I was moving and needed to time the shipment of the bedframe I wanted to order online, however this wasn’t an option. I then called a local store and got in touch with Genevieve who had a clever work around to my problem, a response so different from the online costumer service who simply just gave me a standard answer of “no we can’t do that”. I don’t usually gush about sales experiences, but this one stood out.I’ve bought a mattress before, and the sales person helped, but after this most recent experience, I now know what I should expect.Andreas took us on a journey through the mattresses, and thoughtfully asked questions and suggested how we ought to proceed. Price wasn’t discussed, instead it was all about finding the best way to a better nights sleep.We narrowed down our selection to 2 mattresses, then he said “ok: now lay on both for at least 5 minutes, and then you’ll be more sure which one is better.” What a good idea.I can’t wait for our new mattress!

I had placed a phone order to purchase a new mattress upon delivery I realize it was it wasn’t exactly what I wanted the delivery was excellent everyone was very polite I called customer service they had asked me to go to the store and physically and review their mattresses so I’m doing so on the gentleman with his nope no worries no problem and I will switch it out for you and he’s able to work out on the mattress and I ended up on buying a different accessory for the bed very very very professional very polite at the time I was in the store he was the only clerk with four customers but he was able to dedicate his politeness and professionalism to all four customers

Its certainly convenient to just see a commercial or descriptions online that a certain mattress makers marketing team worked hard to make it seem and sound like their mattress is better than others, but being able to actually lay down and test out a mattress for yourself cant compete with any marketing campaign.Went to Mattress Firm to try out a few mattresses in my budget range and found the right one after 5 or 6 different ones. And now my bedroom is a trap for laziness since its so comfortable!Mattress Firm delivery came the next morning after my purchase and took away my super old spring mattress. The process was extremely convenient and professional.What put me off about buying a memory foam mattress online was the return policy. They come compacted in a box that would fit in the back seat of a car, but if you want to return it, its already inflated into a full mattress. So good luck fitting that back in the box.Apparently the old school way of mattress buying is still the way to go!

Its not often I feel so compelled to leave a review but my experience was nothing short of incredible. The salesman Andreas took the time to help us try out mattresses and find the right type for me and my partner. Which was much appreciated bc I didn’t even know how many types of mattresses there are. And at the end he managed to help me cut the bill in half with other options for my desired mattresses. Great place to buy a mattress

We had a great experience at MattressFirm. Our son had just had a serious motorcycle accident and as he returned from the hospital he needed great beds quick. Andreas showed us the full range of products and offered next day delivery. He was so helpful that not only did we buy a new bed for our son we bought a new bed for ourselves. Delivery was made next day as promised. Great products and service at Westlake store!

The guys were great in coming in and taking away my frame, mattress and box spring then putting in my brand new bed 😃 They were efficient, quick and were considerate of my things.

Ive been to 3 bay area mattress firms. Daly City was the first to help my 9 year old daughter find a mattress that fits her needs. They were patient and kind with her. All while helping me find something affordable. Nela was amazing! She tried to help me fit the mattress my daughter wanted, to be in our budget. We had to go with my daughters second option, but that wasnt Nelas fault. I would highly recommend coming to this mattress firm. I didnt feel pressured to buy or like they added extra charges.

Randomly walked into the Daly City MD location at Westlake and walked out with a mattress then next day! My sales rep Erica P. was amazing and really helped find the perfect mattress.I had purchased a Nectar mattress two years prior online and wasn’t happy at all so I was suffering from back and joint pressure for those two years because the Nectar was way too firm for me. Erica was able to have me try an original Purple mattress and I found the right one! I get my new mattress today and can’t wait to finally get better sleep!Thank you Erica!

When me and my mom first went inside, we were not planning to buy a mattress but did long for one after having bad back aches for a while now. Being the only person in the family that was able to speak english, Kenneth, the manager there, made it super easy and super comfortable to translate. Some stores would’ve not have the patience to assist us as we were at MattressFirm for two hours! Kenneth helped us find the right mattress while at the same time, find a price that suited our budget. I highly, highly recommend seeing Kenneth if you’re ever looking to buy a mattress.

Came in looking for something specific (9 Purple seat cushions, to be used to replace the futon Ive been sleeping on), and the salesman not only showed me the difference between the seat cushions and the pillows -- I went with the pillows -- but also arranged to find enough of them to complete my project. There werent enough on hand to do the job, and having them shipped would have taken a week, but by calling other stores he found 2 other stores in the area to fill the order. I got what I wanted, the day I wanted it... AND at a lower price than I had expected to pay.

Friendly staff that walked us through the various options in beds and helped us find the right one. Not sure it was in our budget, but they worked to bring the price down to get us in the bed we wanted for an amazing price.
