The customer service is super good they definitely make you feel welcome, are super helpful and very friendly. Even though it is very pretty inside my only down side is I’ve bought a few plants and I love going in to check out plants but the soil is super dry, it’s not soft soil so you have to break it up and they are not properly cared for some of them were even damaged tried finding the better looking ones but one always seemed to be damaged one way or another and they are super pricey for them to be damaged.

We drove down from Chattanooga and it was an amazing experience! Great selection of indoor and outdoor plants, lots of succulents and air plants. Prices are reasonable and they had some harder to find plants! I finally found my Hoya Kerri that wasnt an arm and a leg! Definitely going back!

Always a great place to shop. Great people. I actually work for another Green House and its always about taken care of a customer. I have no problem at all sending customers there. As long as the customer is HAPPY..

Hands down the best Garden Center in the Southeast. They have everything you could want from flowers, plants, & trees to pottery, pine straw, and a huge gift shop! They have the most entertaining, one of a kind, items you will find.

I went in to find appropriate soil for a Bromeliad pup. The young lady (sorry, cant remember her name) who helped me find the soil was helpful and patient with all my questions, plus helped me find a pot to transplant it in. Superp service and a nice selection of items to choose from. My first visit, but Ill go again!

This is one of, if not the coolest garden shop I have ever been too. They have a large selection and variety of plants, fertilizers, planters, some clothing, just a little bit of everything. Everyone is so friendly and it feels like your stepping into a new world when you walk in here. Pricing is good, large variety, and friendly staff what else can you ask for? Oh wait they also have won an award for their cool bathrooms.

Ive been to Fiddleheads on 4 separate occasions. Each time I have had great interactions with the staff. I ask a lot of questions in general and have never been disappointed in a response. Even if they do not know the answer to a question they are forthcoming with it. The gentleman in the outdoor plants who suggested the happy frog soil conditioner knew what he was talking about. My Cyprus and rosemary have taken well to my soil with the help of the conditioner. They are there to help and not to pester you into buying stuff.

Helpful staff and beautiful shop! I leave Chattanooga to come here. Their plants are all well taken care of and they have anything you could possibly need to plant anything. Great selection of fertilizers and a really neat stand to pot your stuff. Also have decorative sand or rocks you can purchase as much as you need for a project.

The owner has shown his employees what is important to him and unfortunately that is not customer service. I drove into town specifically to grab a peony that I saw listed on the Facebook page. I have always loved shopping at Fiddleheads and have purchased several gifts and Christmas trees in the past. I unfortunately got held up and pulled in right at 6 on the dot. I was relieved to see the open sign on and customers coming out. When I ask an employee how to get in he said we are closing. I said it’s just now 6 and your open sign is on. I also said I only want to buy 1 peony bush. He said well we are closed. So I called the store and ask to speak to the manager the gentleman said I am the manager. I explained that I had driven into town specifically to buy a peony bush and that the young man in the parking lot had turned me away he said well that’s because we are closing I told him that wasn’t right since the open sign was still on and I would like to speak to the owner. To my surprise he was the owner. They must have more business than they know what to do with. I have worked retail for years and would never turn a customer away that was standing at my door. He did say he was sorry or anything just we are trying to close. So now I will go to the big box store and pay half. Your plants aren’t that great I just like buying local. I guess Lowe’s is local enough.

I am all about helping a small business. I love fiddleheads garden center but have recently been disappointed. I was wrongfully charged extra for two plants. One was on sale and the other was half price. I went back inside and asked for the correction to the first plant because I had been charged $20 when it was $5.99. However, upon correcting the mistake the cashier noticed that someone had made a different mistake where I got charged $16.99 as opposed to $8.50. Guys, she even said out loud “and this one is wro....” but said nothing afterwords so I checked my receipt and bam. Extra charge with no correction. I’ll be back, but make sure to check your receipts at checkout time. I love this place, and their selection but I come for fair prices and amicable service. Service was good but the added price hurt a little.

A really nice locally owned garden center with the really different and difficult to find plants and products for your lawn and gardens. They have a staff that can answer all those questions other places cant. These guys know their stuff.

I love Fiddleheads so nice and only place in town that carries our Fox Farm Soil and Chemicals. Everyone is always so nice and friendly.
