There is nothing but teenage girls working at this store. They are not helpful. They are rude. And the no clue what they are doing. The work when and messed my phone all up. So until they get ppl that know what the hell they are doing,, I will not be going to that store no more. They almost turned me against MetroPCS all together. So I was you I would not go to the rude place.

Lousy costumer service I have had problems with my phone since I got it over a year ago and I cant get them to do anything about I have gone in the store and gotten no results even after Metro costumer service said it was the phone and I would get a new one
