paid for next month. LOL! Some Luck! Stephanie took one look at the phone and said, a new screen should do it! Stephanie was correct! She was very kind and even fixed some small problems that were present. I cannot recommend CPR enough! Samantha was very friendly and knowledgeable of iPhone and Apple Watch repairs. This is my second visit to them to repair an iPhone screen that was broken and they were fast and friendly on both occasions. I would definitely recommend if you need a repair until it’s time to upgrade.Edit: removed iPhone from case and fell apart in my hand. Husband took it back and they were going to charge another $75 to repair again, I just got the screen repaired yesterday and paid $75 but they were going to “through in” a new screen for free! It doesn’t need a new screen! This is a horrible way to do business.BTW giving a free product for a 5 star review is buying reviews.

Well we have had to go back 4 days in a rowhowever they are kind and helpful, i would recommend them and hopefully today we can get our issue resolved today they made good on the mistake they made on my daughters phone an are trying to fix it they havent asked for any additional money to fix it I have to say this is good business,

They could of taken advantage of me with my television, but didn’t and was honest and fixed my screen while I was there on cell! Super nice and would recommend them for sure ! How much did they pay for these good reviews?? ( 3 ) months ago I took my phone to be unlocked and they said no problem 4 days we will call you to come pick it up.. It was in APRIL! I explained I have disabled dependants that I need to be able to stay in contact with. After (3 ) Months of No Call Backs, Me calling them, Speaking to someone different Every Time, No One Knew Any of the times what was going on with my phone. Vicious cycle, Call you back, No Call...Today was IT! NO CALL! so I called them..Finally today they told they cant fix a Samsung GS 5 because its to old?...Now with my money tied up I cant do anything until their Square and my Bank process the refund.Thanks Brad..#neverabadbradBut Bad Business?..

Went to cell phone repair today and they replaced the charging port and battery in my cell iphone. It was repaired on site. It is now as good as a new phone. I recommend CPR cell phone for cell phone repairs as it is very reasonable and they get your phone back to you as quick as they can.

My husband, Gregg was in the store yesterday and Stephanie was a tremendous help in getting my information transferred over from my old phone to new phone. She even stayed over past closing time to help me out.Couldnt have been more helpful.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Im sure they are good at changing phone batteries and simple stuff, but other then that they suck. Absolutely no communication between any of the people there. They keep making excuses and trying to past off blame. Very dissatisfied! I shouldn’t have even given 1 star. Customer service was awful. Not sure if they are straight up lying or they just can not keep up with their records. I have 5 different iPhones that I have had screen protectors on there and they say they are not in the system.They tried to tell me they didn’t put the one on my iPhone X, and this is the second one they had put on. I will never do business again with them. Strongly recommend staying away from this place unless you just like getting ripped off.

I had an old kurio tablet my sons have used for years and one day it didnt turn on. Took it to cell phone repair on walnut ave and brad told me he would start with the charging port and then order a battery if needed all for 45.00. It was ready to be picked up in 4-5 days then I picked it up and I had the same issue it wasnt turning on.(battery was bad again) Took it back and spoke with a very rude man who said they needed to keep it again and see what was wrong. Long story short if you need help there speak with Brad he was very professional, courteous, nice man. He generously refunded me my 45.00 since another piece was bad on the tablet and I would be paying more for them to fix it than the tablet was even worth.

These people have had my daughters laptop over three weeks was to only fix an mess with the charging port on the side an when she got it back it was going on an out an then went all blank called an talked to some dumb girl named Amanda caught her in three lies back to back said the guy was running test an then said hes out until Monday. I questioned her an said how is he running test if hes not in the office?? Then when I told her the screen on my daughters laptop worked fine its less then two years old an she proceeds to tell me at the bottom of the paper when they fixed the charging port it says the LCD was going out an I said lol No, it sure dont say that so theres yet another lie an she said well I dont know how well the laptop worked an I told Amanda me being her parent an teacher I do know how well it worked an it worked fine. They fixed the screen but made my phone(Iphone 7+) camera blue. And now when I watch videos or even take pictures my pictures are BLUE AND CONTRASTY. I went to go try to get it fixed the same day and they “fixed it” but kinda made it worse. I WANT MY PHONE CAMERA TO BE REGULAR NOT BLUE!

Wes took in a 7plus to have the screen replaced. They done it in an hour. Looks like brand new!

Took my daughters Iphone 6plus here after my grandson tossed it in the toilet. Explain to them what had happen and employee she they could repair it and clean any water damage. Also stated that they were water damage experts. After being told everything was good and paying them $65 for a screen she didnt need things that was working quit working. Took the phone back by and they wanted to charge us another $75 to replace some more parts.They got 1 start because that is the lowest I could give. If I could I would have given them -5 starts. If you need cell phone repairs done DONT TAKE IT TO CPR.Update 4/13/19: Took my daughters phone to another repair shop and they were able to fix the issues created by CPR and fix the issue that we carried to them for and for less than CPR. I will not deal with them ever again.

I hate to be negative...I took a working phone in, that needed a charge port replaced...they kept it 5 days wouldnt call me with an update.I went to check for myself, they handed me a terminal dead phone with parts sticking out and sit the phone had been wet and couldnt be repaired. ...I paid $55 and left frustrated and not convinced the phone was done for..I took it to Irestore and pleaded my case...within minutes the guys there held my phone up and showed me the problem and an hour later, like Lazare from the grave the phone was alive and working great....Sorry but CPR let me down, wasted my time and charged me to kill my phone....cant say enough to discourage you from doing biz with these people...I had a bad experience...db

Fixed the screen and corrected an error they made very quickly! When they replaced the screen, some adhesive got on the front camera, so the pictures were blurry. I took it back and they fixed it for free and I got it back the next day!

How can this people still be up and running. They have told us 3 times the phone was ready and showed up and it not be ready. They are very unprofessional and very rude. Made me wait a whole hour to tell me my phone would not be ready again! Terrible service! If I could I’d give them no stars at all

This is the worst experience with a professional company I have ever had and will never ever go back to this company. I paid them $140 to fix my cracked screen that was working perfectly but was just cracked and I wanted to get it fixed. I look around my city to find the best location and decide to go with this one. ii get my phone after they supposedly fixed it and I grt in my car and notice that the screen is raised a little bit above the phone more than usual and they refused to fix it

On Tuesday we brought our cellphone to repair the broken screen. The gentleman at the counter told us that the glass would have to be ordered but it would be done no later than Saturday. We called on that Saturday, the glass was not delivered yet. We called a couple days and were told the glass should be delivered on Tuesday, which was week from day we dropped our phone for service. We stopped on Wednesday with the assumption that the glass was delivered and the phone should be fixed. Another gentleman, with no name tag, told us that the glass was not received and it should take 4-5 business days. When I told him that we were told it shouldve been delivered Saturday, he got agitated and told us he was not the one who promised us that. I asked him if he can track the shipment, and he became a lot more agitated and rude. He told me its not his job to call us and tell us its not ready. He said that he will just give us the phone back because he did not want to have any deal with us. I cannot spend time searching for another service provider, and I just want to get my phone back fixed and not have to get yelled at for all I payed for it. I asked him for his name and he told me he will not tell me his name numerous times. It was a very upsetting experience, which Ive never experienced at any services before. I send email to CPR, with idea that I will hear back from location manager, with at least some apology. Corporate office responded with forwarding email to the store owner (CPR is franchise). I did not hear from store, or manager, or owner, or corporate a word. Eventually, we just stop by at the store, with 2 weeks and one day since phone was left for service and... yes, phone was ready to be picked up. NO call that phone is ready, No call to tell me sorry for horrible experience. Extremely disappointing, would not recommend to anyone.P.S. In response to CPR bellow.Appreciate your response. I sent multiple emails to your CPR customer service and heard from them only twice with name of owner and that my complaint being send to owner. However, I never heard back from owner, not by email or call. So, people, if you have issue with this CPR, it would never be resolved.

Just came on here to talk about how great my experience was last week, and I see all of these negative reviews... One of them says they overheard the employees talking about not wanting to serve people of color... but both times Ive been there, there have been at least two african americans working in the store. On top of that, all of the negative reviews are all from the same two day period. So that all seems pretty bogus to me.I brought in my Samsung S6 Edge plus for a screen and a charging port on Monday, and was promised my phone would be done by 5 pm on Tuesday. My expectations were exceeded when my wife received a call Tuesday morning around 11:30, letting us know the phone was ready for pick up. Not only was my repair done before their estimated time, but it looks and functions like a brand new phone. I am more than pleased with the results, the knowledge, and professionalism shown by the staff, and will continue to use this store as my go-to repair shop from here on out.Thanks again, CPR.

My experience with CPR was terrible beyond belief. The customer service was lousy and they destroyed my phone. My hope was to get a new screen placed on my iPhone 6. No more than two days after getting a replacement screen, my phones back light stopped working and the speaker stopped working. So now...I have a phone I cannot see or hear. They pretended to fix my phone for three weeks before giving up and returning my money. But not before replacing my new screen with a broken screen that does not even turn on. Those people are wolves in sheeps clothing. Please do not give them your money and KEEP YOUR PHONE AWAY FROM CPR!!!

Nice fast and efficient

They charged me $60 and kept my phone for a week and did not fix my phone. I told them the home button was not working when I brought it to them and after a week they said if the home button does not work, then they cannot fix it. I will have to go to an apple store. Waste of time and money.

I went to get my phone fixed there thinking it was a good place to do so, I was wrong. I over heard them talking about how they don’t like to serve colored people. 2018 and we are still supporting racist businesses. Me being of mixraced i was very appuled. Their reviews are fake this is not a good place I will never return.

They held my phone over a week from when I was supposed to pick it up, telling me Just call back tomorrow. Not even a week after having the phone, which had a new screen installed, I took it out of my pocket and there was a large crack through the center. Sorry for any spelling errors, the crack is right over my keyboard. Dont let them touch your phone.

Not great communication never called me back with any updates on my phone I had to call them to even get anything going on it. When I called I was told I may need a new battery or LCD I told them to order the battery and try it first. Week later I come by the battery wasnt even there yet and my phone was just like I left it. So I just took the phone back and Im out a diagnostics fee which I was told consisted of them actually opening up the phone and checking it but that didnt happen the phone was never opened and checked. Anyway not happy I would go somewhere else.

The man that took care of me and my friend was awful and he lied. My friend needed a phone charger so we went there to get one. He sold her one and I had asked about a battery for my Samsung Galaxy 3 he said he had one and went and got it. When I finally got time to put the battery in my phone it said 46%. I plugged up my phone and while later I went to look to see if it was charged and it wasnt it said 1%. I took the battery back and he took it into the back room. Then he came back after a few minutes. He said it charged for him and that I would have to leave that battery there for 48 hours for another test before he could swap it for another battery...That is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard ! If he is so sure that the battery he had sold me was good then why not just replace it with another one ? He wouldnt let my friend trade the phone charger for something else because after buying it she realized it was just like another one she already had that didnt work. He said the box was messed up and he couldnt exchange it. Well today the weather is bad because of Irma. So I thought I would put the battery he said he had charged in my phone so I would have my battery that doesnt hold a charge long and the one he said he had charged. Well when I changed the batteries out the one he sold me and said he had charged was still at 1%. He lied !! I would not have given 1 star but that is the only way I could post this and I want people to know so they know what to expect if they buy something that does not work from these people.

***BEWARE***CPR Cell Phone Repair in Dalton took my iPad that was cosmetically in perfect condition and gave me back an iPad with a terribly scratched up screen. Although my iPad comes on, they said the touch screen will never work again. I, and several other customers, argued that my screen should NOT be scratched. The manager, Christian (ironic), said that every time he opens an iPad the screen gets scratched up just from opening it. He began telling customers to leave the store, because they were all arguing with him in my favor.I spoke with another iPad repair business, and they said the screen does NOT get scratched when opened unless it was shattered or cracked. My screen was perfect. They said he either stole my screen or gave me another iPad altogether. They are going to look at it tomorrow.
