I am absolutely disappointed in the CVS in dalton (off walnut ave). I have been going to this pharmacy for years and have always had excellent customer service. Tonight I went to pick up my childs medicine. Yes it was right at closing time but it wasnt 8 yet. I had been waiting on the other two cars to finish. As I was waiting, they closed the window. I figured they were getting ready to close. As the car infront of me left I pulled up. This place REFUSED to wait on me!!! They knew i was in line but refused to wait on me because they were ready to go home. I went inside and spoke to the nicest lady upfront. She tried to help me as I was extremely upset. A Hispanic very young girl came up front and I followed her back to the pharmacy. I overheard her speaking with the pharmacist telling her I was screaming and yelling at the lady upfront. Which I was not. She came back out and while on her phone, told me they would be with me in a minute. The pharmacist came out a few minutes later and would NOT talk to me. People dont deserve to be treated like this. PERIOD! I will never never do business there again. If I could give them no stars, I would.
This CVS pharmacy is absolute trash. Horrible customer service. I am supposed to wait 30 minutes on a refill that was supposed to be ready. This is the last time I use them. Would rate them 0 stars.
Pharmacy is very un profesional. Always understaffed. You get a message saying your prescriptions are ready and then u show up and they are not. Even if you try to explain to the pharmacist that you need your blood pressure medication. They still wont stay an extra minute to refill it.
Had to wait 20 minutes for my medicine when told to be here a certain time ! Worse place ever !

We hate this pharmacy location. Only reason we use CVS is insurance. Cleveland hwy location is somewhat better. Explaining what my medications are for very loudly although I didn’t ask (and didn’t need to know), not putting back refills I didn’t ask for when I say “please put it back” then calling me to remind me it’s still there waiting for me, not taking me off reminder lists when they said they would, putting the WRONG physicians name on my prescription and then wondering why they couldnt get a refill...FYI I do know the difference between my eye dr and my rheumatologist...don’t tell me because the bottle says it, it must be right...I could go on. Switched to Cleveland hwy and got some relief.
The pharmacy is the worst ever. Always messing up our prescriptions, causing extra trips there. Very incompetent. Lines for drive thru are crazy with one closed for covid testing. Very unfriendly. Been using for many years. No more.
If I could give a NEGATIVE 10 I WOULD..MOST INCOMPETENT PHARMACY STAFF EVER!!! they have screwed up at least one prescription a month between me, my husband and our dog for years...and never take ownership of their mistakes.. a real disgrace to pharmacists everywhere.. they do not even question discrepancies .. if it was not a requirement by my insurance I would not use them.. Whites pharmacy a half a mile away..they should go take lessons from them.. the staff at CVS gets paid way too much for how ignorant, arrogant and downright stupid they are..
SUPER RUDE WORKER AT CVS. Elizabeth she was very rude when I say very rude I mean she was very rude. We wanted to the tell her manger but we will have to wait till another day. I wish she never checks me out because she is super rude. The rest of the staff working there was super nice and All want to do is call out that lady again her name is Elizabeth I wish she didn’t work there super bad experience with her.
Do not get tested for COVID-19 here!! It takes forever plus the 5 to 7 days for results is not true. I havent recieved mine and called the number provided...it says 6 to 10 days and some cases longer. My wife took hers the same day somewhere else and she recieved hers In 3 days! Google should allow ratings to go to the other side of 0....-5 is what I rate CVS!!
Long lines, never enough workers, and almost NEVER have what I need but doesn’t tell me until I come back after a two hour wait. Terrible customer service!
I never used the bathroom here until yesterday.Don’t use their bathroom it was so disgusting and nasty! I had to go. Then I saw it and just walked out. I’m not sure why they aren’t cleaning it!Besides that they are ok.
Take forever to fill prescription and bad customer Service
Always been on time getting my medications. No complaints here. Sometimes it takes just a few minutes if it isnt already filled, but thats gonna happen anywhere. Overall great experience everytime ive been.
Website says they offer paysafecards they do not.
Been here an hour and the pharmacist told me that I needed to be more patient. That retail is difficult and by me waiting it was making it worse.

This pharmacy is the worst. The staff is rude and it took me three days to get my prescription because obviously somebody is not doing their job. Higher management really needs to take a look at this place. I will more than likely be switching to wal-greens or walmart pharmacy because this place is a mess.

There’s no way you should have to wait 20+ minutes for an answer on a prescription with a sick child. I was told to hold, not asked. I was not offered another solution such as a call back or anything.
This is a pharmacy but they also sell cosmetics, and some food (milk, breakfast snacks, chips). They sometimes have good deals and with the coupons and even better deal but thats only for certain items and its not that many.
Wish I could give zero stars. Pharmacist was very rude when I was was trying to ask about a medication for my toddler. If you’re going to be hateful to customers or people in general don’t get a job that involves people. I won’t be back and will gladly take my business to Walgreens that’s directly across the street. I’ll also let everyone I know not to visit this specific CVS due to the astonishing rude pharmacist.

Drive thru is terrible!!!! Sit in line to pick up prescription for 15 minutes because the car in front of me had insurance problems. Had 2 cars behind me so I couldn’t leave. This is ridiculous
Worst place ever to pick up a prescription. ALWAYS under staffed. No matter if you go in or sit in drive thru. You need to a lot yourself 20 minutes of wait time to just get an acknowledgement.
