Definitely go above and beyond your normal everyday businesses. Plus they have managed to provide and maintain that welcoming friendly yet professional atmosphere with a smile every time. Nice people called on accident but the still gave me the correct number.

I called this place around 6pm to see if they were available to change the oil in my car. They said they had time so I headed right over.I pulled up, they told me to pull my car in. I waited there while they changed the oil, took probably less than half an hour. Quick, good service, helpful and good explanations, didnt try to sell me anything else, Im definitely happy with their service and will be back.

Ive always thought highly of them until last week. I REPEAT- DO NOT MAKE ANY DEPOSIT OR PURCHASE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE! They are not people friendly what so ever. Its all about the money to them. Not about satisfying a customer. I MADE A $300 DEPOSIT ON A CAR IN WHICH I WAS TOLD TO COME BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY BEFORE 4:45 WRITTEN TIME ON RECEIPT IF I DECIDED NOT TO GET THE CAR IN ORDER TO GET FULL REFUND. I ARRIVED AT 4:05 AND WHEN I DECIDED NOT TO GET THE CAR D REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND IT CLEARLY DOES NOT STATE ON FORM NOT REFUNDABLE! NOT RIGHT AND NOT FAIR. DMV WILL BE THERE SOON! GOOD LUCK!

We brought our vehicle in to replace the clutch. They did it in a very timely fashion, and for a fair price. However when we asked if everything else was looking ok, like belts etc, they mentioned an oil issue but didnt say anything about the belts. Well our fan belt broke later the same day, and now we have to be towed again. Just a bummer. 3 stars for service but -2 for us breaking down 5 hours later.

This place is a circus of incompetence: a mechanic left his colonoscopy exam results as well as a bunch of tools in my passenger car seat after an oil & air filter change. It was truly bizarre. I had also asked for help replacing a headlight and took it back a second time to get it fixed right. No one should have to take their car back a second time for a headlight. The mechanic at Heavenly struggled with it for about 20 minutes in front of me, then accused me of messing up the headlight and he couldnt fix (!!).Heavenly also asked me to change my Yelp review of J&K because J & K paid Heavenly $100 to give to me. Heavenly pocketed the cash, and proceeded to give me horrible service for 2 years. Im done with both places. Dont ever take your car here. Rex Auto in the Sunset is an honest car mechanic.

I will travel all the here to get honest work done for a great price. No where else takes care of our car needs like Heavenly auto.

I take all my vehicles to Jim, i wont go anywhere else...
