On Saturday my husband went to Journeys to purchase some shoes. He tried them on once in the store and we immediately went home. After trying them on one more time at home he changed his mind about them and wanted to return them. He put them on in our closet and looked in the mirror, put them back in the box and we headed back to the mall. They werent untied. He had them for about a 1 1/2 hours total. They werent taken outside or even outside of our closet. When we went for a return, and the girl at the counter said she cant accept the return because they were clearly worn. I was in shock because they looked EXACTLY how they looked when purchased and he immediately went back after only trying them on for under 30 seconds. She insisted that they were worn and couldnt accept them. I explained to her how he had JUST tried them on and only had them for under 2 hours and she said the shoes say otherwise with attitude. I immediately went to the car to take pictures of how the shoes looked when handed to her. Weve never had this experience with Journeys before but we probably wont return again. Online shopping is always better anyway.

Mike the manager was the best when he helped me the other day. I came to return shoes and he actually ended up getting me to buy 2 pairs of shoes and a backpack and I dont regret any of it! I wasnt excepting good customer service entering this mall but left with the best ive ever had. Highly recommened!!!!
