Came here to install coilovers and to get an alignment about a month ago.- brought in around lunchtime on a monday- Herbet (owner, I assume said hed have it done by the end of the day (i expected 5-6ish)- i call around 5:45 to ask, and he says it wont be done till around 8ish- he calls back 5 mins later and says hismechanic will finish by noon, the next dayThe delay is fine. I understand. There may have been cars that had priority over mine. They mightve been backed up on other projects.What I DONT understand is the over-$1000 I had to pay for a job thats supposed to take 5 hours at most... about $850 for the coils installation and about $150 for the alignment. I honestly couldve done the coilover install myself and saved $800. Sigh.The coils were installed just fine, the owner was polite... but beware of the cost of what may seem like a simple mod.Will upload pictures later.

Friendly service/good communicate/fast response

I initially went to The One Auto for wheel alignment but unfortunately they couldnt do it because my car is lowered. They recommended K West Auto which is nearby and they have the equipment to work on lowered cars. Very professional and affordable. I was out on the road in less than an hour. I highly recommend to check out this shop if you modified suspension. Thanks again Kono.
